My gym has a room that has a room that is like a dance studio, a wall of mirrors and a hardwood floor. It's a great place for solo judo drills as a warm-up, but the regular gym sneaks are too grippy on the hardwood, which makes things like Deashi or kouchi difficult. Is there another type of shoe or slipper that you've had a good experience with?

Hey guys had a question about falling after seoi-nage. I tend to clench my teeth at the breakfall just before impact on the mats. Should I keep my teeth apart or clenched?
