We're Abbagail & Mackenzie McRuer. We started Sage & Shepherd Farm soon after we got married. Then we said why can't we grow our own meat too?. We fell in love with farming and the ability to control where our food comes from. Our two dogs, Aslan the Great Pyrenees, and Levi the German Shepherd (hence sage and shepherd), and many farm animals keep us busy, as well as cooking, being outside, hiking with our dogs, eating, and gardening.
