I want to juice one liter, and drink it throughout an 8 hour period. So 3 or 4 glasses within that time. But will it last in the fridge that long or only a couple of hours because it's a centrifugal juicer I'm using.

What is the difference of juicing or making a smoothie? I wanted to start one or the other (nutribullet seems easier tbh) but wanted to drink primarily veggies and cut back as much as I can on the sugar from fruits. Wouldn't the smoothing with the fibers from the veggies be more healthy and filling?

So I have two questions: (1) Are slow juicers really 'healthier' than others (searching for scientific studies) and (2) can their results be used to also make soup? E.g., if you heat it after.

I was told that certain vitamins might nullify the effect of some other minerals/vitamins. EX: assuming a vegetable contains calcium & another fruit contains vitamin X and if vitamin X is known to nullify the effect of calcium, then both these vegetable & fruit should not be consumed or juiced together.

Are you aware of any such fruits/vegetable combination that can be detrimental to health when juiced or consumed together? I am asking this as i have begun juicing recently & want to avoid this if it is really true
