I had tried Weight Watchers a million times, but I guess you aren't ready until you are ready! This time it worked! I did it on my own, I didn't go to meetings. I had bought all the literature, knew how the program worked, but the once a week accountability did not work for me. I needed something daily, so I started this blog.
