After I had Delaney in 2016, it was important to me that I got back in shape and got into a meal prep routine to keep my meals healthy and well-rounded. I was living on snacks and my girls' PB&J and chicken nugget leftovers and I certainly didn't feel my best. My body was sluggish and certainly not feeling "fulfilled" after I ate junk. Meal planning definitely worked for me and I did get results rather quickly as I was eating a high protein diet and working out multiple days a week as well.
However, it would take me hours on a Sunday to prep all my lunch and dinner meals for the week. I liked knowing what I would eat each day (ahead of time) and it was the best way for me to stay "onboard" with my new health and fitness journey after having my 3 daughters in a 4 year span.
But as the months went on and the girls got older, driving back and forth to school and activities became much more frequent and I was spending more time in my car each day. That's when I started grabbing protein bars instead, to get me through "lunch" because they were easy to grab and didn't need to be "prepped" ahead of time.
Well, now, even my protein bars are "so last summer"; I found a new favorite on-the-go meal that keeps me full and satisfied for lunch and snack time wherever I'm headed! Chicken of the Sea tuna Infusions, my friends. If you read my previous post about COS Infusions, you may have already tried these yourself- I want to hear your thoughts if you have! But if you aren't familiar with them, COS tuna Infusions combines unique flavors, high protein (20g!) and on-the-go convenience for the health-conscious consumer. They contain high-quality, tender tuna chunks infused with extra virgin olive oil, herbs and spices. They are single-serving containers and even include a spoon in the packaging- no dishes is a double-win in my book!
The product comes in four different flavors: Lemon & Thyme, Sundried Tomato, Thai Chili, & Basil. My personal favorites are Lemon & Thyme and Basil; but I like adding Sundried Tomato and Thai Chili to salads because they have more robust spices!
I know what you're probably thinking as you read this..."eww you eat tuna in your car or at your girl's activities- it must stink!" But, I will tell you that infusions pass the smell test with flying colors!! Infusions are self-proclaimed #neighborfriendly because your kids, coworkers or spouse will NOT smell your yummy Wild Caught tuna like you typically would from tuna in a can. If you don't believe me, try it yourself!
Instead of spending hours now on Sunday, prepping meals for the week, I just check my pantry to make sure I have enough Infusions to get me through the week. I toss an Infusion in my bag along with a cheese stick and apple and that's the extent of "meal prepping" this busy mom of 3 does these days! Eating healthy doesn't have to be hard or tedious...I keep it simple and quick with Infusions and I enjoy my Sundays a whole lot more! #ChickenoftheSea #Infusions

If you're a busy mom like myself (as if there's such a thing as a non-busy mom), your days are likely spent mostly in the car driving from one place to the next. Sometimes, eating snacks that take place of a meal is as good as it gets for me. Other times, I don't eat at all because I'm so rushed and don't have time to make myself a lunch or even stop to grab a bite to eat. While I'm sure I'm not alone on this, it's definitely not a good habit to get into.
If you follow me on instagram and watch my stories, you know that my on-the-go "meal" is typically whatever is the absolute easiest for me to grab, such as a protein bar of some sort. I typically choose them because they are higher in protein, can be eaten quickly in the car and can be tossed in my bag without prepping a thing.
But, after my last grocery shopping trip, I think I've found my new favorite
on-the-go meal and it's even better than my bars (gasp)!!
With over 20 grams of protein in a single-serving, Chicken of the Sea Tuna has come out with an amazing new product called Infusions. Their brightly colored containers caught my eye as I strolled past with my shopping cart, so naturally, I had to take a look at the label and tossed some in my cart. They had me at, "fork included". #nodisheseither
These Chicken of the Sea Infusions come in small resealable containers and combine unique flavors, high protein and on-the-go convenience for those looking for a healthy meal for on-the-go. Infusions uses high-quality, tender tuna chunks infused with just the right amount of extra virgin olive oil, herbs and spices in each of the product’s four different flavors: Lemon & Thyme, Sundried Tomato, Thai Chili, & Basil.
Did I mention they are Non-GMO and gluten, preservative and dairy free?! I mean...just when I thought they couldn't get any better, I read on each of the labels that they all had 1 gram or less of sugar!
I couldn't believe it- my bars can't compete with that! While I don't follow any certain dietary restrictions, these Infusions could be enjoyed by anyone eating a GF, Paleo, Keto or Whole30 diet!
I know my mom-bod is going to thank me on the beach this summer. I feel like my Infusions are yelling, "PICK ME!" when I run into my pantry before I head out the door each day! The next time you're at the grocery store, check to see if Infusions are on the shelf and try some- I'd love to hear if you all enjoy them as much as I do...and if your mom bod is thanking you too ;) #ChickenoftheSea #Infusions

When Abbie, from Abbie Franz Photography, reached out to me to propose working together, I couldn't contain my excitement!
She is a photographer that is local to me in the town of Yardley, Pa.
It came at the most perfect time, since I've been wanting to fill the empty spaces on all of our walls and it's been two years since we had an actual photographer take lifestyle photos of us! Usually, I am the one snapping pictures (to the best of my self-taught ability), so working with a professional photographer is always a special treat- a gift that I cherish!
From the very first point of contact, I could tell that Abbie was an absolute doll! She is so sweet & accommodating and you can tell her heart shines through in her work. When we decided on a date/time that worked for us both, Abbie offered a "closet" of clothing for the shoot; I didn't even have to worry about what myself and the girls would wear! My only job was to have myself and the girls ready upon her arrival. Abbie came to our house so I didn't even have to wrangle the girls in the car and to a location.
As a busy mom, does it get any better than that?! Nope. It doesn't!
On the morning of the shoot, the girls and I were so excited to meet Abbie in person! I had envisioned how the shoot would go for days prior...with Delaney not wanting to leave my side and the older two fighting...with someone ending up in tears by the end lol
Luckily, I couldn't have been more wrong.
Abbie has a way of making everyone feel so comfortable. The first part of the shoot was spent outside. I told Abbie I would love some photos for our house that had a "little house on the prairie" feel; she agreed that it was what she was envisioning as well! I wanted shots of the girls running around out back, in their pretty dresses, doing what they do all the time! After Abbie effortlessly took tons of shots of us girls doing Ring Around the Rosie and the girls chasing each other in our back field, she said she got everything she needed and we could head inside for some more styled shots.
I was amazed at how she knew how to handle the girls so nonchalantly and worked quickly; as she knew there's a "window of opportunity" with the little ones. She's a fellow #girlmom too of a toddler....so she gets it!!
Once inside, the girls were starting to get a little goofy....our "window" was closing on us hah
Abbie started asking them to tell each other jokes, give kisses and tickle each other...all of which the girls LOVED!
She was able to get some awesome shots because of it!
It was such a nice morning spent with Abbie and I can't stop looking at all the photos. I will cherish these photos for years to come and cant wait to adorn our walls with these captured moments.
THANK YOUAbbie Franz Photography for not only being an amazing photographer, but for being such a sweet human!

This post is in partnership with Porsche of Conshohocken. All opinions here are my own.
When Porsche of Conshohocken reached out to me to see if I would be interested in test driving a Porsche Cayenne SUV for the weekend, I said, "of course!"; I mean, what mom of 3 little ones doesn't want to feel fun, sleek and sexy sometimes?! That's exactly what I thought of when the Cayenne was mentioned! So, we took the SUV for a fun little Racobaldo family initiation and brought the beauty from Bucks County, to Hershey Park and home again to see if this beaut could hang with us ; )
Upon arriving at Porsche Conshohocken, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Multiple people asked if they could get me something to drink while I waited a few minutes for my contact, Anne. Anne was extremely knowledgable about the car and showed me all of the features I may want try out while I had the car. After Anne gave me a brief overview of the car's features, I said to her, "I can't believe how smart this car is!" The car is touchscreen, so the majority of features for the car as in the phone, radio, car settings, heating/cooling, etc. can all be changed by the tap and/or drag of your finger.
It is incredible how many different sensors the car has to make your drive as safe as possible. From the parking and blind spot sensors, to the rain sensing wipers, the Cayenne doesn't make you have to think much about your drive! One feature I absolutely loved was the hands-free lift gate opening feature for the trunk. As long as I had the key on me, I could just wave my foot under the truck with my hands full of bags and the truck would open. I used this when packing the trunk for our weekend getaway and also when I came home to a fridge of empty food and had to hit up the grocery store. That feature is a total game changer for a mom! I was going to post a shot for you to see it in action, but in fact, I just looked like I was getting sucked under the car by my Right leg...so I spared you the nightmare lol
Porsche doesn't cut corners when it comes to safety- that's clear. As a mom, my ears perked up when I read that the Cayenne has side impact bars along with rear side-impact airbags. There are 10 airbags in the SUV! That really made me feel safe and at ease, knowing that we were taking a weekend road trip with the 3 girls in the back seat...and I was driving such a powerful SUV!
Another feature that my SUV doesn't have but it comes standard in the Cayenne is Apple CarPlay. Apple CarPlay allows you to stay focused on the road, yet acts of your iPhone on the touchscreen in the car. Apple Maps can be used, your podcasts can be listened to and text messages can be sent and received without the distraction of picking up your phone. The girls loved being able to listen to all of their favorite songs in the car since they are saved on my phone...lots of JoJo Siwa and Taylor Swift graced those Bose speakers in the Cayenne last weekend lol
Not to be forgotten...If you are looking for a luxury mid-size SUV that offers a decent sized trunk space, the Cayenne should definitely be a contender. I'm used to driving a Yukon, which is larger than the Cayenne, so I wasn't sure what to expect when it came to the space I would have to pack for our family of 5 for the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised! We even had ample space to add shopping bags!
The Cayenne is a sleek and gorgeous car with so many high-end extras that truly make you feel like you are driving a luxurious SUV. But, I don't think I can part ways with my bigger SUV just yet! However...Tom may be hooked!

This post is in partnership with Christmas Tree Shops andThat!, a brand I truly love. All opinions here are my own.
A few weeks ago, my mom and I went to one of my favorite decor places to shop for Spring decor for our outside spaces...we went to
If you've never been there, you are really missing out and you should RUN, not walk!
My sister introduced me to the store a few years ago (ironically) at Christmas time...but the name is deceiving! It is NOT just a shop full of Christmas items...they have an amazing selection of indoor and outdoor decor and all types of items for entertaining- almost anything you can imagine! Do they have shelves fully stocked at Christmas with amazing finds?? YES, YES they do! But they have different seasonal decor all year round and their prices are incredible! My most recent shopping trip there was to focus on pillows for the rocking chairs on my porch along with deck pillows and maybe some random decor pieces for the tables. #onamission
When I tell you I succeeded, I feel like I went on a treasure hunt and found the Golddddd!
I ended up finding all the pillows for my porch and deck and even found the grain sack style I had in mind...so I felt like that alone made my trip successful. I also bought several different faux boxwood planters for both spaces, a beautiful natural fiber rug and table runner for the deck as well as a children's outdoor seating set for the girls...which is absolutely adorable and the total of all three chairs was under $50 #steal. Of course, we couldn't leave the store without the girls picking a toy from the children's section...and my mom followed behind me with her own cart full of stuff hah I'm pretty sure people were glad to see us check out and leave the store lol
All-in-all, it's easy to say, I'm still obsessed with this amazing store.
I currently have a full "cart" online. My next decor area I need to focus on is my garden areas...I have ALOT of them and they are bare. Gimme all the solar lights and wood benches #outdoorstyle You can check them out on Instagram @christmastreeshops
What type of Spring and/or garden decor to you like to buy?
What are your favorite decor pieces for your porch or deck?!
xoxo Lauren

What a fun Easter we had!
This year was so much fun because all 3 girls understood Easter and all the fun traditions that come with the holiday for our family.
Egg hunts, dying eggs, dinner with family and seeing that creepy bunny (yet not wanting to sit on his/her lap) all filled the week leading up to Easter.
On Easter Eve, the girls left carrots out on the porch to entice the bunny to hop on inside...it worked!
On Easter morning, the girls were awake before 6am; ready to see if the bunny hopped by our new house and left them some prizes!
We asked the bunny (via text of course) to just bring a prize or two for each girl because between the egg hunts and all of the grandparents, the girls have all the candy they could ever want!
We were pleased to see the bunny followed our wishes and just left the girls some M&Ms and bunny gummies along with some small trinket toys in their baskets...the girls were thrilled and thought it was the best thing ever #momwin
Sometimes less is more and let's be real, too much stuff becomes too overwhelming and the girls are too young to
truly appreciate everything. #lessismoreforsure
Once we had kids, we decided to rotate holidays with each side of our family so we aren't rushing from one house to the next on holidays. Our families live an hour and a half apart so spending more time in the car than we do with our families is not something we care to do on holidays.
This Easter we were with my in-laws and the girls had a great time with their boy cousins <3 They had a hunt at Mimi & Pops house followed by a family dinner. We also celebrated my sister-in-law and her boyfriend getting engaged earlier that morning...it was really a nice day full of love and food.
I hope you all had a wonderful Easter/ Passover weekend!
xoxo Lauren

The majority of our house is painted, but there is something about a wallpapered accent wall that gets me giddy! I finally made the plunge and decided to also wallpaper our entryway and hallway...with REAL wallpaper.
I chose Azzure Blue Grasscloth Paper from AStreetPrints.com and I've received SO many compliments on it; it's texture and color fit the vibe of our home perfectly!
One thing that had me a little unsure right after it was hung was that grasscloth is meant to show seams. Now, that's something I am not used to, because like I previously mentioned, most of our house is painted so I'm used to staring at a smooth wall. It has taken me a few weeks for the seams of the grasscloth print to grow on me. The seams aren't as noticeable now that pictures have been hung and a table and decor is adorning the wall.
Beyond my OCD craziness with the seams, I'm SO glad we chose to wallpaper and not just leave the walls painted. The wallpaper really gives a nice pop of contrasting shades of Blue to our downstairs space and the textured paper, not intentionally, matches a pair of pillows I purchased (last year) perfectly!
We get so much natural light in our hall and entryway from all our windows and the wall looks so cool with light shining on different areas...it really adds dimension!
A-Street Prints new site goes live on April 25th and I can't wait to see ALL their new prints! You can start getting a sneak peek if you visit their Instagrampage @astreetprints!
Have you ever wallpapered rooms in your house? How did the room turn out?
xoxo Lauren

When we put in the offer on our house, the older two girls told us they still wanted to share a room even though we have enough rooms for everyone to have their own. We certainly weren't opposed to them sharing and I actually was happy to have extra space for guests to stay. We figured the older two would go in the largest room (next to the master) and Laney would get her own room since she's a terrible sleeper. Well, right before we moved in, Liv decided she wanted to share with Delaney and Brynley said she wanted her own room.
Perfect...room selections were picked and everyone was happy!
Brynley chose a pale Pink paint color that she wanted in her room, while Liv and Delaney were unsure what they wanted their room to look like. Tom and I took apart the bunkbeds the older two had at the old house and separated them so Laney and Liv could have single beds. Quite frankly, we don't trust Laney in bunk beds...she's known to climb and jump off things like a flying squirrel. We configured the beds a few different ways to see which layout gave them the most space.
Once we found the best layout, I was dying to start decorating their bland room. Their room still had the contractor grade paint on the walls and I knew I wanted some color the liven the room. Their room is also kind of dark, as it sits at the back of the house. I let Liv choose which WallPops peel and stick wallpapershe wanted for their room. Since I wasn't prepared to use traditional wallpaper, I thought a peel and stick one that is easy to take off when I needed to would be perfect!
While I typically stick to muted colors when decorating, I thought adding a pop of color for the girls' bedroom would definitely liven it up!
The peel and stick paper arrived and it was even prettier than I expected.
They quality was great and the print looked fabulous- I couldn't wait to get it up!
I wiped down the wall that I was going to paper with warm to make sure it would be a clean surface to work on.
All you have to do is peel off the backing to the vinyl paper and place it on the wall- using a wallpaper smoother to get any air bubbles out. Aligning the paper was so simple, as I just matched the pattern and slightly overlapped the paper for a seamless look.
I only did one wall and it took me under two hours!
The girls absolutely LOVE their room and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! It took minimal time and effort and the quality exceeded my expectations!
What do you think?!

The holidays can be chaotic and stressful...can we talk about the obscene lines in every department store?! #nothankyou
Trying to find the perfect gift for everyone also isn't an easy task and many times the popular gifts for the year are sold out in stores a few weeks prior to the holidays! Below are 10 gifts that toddlers love and can be purchased online...no need to fight the crowds!
We have quite a few of these and the girls have loved them and grown with them as the years have gone on!

Thank you to Raymour & Flaniganfor kindly sponsoring this post. All opinions are 100% honest & completely my own.
Moving into our new home gave us an excuse to re-decorate and make the new spaces in our home not only reflect our personal style but also the home's modern farm house aesthetic. When we started looking for furniture, our first go-to was Raymour and Flanigan! Tom and I both purchased some of our first pieces of furniture from Raymour and Flanigan 10 years ago and the customer service we received then has us still coming back 10 years later.
When we walked into our local Raymour and Flanigan to look around, we were immediately greeted with a warm smile and asked if we would like a bottle of water to enjoy while we shopped. Our saleswoman, Rita, was so kind and informative and allowed us to look around, but stayed nearby in case we had questions. By the end of our shopping trip, Rita and I realized we had a mutual connection, my cousin, who has taught her daughter's at different times throughout their lives.
I love {happenstance} moments.
Tom and I knew we wanted a large modern farm table, but were undecided on color and design. Rita helped me and Tom think through the process and what would work best for us and our space given the size and style of our home. Tom and I both have large extended families, even having a gathering with our immediate families yields over 25 adults/kids. We needed a tablethat extended as long as possible (had a leaf) and would be durable for all of our parties and get togethers.
After going back and forth between 2 different tables, we decide on the Halloway table and the Kasari upholstered chairs.
Since the room is painted a Slate Blue color, and most of our house is painted in cool tones, I wanted to chairs to have a cooler tone as well- they are a light Blue/Gray fabric. I absolutely love the detail of the nailhead trim, which also matches a few other nailhead pieces we have throughout our house. I would consider my style having a French Country/Rustic Chic vibe and that's totally the look our dining room has- rustic chic, so to speak.
I spotted the Amelia French cabinets right when I walked in the door and basically made sure my table matched them haha
The cabinetshave a gray/beige finish and antiqued silver hardware which gives them a vintage chic aesthetic.
Another pretty feature is that there is interior lighting that will show off our family photos encased inside. The cabinetwas actually no longer in stock at the store we went to, so I took the floor model and had to order the remaining cabinet from stock left at another store. Lucky for me, Rita, our saleswoman was amazing and she worked with the manager to make magic happen so I could get both cabinets still in the amazing 3-day delivery frame
Raymour and Flaniganboasts of!
My chairs. How beautiful are the Kasari chairs?! Tom and I both wanted comfortable chairs that could withstand long conversations, Thanksgiving dinners and Christmas brunches without back pain and numb buns. These chairs certainly fill the need! They are so comfortable, an easy to clean fabric and the perfect color to accent the room.
I've received SO many compliments on them already!
I have to say, in all honesty, this furniture shopping experience was the most fun and pleasant that Tom and I have ever encountered...and that says alot coming from a man of few words like my husband. Clearly, Raymour and Flanigan has a name for themselves and their customer service for a reason. We will certainly go back to pick out pieces for our Living Room and Office in the coming months. #MyRFStyle
What do you think of our new dining room?!
xoxo Lauren
