I just moved to a bigger city, and I'm not too far away from a gigantic asian market. I spent like an hour just walking around it yesterday. The place is filled with things I've never heard of before. Does anyone have a resource with lots of different recipes so that I can try to cook some of these new and strange things the right way? Or any recipes you'd recommend?
I was feeling adventurous today, and picked up some of this at my local Asian supermarket. I have no idea about the best way to make it. My preferred way of making greens, that are delicate like this, are steam or microwave-steam. Can I do this, and if so, how long?
