I'm coaching a LL team with my husband, and neither of us know how to pitch well. Last year we were blessed with 4 girls who pitched really well, but this year we are really struggling to get the ball over the plate. I'd say it's about 90% balls and 10% strikes. We've lost all 6 games we've played so far this season, and it's really draining on us and the players.

We haven't been able to get consistent practices in. We try to have one on Saturday afternoons, but we are busy along with the players, plus it's been a rainy spring.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

My friend is selling a cracked Demarini slow pitch softball bat for $60. It has a little bit of spider web cracking. Its original price is $360 and it still has pop to it. Sorry I don't have a picture but Is it still a good grab and legal?

Hi Softball community. As the title says I am looking for a good Post Game stretching routine for fastpitch Softball pitchers. Is anybody able to point me in the direction of good resources? I already found some for baseball pitchers, but they don't hit the stressed muscles quite right....
