Reddit - Olympics by /u/paulbunyansoar - 1d ago

I’m curious from people’s experience what it’s like buying and selling tickets at the Olympics or before? I know based on the official site that it’s not allowed to third parties and can’t be above face value, etc. but I’m curious how that plays out with extras. We ended up buying too many tickets to a couple events so wasn’t sure what our options are for the extras.

Any idea if North Korea will be represented by athletes in Tokio 2020? 🤔

I’m driving to Montreal in early September and I was thinking of making a detour to visit Lake Placid and the sites of the 1984 Winter Games. Is it worth the trip?

Ticket Trade Discord: https://discord.gg/xbuhpas

Hello I have 2 Basketball 3x3 tickets for the morning preliminary session on 7/27/20 that I’d love to trade for tickets to a different sport. I’m looking for anything between 7/24 to 8/2. Please post below if you want to trade (or if you’d be interested in buying at face value)

Does the IOC or broadcasters of Olympics games make any kind of effort to preserve the films and results of each event? And if so is there anyway to look up and watch those events?

If not, why?

On the other day I successfully got a ticket, but now wondering when the tickets are delivered.

I am moving to another city at the end of this month. Can I change the shipping address if it's not yet shipped out?
