Bonus question: have the top 5 overall in a draft ever gone arguably in "correct" order? (eg. 1 is better than 2 who is better than 3...)

A suggestion to keep these threads fresh and not full of the same recycled jokes is to roast strictly on events/stories from July 1st, 2018 to today.

Be creative.

Things you should avoid include but are not limited to:
  • San Jose choking (Tampa choking, however, is still very much in play)

  • Vancouver rioting

  • Vegas being historic

  • Florida/Arizona/Carolina relocating

  • Minnesota being Wild-ly average

  • Nashville raising a banner for everything

I’m sure there are plenty more, but you get the picture.

Roast Schedule:

St. Louis Blues – 7/16

Boston Bruins – 7/17

San Jose Sharks – 7/18

Carolina Hurricanes – 7/19

Tampa Bay Lightning - 7/22

Calgary Flames – 7/23

Washington Capitals – 7/24

Nashville Predators – 7/25

New York Islanders – 7/26

Toronto Maple Leafs – 7/29

Pittsburgh Penguins – 7/30

Winnipeg Jets – 7/31

Columbus Blue Jackets – 8/1

Dallas Stars – 8/2

Vegas Golden Knights – 8/5

Colorado Avalanche – 8/6

Montreal Canadiens – 8/7

Arizona Coyotes – 8/8

Florida Panthers – 8/9

Minnesota Wild – 8/12

Philadelphia Flyers – 8/13

Vancouver Canucks – 8/14

Anaheim Ducks – 8/15

Edmonton Oilers – 8/16

Buffalo Sabres – 8/19

Detroit Red Wings – 8/20

Los Angeles Kings – 8/21

Ottawa Senators – 8/22

Chicago Blackhawks – 8/23

New York Rangers – 8/26

New Jersey Devils – 8/27

Have at it!
