Someone told me years ago that if you stop training then very quickly you will regain the weight that you lost because your muscle will turn to fat. Is this correct?

Has anyone tried mountain climbing to lose fat -- no, not actually scaling a mountain but the exercise routine. It involves being in an almost plank position and running in place without moving your arms. I do this where I extend my feet up to my abs; however, I have added several variations on this. I use furniture movers under my feet since they glide and it makes it less stressful on my thighs. Seems to be working for me. Thoughts?

This is a question which many people ask!

The answer is that we all have the muscles which make up a 6 pack but whether the majority of people ever see their "6 pack" is debatable. It is believed that you wont see your 6 pack until your body fat is down to 12% (or even 10%). So, get cracking on those exercises and show your 6 pack to the world!
