Hey there. Apologies in advance for my lack of knowledge. I lift consistently, eat healthy, and use protein, creatine, and pre workout. By no means am I a bodybuider. I just like to be healthy and look good. I have a trip in 3 months and I want to give myself a boost in gainz between then and now. What is my best bet? Just test? I've heard tren? What should I do, how much, and how long?

I just got a gym membership a couple weeks ago. I started squatting the other day and found a bit of a groove with the smith machine. I go light weight and put a full effort into the motion involved. I’ve done a bit of yoga and the yoga squat is basically ass touching with a strong and straight back. Anyway, I was squatting and the gym that works at the gym interrupted me between sets and was like “wow what technique are you using” and something about hurt knees and what not. Idk. It was weird because I didn’t really know what to say other than I just don’t want to hurt myself. I run like a crazy person and got to a bit of a plateau and thought maybe it was time to get some squats in. I’m afraid of them though because I got sore once years ago. Is it bad to go all the way down focusing on pure motion and form? Absolutely new to the lift scene.

Any feedback would be appreciated. I just thought it was weird that I was approached. I mostly feel like the weeklong creeper when at the gym. Got quite the pump today but nobody ever talks to me.

Hey Guys,

I’ve been doing a very low carb cut for the past few months with a lot of success. Started cut at 225 and weighed in at 196 today (yay).

Anyway, I noticed that everything I do a 1-2 day carb reefed I am always 1-2 lbs lighter the following morning.

Question: Should I keep referring until the weight stops dropping? What’s going on?!?!

Cut info: 5,11 Typical day (16-18k vast majority of Macros from protein). Meals consist of either eggs, egg whites, lean tuna w/ spinach w/ fat free mayo and hot sauce.

Carb refeed day: 22-27k calories. Keep meals the same but the remaining calories come from rice.

I really don’t care about eating the same thing every day.
