Hello all, I’m back with a new game review, this time of Warhammer 40,000: Gladius – Relics of War, brought to you by Slitherine.

Warhammer 40,000: Gladius – Relics of War, is the first 4x game to be feature in the Warhammer 40k universe (one of my favourite fiction universes that I could talk about for ages) and plays as one would expect it too, build up your chosen faction, increase resource production, build up an army and bring the fight to the enemy and if everything goes right, then you win. I really enjoyed this iteration of a 4x game it’s very easy to get started and play the game with minimum knowledge and fuss, just load it up and head straight into an AI match.… Read the rest...

Without further ado, I firstly would like to wish all video gamers out there, whether you are a first person shooter or a fully immersed MMORPG gamer, a very happy National Video Games Day.

Since 1997, America and now other countries including the UK, have come together annually on the 12th September for a day of celebrating the history of video games and indulging in some good quality game time.

A whole day dedicated to the art of video gaming – sounds too good to be true right? In actual fact, not only is there a National Video Games Day in September, but there is also another Video Games Day held on the 8th July, meaning that gamers can share their passion for video games twice a year.… Read the rest...

The Tides of Vengeance will soon be upon us, as World of Warcraft developer Ion Hazzikostas update us on the future content of the next patch coming to Battle for Azeroth.

Tides of Vengeance will be stepping up the faction war going on right now, with the continuation of the war campaign for both the Horde and Alliance, with it being time for the Alliance to finally strike back. Incursions will be introduced as both factions begin to invade and try to conquer parts of the factions respective zones; these will play out much like Legion invasions which were a great way to level up your new characters and hopefully will also be the case once again.… Read the rest...

Recently on Twitter, it was revealed by SimGuruGrant that a new, major Create A Sim update – disabilities – is something that the EA are “actively pondering” about.

As a simulation game, there is no surprise that EA have tried to incorporate many walks of life into The Sims series so many are able to create and play as their ‘Sims’ selves. As a result, EA always strive to find new ways in order to make the game as relatable as possible, whilst still feeling like a simulation game.

Disabilities have been something that The Sims fans have been asking about regularly for quite some time now.… Read the rest...

We are exactly one month away today from the release of the new Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4. This year’s game is published by Activision and is developed by Treyarch and Beenox. When it was first announced back in March 8th of this year, many people wondered if the franchise would have, like every other version of Black Ops, a campaign story, but surprisingly, Activision have chosen to focus solely on multiplayer and their highly anticipated zombies mode. The game will be released on the original gaming platforms PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows, but this time around, it was announced that CoD:BO4 will also be partnering up with Blizzard Entertainment, so all current users of the Battle.net will be able to play it via the desktop app on their PC’S and laptops.… Read the rest...

AegisM, currently in Early Access Mode, was released on 27th July 2018 and created by Aurox Studios. A game combining a third-person shooter, tower defence, competitions and player vs player elements, the description alone gets us ready for a very promising game.

After loving tower defence games throughout my childhood, and still playing them even to this date, as soon as you hear someone ask you at Insomnia63 to test out their new tower defence game, you simply just have to. Within just a couple of minutes, I was truly hooked by the game, talking about it for the rest of the day.… Read the rest...

Each year thousands of pink haired, level 1 gnomes run from Tinkertown near Gnomeregan to Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale in the World of Warcraft. You can hear their little feet running for their lives as they race through all the zones, trying not to get killed by various monsters (they are only baby level 1’s after all!) to get to the finish line…. but why?

Originally set up and based on the Scarlet Crusade (US) server by Magical Warlock Girl, the amazing amass of pink fueled gnomes has caught the attention of Blizzard Entertainment. Now in it’s 8th year, the Blizz Gods have uttered the immortal words and told the WoW Devs to ‘make it so’.… Read the rest...
