Hello, so i have for while wanted to make "junk journals" but i've never really had much supplies to use and i was afraid of buying stuff i would never use, but i'm past that now and i want to start building up my supplies of all the sweet things, but when it comes to the brands and collections etc i'm far behind, i know my stationery brands decently so now i want to learn more about the craft supplies. buying expensive stuff on sale is always a good feeling :D

Do some brands specify in themes?

I have gotten a feeling that things are released as sets, with papers and maybe stamps or something matching, is this true?
Pls share your knowledge / opinions on what are the best or biggest brands

So for each of my friends birthday we like to make a scrapbook of memories with them. Everyone in the group makes a page and we put them all together and give it to one friend. So my dilemma/question is is I like to model mine off of "girls" movies that have actual scrapbook/photo albums in them. For example, the last one I did was modeled after the "burn book" from Mean Girls.

I'm starting to run out of ideas, and google is not being helpful. I was thinking maybe modeling after "Our Adventure Book" from Up, but I thought that might be odd since the couple doesn't really match up with our situation. Or I was thinking modeling it off Runway magazine from The Devil Wears Prada.

If anyone can think of any other movies that feature scrapbooks/photo albums and might be a better match, please let me know!

Any ideas to get the pages scanned and bound into a yearbook type format? This would downsize the space needed from many bookshelves to maybe 1/2 shelf? TIA
