Information Collected Upon Registration: When you create or reconfigure a Feedspot account, you provide some personal information, such as your name, username, password, and email address. Some of this information, for example, your name and username, is listed publicly on our Services, including on your profile page and in search results. Some Services, such as search, public user profiles and viewing Folders or feeds, do not require registration.

Additional Information: You may provide us with profile information to make public, such as a short biography, your website, or a picture. We may use your contact information to send you information about our Services or to market to you. You may use your account settings to unsubscribe from notifications from Feedspot. You may also unsubscribe by following the instructions contained within the notification or the instructions on our website. You may choose to upload your address book so that we can help you find Feedspot users you know. We may later suggest people to follow on Feedspot based on your imported address book contacts. If you sign up using any single sign on services like twitter, facebook, google, etc. we may notify your social circle and suggest them to follow you on feedspot to make your experience on feedspot better. You may choose to make the information more private if you want from the settings page.

Third Party Service: Feedspot uses Google Analytics, Google apis and Youtube service. By using Feedspot you agree to be bound by Google's privacy policy.

YouTube API Services: The API Client utilized by Feedspot uses YouTube API Services. If you are utilizing Feedspot Services on YouTube, and as required under our Privacy Policy, you warrant and represent that you have read and agree to YouTube’s Terms of Service of Google’s Privacy Policy, as updated and amended from time to time. Further, in addition to the API Client’s normal procedure for deleting stored data, users can revoke that API Client’s access to their data via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

Cookies: Like many websites, we use "cookie" technology to collect additional website usage data and to improve our Services, but we do not require cookies for many parts of our Services such as searching and looking at public user profiles. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your computer's hard disk. Feedspot may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with our Services, to monitor aggregate usage by our users and web traffic routing on our Services, and to customize and improve our Services. Right to request deletion of your personal information

You may also request that we delete any personal information that we have collected from/about you. However, we may retain personal information as authorized under applicable law, such as personal information required as necessary to provide our services, protect our business and systems from fraudulent activity, to debug and identify errors that impair existing functionality, as necessary for us, or others, to exercise their free speech or other rights, comply with law enforcement requests pursuant to lawful process, for scientific or historical research, for our own internal purposes reasonably related to your relationship with us, or to comply with legal obligations. We need certain types of information so that we can provide our services. If you ask us to delete it, you may no longer be able to access or use our services.

For security purposes, we may request additional information from you to verify your identity when you request to exercise your privacy rights. If you have an online account with us, logging into your account will serve to verify your identity and request, although we may request additional information if we believe your account has been compromised. If you do not have an account with us, or if we have reason to suspect that the security of your account is compromised, we will request additional information from you to match with our existing records to verify your identity, depending on the nature of the request and the sensitivity of the information sought.

ACCOUNT DELETION

For security purposes, we may request additional information from you to verify your identity.

If you have an online account with us, after logging into your account, you may visit delete account section from Account page.

Once your account is deleted you will no longer be able to access any data from your account.

Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will always be at on this page. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
