I am going on my bachelorette party with 7 other girls next weekend. I have a unique request that the good people of reddit might be able help me with. I want to do a round of “bar golf” on the strip. My idea is choose 9 bars/ cool places on the strip and to have little challenges at each like order a specialty drink and score par, drink it in one drink hole in one, etc. with various penalties as well. If you have played this before you’ll know what I’m talking about. Please help me with ideas, I’m stuck lol
Next, what restaurants are good for groups? One girl has celiac so gluten free options appreciated :)
Last, what clubs can we get the best bang for our buck at? I’ve seen stuff like girls can get in free with free drink coupons and stuff like that and I’m wondering where we can get the most free or discounted perks (lol). Also trying to decide between Drai’s beach club and encore beach club.
I'll keep it short. Looking to start up a pretty serious project with the main goal of getting some recording done.
Playing guitar for 12 years (including formal education in classical and jazz)
Can sing (better at guitar than singing), can also do harsh vocals. I've been a lead vocalist in a few bands. Can write lyrics
Professional guitar rig and microphone (no PA) *and car/ job*
Played around 100 shows (largest crowd probably 200ish?)
Recorded 2 eps with full band (lots of time helping friends record and doing guest vocals)
Moderate amount of self-recording
Most of my recent performance history was rock based (mathrock, post-hardcore, jazz-fusion and prog if you want the specifics)
I like things that are rock-based and experimental but i'm open to almost everything (except reggae and country). Some of my favorite bands just to get an idea: Deftones, The Mars Volta, TTNG, Between the Buried and Me, Oranges, Maps and Atlases, The Number 12 Looks Like You.
On a side note, i'm also getting into production (though I really want to start some type of band). But if you need stuff for videogames, youtube channels, podcasts, personal use, etc. i'm also available for that.
Send me a message and I can give you links to my work. I'll also probably want to meet up at a coffee shop a few times to make sure you're not a weirdo/ awful person or a serial killer.
Hi guys normally this is something I’d probably never do but I just wanted to get some suggestions on where to apply. I’ve been searching for an entry level job for a month and it seems everywhere I interview doesn’t call me back. Which I don’t get because in the interviews I have it seems to go fine. But anyways here’s some things about me. I’m a 20 year old male I got experience in about any entry level job you can have. I’m talking fast food, retail, warehouse, promoting, and driving. Like I said this isn’t something I’d normally do but I’ve just really hit a dead spot and don’t know where to continue. Thank you for any and all suggestions.
