Chocolate - Reddit by /u/dolmenoeffect - 2d ago

I love the soft melt-away texture of milk chocolate, but I don’t want to eat mostly sugar. Dark chocolate is just way too crunchy and bark-like to feel like a treat for me. I’ve been searching and trying chocolate for a while now, and I haven’t found anything I can enjoy while on a low-sugar diet. I’d rather not eat chocolate laden with alternative sweeteners- I just want a creamy soft chocolate. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Bought a few bags of my favorite chocolate balls (with fruit flavour inside each) from my recent trip. Unfortunately, they all melt into big chunks over the hot weekend. I tried using a kitchen knife but it's surprisingly hard to cut through. Instead of biting off the big chunks, I wonder what would you do to break them into pieces or any interesting way to still enjoy the chocolate.
