Things are shifting in my life...

The more I work my businesses the more I realize the amazing opportunity I have to help ladies step out in courage, spend more time with their families, and REALLY live out their passion projects...

Projects like...

Digging clean water wells in other countries...
Building orphanages...
Starting a ministry or organization...
Giving REALLY generously to an already existing one...
Writing a book about something God has put on their heart...
Starting a business...
Adopting a little baby...
Being a stay at home mom with their littles...

But the thing is... money.

Debt stands in the way. Bills stand in the way. Car payments stand in the way. Lack of time stands in your way. And as great as that dream is, you just tell yourself it isn't possible for you, right?

So you push it down. You think...

"Maybe someday I’ll have the time/money..."

"Maybe it's just meant for someone else more qualified/capable/outgoing/financially able..."

I know exactly how you feel because I thought the same things...

I wanted to start a business and stay home more with my (at the time) new baby, but didn't know how it would be possible. I wanted to help ladies get their passion and calling into the world in BIG ways but didn't think I could really have any kind of real influence. I wanted to give generously to charities, but how was that possible if we were able to just barely pay our own bills?

So I lowered my expectations. Told myself I was content and comfortable where I was. And just lived the same day, week, month over and over and over.

But the truth is I still wanted those things... those dreams were still being put in my heart! I felt ungrateful for wanting more when I had been given so much. It felt selfish.

It took someone (actually many someone's) speaking truth into me to finally realize that what God calls us to - He also qualifies us for.

So that passion project you have on your heart... Your hearts cry...

Yeah, you're capable of doing it. It is possible for YOU.

The pieces may not all fit together right now, but He always makes a way. Usually that first step is scary. Sometimes it doesn't make "realistic" sense. But fear of that first step is what keeps so many "stuck" in the mundane.

And you know what...
Those who are doing it... living out their bravest lives, taking risks, pursuing their dreams... every single one of them felt the same fear as you do right now.

They felt the fear, but the thing is, they pushed through it anyways. They found their bravest place in Jesus' arms (shout out to my girls at @ImperfectlyBrave). And they took that first step.

Things may be shifting. My business may be changing. But the message is the same... I'm here to be that someone in your life who tells you... "You can too".

Just take that first step! The world NEEDS ladies who are following their hearts cry and living life full of intention.

Hey girl! I'm pretty sure that every single one of us has experienced a “stuck” moment in our business.

-        Overwhelm

-        Burnt out

-        Lack of clarity

-        Fear

-        Self sabotage

-        Imposter syndrome

“Stuck” can disguise itself in so many ways, but mostly it leaves us feeling like we have NO CLUE what to do next.

So eventually we stop moving forward.

Have you been there? I know I have. I am naturally a VERY driven person. I strive for excellence in everything I do, and I push through resistance.

Although this is a really great strength of mine, if I'm not careful it can turn into a huge weakness as well! I can push through so much resistance but if I don't stop to access WHERE the resistance is coming from in the first place, I’m actually doing myself a really big disservice in the long run.

Let me give you an example…

I know I want to launch a new program but for some reason I'm just NOT reaching the goals I set for myself. I don't know why I'm not wanting to do the work but I just can't bring myself to it. I resist.

I eventually decide that my deadline is quickly approaching so I HAVE to kick things into high gear. I force myself to sit down and do the work but its flowing out of me like cold molasses… its like I keep hitting a brick wall with what I want everything to look like.

I eventually either give up all together and go back to the way things were, forgetting this new program all together… or I stop completely and begin to feel like a failure. I'm burnt out. I feel like I just CAN'T get ahead. Maybe I'm not really cut out for this after all.

Ok… sound familiar? I see this ALL the time, and yes, I've been there myself.

Feeling “STUCK” is a really hard place to be.

Well, today I'm sharing 3 tips to help you go from STUCK to THRIVING again…

1.      Get honest about what is really holding you back

First things first, you have to get really honest with yourself about what actually got you stuck in the first place. Think back to when you really loved your life and business last. When did you REALLY feel joy about what you were doing?... About how you were showing up? When's the last time you were SO EXCITED about your task list?

(Make sure to be HONEST with yourself! There was a time in my business when I had to come to grips with the reality that my answer to this question was “NOTHING”. Nothing had really been bringing me joy. I was just going through the motions of all the things I thought I “should” have been doing.)

Now think about the things that have taken place between then and now. Have there been any big developments, launches, changes, etc., that have taken place in your business since you were truly loving it? If so, what are these things? Which of these things do you feel negative, uneasy, or overwhelmed just thinking about? It's likely that these things could be the beginning (or trigger) to becoming stuck in the first place.

If you find yourself thinking that you have never truly been overjoyed with the way you approach your business, then think through what things bring you joy in life in general. Do you consistently do these things?

2.      Find your “heart” work

This one plays a bit off point number one... You have to figure out the things that truly bring you joy and make sure you are doing these things on a regular basis.

The truth is if you're not feeding your soul and you're only doing the hard work, you WILL eventually burn out. It's not a question about if…but when.

Your job is to determine what things you LOVE to do in business. And what things you LOVE to do in your personal life. Now the key is setting intentional time to actually work these things into your days!

When thinking “what should I do next?” (because there's ALWAYS more to do on an entrepreneur’s to-do list!), your question should be “what do I need to do for ME, so I can continue to pour into my family, friends, followers, and clients as my BEST self.”

And no, that's not selfish.

3.      Support yourself in staying “unstuck”

The best thing I ever did for my business was stop and reach out for help. When you find yourself in a downward spiral of overwhelm and burnout, it's so important to seek the support you need.

What practical things do you need to grow your business? Does your brand need work? Do you need website support? Do you need help with planning and just thinking everything through to gain clarity in your next step? There are amazing ladies who offer professional support in any area you need help in your business.

Don't let fear hold you back from asking for the help you need.

Ladies, It’s time to discuss the topic of investments.

It’s scary.

It’s hard.

It’s uncomfortable.

But it has to happen.

Maybe you’ve made investments in the past that have left you frustrated and hesitant about if you should invest again…

Or maybe you’re not good at investing in yourself (I mean, when’s the last time you went shopping and bought something for YOURSELF and not the husband or kids?) ...

I just had a conversation with a client of mine about owning your power... and it took an interesting turn. 

It boiled down to this... If you're truly owning your power and value, do you still need to invest in yourself and your business??

My answer: YES! 

If you desire to grow to a new level in business, then investing is the best and fastest way to get there!

But the key is this... it's all about your mindset as you approach your investments!!

Here's the thing... You SHOULD believe that anything is possible for you. After all, we serve the God of the impossible, right? You have everything you NEED to begin moving forward into your dream right now.

To take that first step. 

You don’t need to gain more knowledge to START.
You don't need to invest in anything else to BEGIN.
You don't need to become someone better to LAUNCH. 

It breaks my heart to hear someone say "I've always wanted to write a book but I'm just too old now, I've missed my window"... or "I've always dreamed of starting a business but It's just not for me because I just don't have what it takes."


You do have what it takes. 

You didn't miss your window. 

You still can do that thing you've always dreamed of. 

When I was in college I watched an 80-something-year-old grandma graduate with her doctorate degree. Yep. She had always dreamed of it... so in her 80s she made it happen. That smile as she crossed that stage was priceless.

It's never too late. 

So... how does OWNING your power affect how you approach investing??? 

1. Believing in yourself allows you to ditch the mindset of "INVESTMENT DESPERATION". 

When you're so desperate for success that you're grasping for some magic program or course that will instantly make your business successful... you're investing for the wrong reasons. 

You should always want to grow and develop to a new level... but you don't NEED this to succeed right where you are. You're already capable of helping the person just 1 step behind you. 

If you approach an investment from a place of desperation, it will only leave you disappointed. Once you make the investment, YOU are still the one who needs to do the work. YOU are still the face of your business. YOU are the special sauce… not that coach, strategist, program, or course.

Remember to view your investment as a way to help YOU grow… not a magic potion to automatically give you success.

2. Believing in yourself allows you to forget past “failures” and move forward with CONFIDENCE in the future.

If you’ve ever made an investment that didn’t quite turn out the way you wanted and has left you scared to invest again… you will probably find it holding you back from progress and growth (even if you don’t realize it!).

It’s important to gain all the wisdom that we can from every situation in life, and this includes our past investments.

I’ll be the first to tell you that there have been a few investments that I’ve made that have left me wondering if I should have made that investment in the first place. Was it money well spent? Was it a waste of time? And then I begin to think of what I could have done with that money instead. Of where my life might have been…

Girl, STOP. That’s a downward spiral! You can’t change the past… but you CAN change what you do with the lessons that investment taught you (and I GUARANTEE you, there are lessons).

What nuggets of wisdom can you gain from your time working through that program or with that expert? Focus on those! Maybe it’s just acknowledging what NOT to do in the future. Whatever it is, focus on the lessons and stop seeing it as a “failure”!

And most importantly, don’t allow this to keep you from investing again in the future and doing something you KNOW God is calling you to.

If I had let my negative mindset of past investments keep me from investing in my current business coach, I would still be STUCK where I was… I would still be burnt out… I would still be overwhelmed. Thankfully I decided to move forward and invest again in what I KNEW was the right next step for me.

3. Believing in yourself (and most importantly, the power of God within you) allows you to boldly step into your investments with faith that He will provide.

When we know that the God of the impossible is within us, then we ultimately know that He is the source of our power. He gives us the courage we need to step forward into that next scary thing. He gives us the strength to keep going when things get tough. And we know that when we seek Him and His will for our life, then He will work out our future better than we could ever think or imagine.

We are able to take this knowledge of who He is and the power He gives, and know that through His Holy Spirit, we already have the wisdom we need to make wise investments!

“Haven’t I commanded you: be strong and courageous? Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9

 “We know that all things work together[a] for the good[b] of those who love God, who are called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28

So, next time you begin to feel a nudging to do something scary in your business, remember these steps…

- Collect all the information about the investment that you can.

- If you’re considering investing in a coach or strategist, follow them for a few weeks and make sure you resonate with them. Are their values in line with your values? This is very important! 

- Pray about it.

- Seek wisdom from other believers about it (and if you’re married make sure you and your spouse are on the same page!)

- Move forward with CONFIDENCE in how you are being led.

- Once you’ve made your investment, pray that He will bless your decision and leave it in His hands.

This morning I was reading through a passage in Hebrews and it caught my attention BIG time. By the time I had finished reading… it’s almost as if I could hear God say…

“Sandra, THAT’S what this is all about.”

Big dreams. Scary callings.

Stepping out in faith. Doing the hard things.

Feeling unsteady. Doubting your next move.

But doing it anyways.


Sound familiar?



I believe that the Bible is applicable to ALL life… not just the hard times. Not just in your personal life. Not just in the chaos. Not just in the calm. Not just at church on Sundays.

But today… right now.


Yes, even in your business.

Especially in your business.


Hebrews 11… (go ahead and read through it now if you want to follow along) is straight up chock-full of dreamers stepping out in faith and doing the hard and SCARY things. The impossible things. And if there is one thing that we learn through scripture, it is that God uses the most unlikely people to make HUGE, world changing impact. Normal ‘ol people.



Yep, I’d say that’s me.

I’m guessing that’s you too.


By faith Noah (a normal man) built an ARK to hold his family and 2 of all the animals of the world to save them from a flood that would completely cover the earth… People thought he was legit CRAZY to build a HUGE boat, the size of one and a half football fields, in a region that was completely land locked. It seemed absolutely impossible that there would ever be enough water to float the vessel (Hebrews 11:7). Everyone laughed, yet by faith Noah did it because that’s what God called him to do.

And God did what he said. The water came, the boat floated, the animals and Noah’s family lived.

By faith Moses (a normal man) lead the Israelites through the RED SEA as if they were walking on dry land… God used Moses to PART. A. SEA. because of Moses’ faith in the deliverance that God had promised. (Hebrews 11:29)

And God did what he said. Moses and his people were delivered out of slavery because of Moses’ obedience.


By faith Abraham (a normal man) left his home to travel to a new home but he did NOT KNOW THE DESTINATION (Hebrews 11:8). He only knew that God had called him, so in faith, he went… unsure of where he would end up but knowing that God would provide.

And God did what he said. God gave him a place to live, a son when his wife was past her child-bearing years, and even fulfilled His promises of descendants that were more innumerable than the specks of sand on the seashore. 

That’s what this is all about.

Taking that next step that God has called you to. Whether it be wiping runny noses, changing diapers, hearing “mom” 1,000 times a day, and longing for a trip to Target (and of course that includes a Starbucks drink) all by yourself… or whether it be starting a business, going against the grain, doing something people might think is crazy, sharing it unashamedly because you have a message that the world needs, and doing it for God’s glory even when it’s possible that no one will understand.


Because that message is your calling.

Because your calling is your responsibility.


Sometimes there will be victories… and sometimes it will be hard. Sometimes it will be beyond hard and you won’t know how you’ll make it another day. BUT… here’s the next step for you and me, fellow busy, tired, overwhelmed, yet-still-daring-to-dream entrepreneur.

KEEP GOING. One step at a time. Keep running the race set before you. Keep on keeping on with endurance. Because this journey is a marathon, not a sprint.

And how do we do that? How do we keep on when we feel like giving up? How do we keep on going when we feel like we have no endurance left?

By fixing our eyes on Jesus while we run, because…


“Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us (all these amazing stories mentioned in chapter 11), let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” 

There’s no better message that I could think of giving you today.

A message of hope. A message of peace. A message of freedom.

There’s no greater plan for your business.

A plan laid out for you by the same God who split the Red Sea. The same God who relentlessly loves you. The same God who is ready to use us “normal people” to change the world.

I’ve always known I was made for “more”. The fact that I was made for a specific purpose was never a question in my mind. I just KNEW it.

Do you feel that way? Do you feel like you were made for more than a mundane life and it’s your responsibility to live this one, short life to the fullest?

After working 10 years in both the corporate and freelance graphic design worlds, I decided that it was finally time to step out and start my own impactful business. You see, I’ve always been one to forge my own path. Working to build others dreams just wasn’t for me long-term.

So, I did it.

Actually, I did it for 10 long years… and I learned A LOT over that time. I learned the best ways to do things and I learned how not to do things. I had successes, I had failures, and I have tweaked my design process dramatically since I began 10 years ago.

And now, I design VERY differently than most designers. My programs are 100% unique and I believe it is both what sets me apart AND what my clients love about working with me.

I want my clients to be able to give me instant feedback on their designs so 1) I don’t waste time on a design they hate, and 2) they don’t waste time looking at designs they hate.

I want my clients to know exactly what step of the process we are in and not have to wonder… “did she finish that logo yet??”. Instead, they know exactly what has been done and they are playing an active role in the process.

I want my clients to have the creative freedom to give their impute and ideas while their designs are being made.

I want my clients to learn from what I’m doing so they can continue to improve their brand on their own.

So you know what this means?

No more communication problems.

No more missed deadlines.

No more missing the mark on the final products.

This means a final product that my clients truly LOVE and are excited to share with the world.

And keeping that spark alive...

This past weekend my husband and I celebrated 5 years of marriage!

As I sit here looking back on these past 5 years, I am so thankful for the things the Lord has done in my life! A wonderful husband, a beautiful baby boy, being able to spend my time pouring into what I love, and sharing my gifts with other ladies while having the freedom to create my own schedule (and can I just say right here and now that this past week I started work at 11:00am every single day just because I wanted to… DREAM COME TRUE!).

I can’t even tell you how fortunate I am to be married to my biggest fan and best friend. SERIOUSLY. He supports me 100% and I’m going to share something a bit personal with you today. I hope he’s ok with it… haha! But this is a segment of a letter that Steven wrote to me on the last day of my corporate job that I now have framed above my desk…

“Sandra, I can’t begin to express how proud I am of you for taking this step into a new career and new life. You are putting dreams into motion and boldly setting an example for women everywhere. You have the skills and ambition to make this as big as you want, and I am excited to be taking this adventure with you. We are going to hit roadblocks and hard times, but I am with you 100% and you have my support.
 A new candle may seem like a lame gift, but for one thing, I think you’ll love the scent. And secondly, it represents a fresh start. This candle has never been burned and comes with no imperfections or uneven wax. As it burns, unevenness will come and smoke residue will begin to show, but such is the consequence of being a light.
 You are a light. You will burn. You will also get burned. But I love you and will be with you through it all. You’re my favorite person in the world and no one can hold a candle to you…”

So, what have I learned over the last year of building a business while continuing to maintain a thriving marriage??

1.     Stop to give thanks...

I have so many friends in this online business space who are not supported or championed by their husbands and that is a REALLY hard place to be in. Business building and marriage building often seem to contradict one another. So, if you do have a supportive husband, tell him “thank you” and don’t take it for granted! Do something to show him that you appreciate him and his support today!

Also while you're at it, it's a great idea to thank the Lord for the amazing things he's placed in your life. Writing down all the things I'm thankful for is a great way to center myself and one of my favorite ways to start or end a day.

2.     REALLY take time for your husband and family...

I know the idea of working non-stop now for a business that allows you to have more freedom later may seem great… but the truth is that none of us know how much time we actually have on this earth. 

Make sure to take time to nurture those relationships NOW instead of constantly working for "someday"… because that day may never arrive. Make time for those date nights. Make time for family time. Make time for fun. It has to be non-negotiable if you want to maintain a happy and healthy marriage while building a business.

3.     Realize that there will be bumps (maybe even BIG bumps) but they will pass.

We have had our fair share of tough times. I’ve pulled all-nighters to meet deadlines. There was a period of a couple months where Steven watched Corbin after getting home from work every single night of the week, so I could work on my business (pre-daycare… thank goodness for wonderful people to love on our littles while we work, right?!). And we’ve also had times of feast and famine in our finances thanks to my business.

Bottom line: we’ve had some seasons during the past 5 years where things were really hard, but we didn’t give up. Eventually the hard times will pass if you just. keep. going. 

4.     Create a schedule that works for BOTH of you.

It’s easy to become a workaholic. It’s easy to work crazy hours before you have childcare and you’re juggling staying home with kids and starting a business. But the beauty of starting your own business is that you can create a schedule that works for you. You can create it however you want!… and your husband, as your partner in life, should also be a part of this schedule-creating-process.

Maybe that means you find creative ways to save time (buying pre-prepped foods, hiring a house cleaner, and other tips found in this post: "how to work from home with a baby"). Maybe that means you hire a virtual assistant to help you with business tasks to free up some time for your family. Maybe that means you intentionally set aside some time each week where you and your husband have 100% alone time (NO BUSINESS) after the kids go to bed. Maybe this means scheduling one family outing per month IN PEN on your wall calendar. Make these things non-negotiable!

Talk this over with him and start working things like this into your schedule right now. This will do WONDERS for your own sanity and for your marriage.

And the last thing I want to end this post with is a quote from my friend Whitney Putnam, speaker and author of Imperfectly Brave

“Women who know they are relentlessly loved can change the world.”

My husband does a really great job of showing me relentless love, but he could never even come close to God’s relentless love for each and every one of us. Today you can step into that relentless love and KNOW that you are loved beyond measure.

How would that change your life and your business? To know that you are loved in that way… That no matter what you did (or have ever done) you could never mess up too much to leave the banner of that unconditional love… To know that no matter what your marriage looks like… you are still relentlessly loved.

I too believe that women picking up the banner of relentless love and truly walking in it can change the world.

Growing a Facebook group can be a GREAT way to build your following and grow your business. Today I am going to be sharing with you 7 secrets that I’ve learned over the last year of growing my Facebook group from 0 to 600 lovely ladies.

It all started with daily promoting and let me tell you THAT WAS EXHAUSTING. I would start conversations with new people each and every day and invite most of them to join my group. This would take me 15-45 minutes per day in conversation.

Finally, I decided that this wasn’t going to work for me long term. I changed my focus and began to focus that time on pouring into the ladies already in my group. I began to encourage engagement from the current members. I began to share my heart and create a space that was genuine and real. And you know what happened???

My group began to grow on its own!

I began to wake up to requests from ladies wanting to join each and every day… my group began to grow on autopilot! Want to know what I did to make this happen?

  • This is how people find your group in the search section and this plays a big part in the SEO of the group.
2. Create a specific intention for the group.
  • You must have a specific purpose for the group. 
  • Know who your ideal member is.
  • Know what the shared interest is with all the members.
  • Speak to that shared interest in everything you do.
3. Cultivate the space.
  • Create a space that provides what you say it will
  • It is your responsibility to create a space that gives value that meets the needs, pinpoints, and shared interest of the members.
  • Create a FUN space. 
  • People want to hang out in a space that is enjoyable. Make the space a place where they can be real and have fun as well as learn and be motivated/supported.
  • Set the intention of the group in advance and stick to it.
    • Will your group allow promos or will it have a strict non promo rule? 
    • Will the group be for support, encouragement, teaching, connecting, etc? 
    • Will you be the expert or will the purpose of the group be community and collaboration?
  • You can make it whatever you want… just be intentional about it! 
  • Create/post quality content… quality is better than quantity! 
4. Encourage Engagement.
  • Welcome new members and ASK for their engagement.
  • Ask questions – polls, ask for advice, encourage others to ask questions.
  • Post things that you KNOW will get engagement throughout the week.
    • Ie. LIKE each other’s page post, Insta follow post, which is your favorite posts, This or That posts, post your favorite quote posts, drop your favorite gif or emoji posts…. Etc.
  • Call people out by name.
    • When you think they could help answer a question 
    • When you think they might be interested in what is being discussed 
  • WAIT for others to engage before jumping in and answering everything!
  • Give a specific call to action in your posts.
  • ASK people to go live! (and reward them for doing so) 
5. Go live!
  • Choose a consistent time each week.
  • Ask for comments and engagement multiple times throughout lives.
  • Be energetic and high energy when going live.
  • SMILE!
  • Act natural.
6. Reach out to group members personally.
  • Encourage a feeling of belonging and support by reaching out to group members regularly who could use your help or support.
  • Just say HEY and get to know your members more. This helps create a FUN place where people actually want to get plugged in!
7. Run a contest or host a party.
  • Get creative with this and basically just ask yourself “what would my member love to receive from me and how would they like to engage that would be fun for them??”
  • Run a giveaway. (Make sure the giveaway serves you and your business as well!)

And remember: Don't give up if you don't see immediate results.

  • Continue to be consistent with posting and giving value, encourage consistent engagement, and you’ll get there. It just may take some time!

Aren’t new beginnings so sweet?  I just LOVE stepping into a time and space that is not burdened by baggage or stress. I remember the feeling of finishing up a class in college and being able to fully put it out of my mind FOREVER. It’s kind of like finishing up a project that you’ve been working on for SO long and being 100% DONE!

In the same way, I think about the new beginning of 2018 and the fresh start that it brings.

I have structured the end of my year in a way that gives me the ability to finish up EVERYTHING on my plate by mid-December, take a mental break for Christmas and New Years and start COMPLETELY FRESH in 2018.

And it feels GOOOOOD.

So, here’s my question… Are you ready for 2018?

Are you ready to start fresh… or are you burdened with stress that will be following you into the new year?

Are you finishing 2017 STRONG… or are you feeling overwhelmed with your to-do list and lack of progress that you’ve seen over this past year?

You promised yourself that THIS YEAR would be the year to see HUGE success… to make HUGE waves… to see BIG results… but maybe it just didn’t happen for you.

I have 3 tips for you to help you end 2017 strong and begin 2018 fresh.

1. Evaluate your schedule and CREATE a plan to finish up your task list, take a holiday break, and start fresh in January.

As an entrepreneur, your schedule is what you make it! You ALWAYS have the freedom to CHOOSE what you do with your time. You can always CHOOSE what you put on your to-do list.

So use this freedom to it’s fullest.

Are you a project based service provider? If so, make sure to plan for your projects to wrap up by a certain date in December. Maybe you just want to take a few days off or maybe you want to take 3 weeks off! It’s totally up to you. 

Do you provide continual ongoing support for your clients? If this is the case, then notify your clients NOW of the time you will be taking off for the holidays. This will allow you time to begin planning for that time off financially as well.

Either way, YOU NEED A BREAK.

You started your business for FREEDOM, right?! Now is the time to begin living that freedom. Don’t let your business consume so much of your life that you forget to take the time off that you need for yourself!

2. Get the support you need to end 2017 strong (instead of feeling like you have fallen short).

If you’re approaching the end of 2017 feeling like you didn’t reach the success you wished you would have… then NOW is the time to make a change. You don’t HAVE to end 2017 feeling less than awesome about your results.

To do this, think about what you REALLY want to see happen in your business with the remaining 2 months we have left.

What milestones would you like to achieve before December 31st? What results would you like to see?

In order to see different results, you need to take DIFFERENT ACTION! So, if you’re tired of winging it and always falling short of the goals you set for yourself… then you need to make a change.

The FASTEST way for you to move your business forward is to invest in the one-on-one support you need so you can STOP winging it, STOP feeling constantly overwhelmed with what your next step should be, and START seeing results.

Don’t let fear stand in the way of your dream business. 

Ending 2017 on a really strong note will set you up for an amazing start to 2018.

3. Make a plan to start 2018 off right.

Maybe 2017 hasn’t gone how you dreamed. You probably had big hopes and aspirations for 2017 that didn’t come true. Maybe you dreamed of your first 5-figure month or your first 6-figure year… and it just didn’t happen.

I know how frustrating this can be!

But here’s the good news… 2018 can be your fresh start. It’s your blank canvas. It’s your ticket to put the frustrations and setbacks of 2017 behind you and move forward.

Here are my tips for planning a strong start to 2018…

Plan your goals.

What would you like for 2018 to hold? Just because 2017 may not have turned out the way you dreamed it would… this DOES NOT give you an excuse to set the bar lower for 2018. This just means you need to turn up the heat in 2018!

Map out your dream day/week/month.

Think about the things you need to accomplish in your life each day and week in order to lay your head on your pillow each night and feel like your day was successful.

For me, this means that I need to spend quiet time in prayer and in the bible each day. I need to spend quality time with my family each week (2 nights a week of uninterrupted family time is my goal). I need to spend time on self-care… doing my nails, taking a walk outside, going shopping alone. And I need to block out the time needed to keep our house neat and orderly. All of this must take place in order for me to feel like I have a good “work/life balance” in my business. Otherwise I can easily start feeling like a workaholic!!!

So, what does this look like for you?

Figure out what you need to help you succeed.

If you fell short of your goals in 2017, then something needs to change. Maybe you were trying to grow and build your business on your own. Maybe you were afraid to hire support you needed.

Well, in order to see different results in 2018, you need to make a change!

Sit down and write down ALL the stressors in your business that you can think of. What is weighing most heavily on you? What things do you really want to implement or improve in your business?

Now how can you get help in these areas?

-        Maybe that looks like hiring a babysitter for a few hours a week so you can get some real dedicated time to work.

-        Maybe that looks like hiring a virtual assistant to help you achieve your task list.

-        Maybe that looks like hiring a business strategist or coach to help you map your time and energy efforts and make a plan (I’d love to chat if this is you!).

-        Maybe that looks like improving your brand and visual appearance (again, I’d LOVE to chat).

-        Maybe you need to hire a house cleaner to come in once a month to give you a little peace in your own home.

WHATEVER this looks like for you… now is the time to make a plan and make a change.
