Hi!

I was wondering if you ping to rocket up your indexing time every time you post on your blog.
Is it good for my website or is it bad?

Hi

I typically have to make a payment on account by the 31st July based on the tax return for 5th April 2018 but when I have signed into HMRC it is saying that no payment needs to be made and my account is overpaid of £720? I made the first £720 payment on account for 2018-19 in January 2019

However on my calculation for 2017-18 it says that a Second payment on account for 2018-19 of £720 will be due by 31 July 2019

Do I still need to make this payment on account? which is what I have...

A start up - read, really poor Shopify website with clearly no idea - 'business' has entered the same market as us and is lifting product images and text, word for word, from our website.

So far it's only two products which somewhat laughably are unique to us and could not be reproduced as we bought the last remaining component parts.

I've emailed and requested immediate removal of our images and as of yet no action has been taken. It's early days, the site looks to be just a few days...

Would you consider this to be derogatory?

"Are you just a sole trader or self-employed?"

To put it in context, it's to go on a page advertising company formation
Should "just" be removed?

Hi

Hope you are all well! I'm in the midst of researching and prepping to set up a theatre company. I've been advised by a friend that when they set up theirs they were advised by an accountant to set it up as a Sole Trader.

I was wondering if anyone had any advice on this? When do you need to register?
Would it affect being able to apply for funding for certain projects?

Looking to put on productions locally but also offer educational shows and workshop service to schools. I wouldn't...

Hello!

I run a videography company and we've been lucky enough to be very successful in our first year. We've been told we need to register for VAT I'm confused as to whether VAT is charged on company profit or on sales? After paying for payroll, the company itself doesn't make much money, so am I going to have to add 20% to my clients prices? If so, what happens to clients I've booked before applying for VAT? We work/book a couple years in advance, so these were booked prior to making...

Hello everybody, I have joined fairly recently and this is my first post.
Years back I started a limited company. The companies main activity was to purchase property for development or rental.
The companies initial purchases were financed by £90k from myself and commercial loan from the bank. There was no documents drawn up regarding the £90k I put into the company. It was just transferred from my account to the company account.

The company repaid the commercial loan earlier this year,...

I'm trying to find the renewal date of a certain domain, as I think it will become available once it reaches the renewal date.

So far every whois site I've been on just says unavailable, with no further details. The domain has a .network extension.
TIA

My employer at Head Office wishes to have a crew film myself and/or other of my colleagues doing what we do at work at our satellite site many miles from HO, to be shown at some later stage to the rest of our large countrywide company. Its an in-house promotional video.
Questions :-
A) Do the staff appearing in it need a modelling licence or something similar from HO before filming?
B) If I and staff colleagues (3 at most on any given shift) happen to be on duty the day of the crew arrival...
