Picking a good wedding photographer can feel like a daunting task. And picking a great photographer? Sometimes that can seem downright impossible!
But no need to fret! We’re going to share with you one of our best tips for success when choosing a wedding photographer that will live up to all of your hopes and dreams.
Choosing a Wedding Photographer: Critical Questions
Ok, are you ready for it? Wedding photographers are going to hate that we are telling you this but here it goes! Ask to see a few FULL albums. That’s right, I said FULL DIGITAL ALBUMS– Not just what goes in the printed album, not just what they put in their portfolio or on their website. You need to see how they handle ALL lighting situations. Sometimes it will be dark. Sometimes it will be 3 pm with full sunlight. When choosing a wedding photographer, you need to see the whole day in order to get a sense of scope for that photographer’s skill level.
Personally, we have photographed over 500 weddings at this point. I have no problem pulling out full digital albums and showing you our work. We have been photographing weddings all over the world for more than eight years and know how important this is for a bride. I will show you a wedding from start to finish. You will see everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. We want you to know our style and exactly what the final product will look like. Our goal is to make you ecstatic with your wedding day photography.
Cherry Picking Great Images
Anyone can take 50 great images and put them on a website and call themselves a top new photographer. But you need to do your homework. This is the one part of the wedding you can’t make a mistake with. The cake can be dry, the flowers can be a tad too pink, but the pictures need to represent exactly how the day went in a beautifully artistic manner that you and the photographer have envisioned.
So you’ve asked, now what happens if they say no? Maybe they’ve said no to protect their clients’ privacy or something they’re not allowed to share. This is where you ask how many weddings they have photographed? How long have they been in business? Really press them to find out why they can’t share at least 1 or 2 full albums.
We’ve found that this little bit of questioning can really help weed out the wedding photographer that just don’t walk the walk.
Here’s an extra tip! Go look at their reviews. Go look and see when the first one was posted. This is how you find out how long they have really been photographing weddings professionally.
As I’ve said, we’re up to about 450 weddings at this point. It’s been an amazing journey, chock-full of learning experiences. You know what they say — 10,000 hours.
And we will happily give you a few full photo albums to look through so that you can see we’re not messing around. Feel free to CONTACT US HERE.
We’ll be happy to answer any and all questions you might have in regards to the weddings we’ve worked behind the lens.
Wedding photos are so important, and usually, couples only realize this in hindsight. So let’s lay the groundwork ahead of time and capture wedding photos that you and your partner can cherish for the rest of your lives!
In March, we spent the FIRST day of Spring taking wedding photos for Anthony and Ashley’s beautiful Boca Raton wedding at The Boca Country Club. We love springtime in Florida!
Anthony & Ashley’s Boca Raton Wedding | Organic Moments Photography
March is one of the most gorgeous months of the year in Florida. It’s not too hot, not too cold, hardly rains, and the clouds are always big and beautiful. So, it was no contest on which month Anthony and Ashley were going to pick for their wedding. And we couldn’t have asked for better weather on the first day of spring!

Anthony and Ashley chose The Boca Country Club as their wedding venue because they loved the view of the golf course, the location, the beautiful staircase at the front entrance, and just all around how the venue has that “South Florida” look to it. This couple met while working in the service industry, so they loved that the country club was owned by the Boca Raton Resort & Club who have amazing food!
Spring Wedding at The Boca Country Club
When we asked Anthony and Ashley to describe their ideal wedding day in 3 words, they told us “Dance filled fairytale.” They wanted their wedding to feel intimate and have soft colors. They chose gold, white, and blush pink to be the primary colors of the wedding, with a touch of navy blue and burgundy so it could have a spring vibe with just a hint of fall.
This couple really knocked it out of the park, too! There was so much greenery and the flowers were plentiful. They even incorporated Some Game of Thrones into their wedding, including the cake topper and some words from the officiant. They are both spiritual people but don’t follow any specific religion, so they kept the ceremony simple with a few prayers. It was short and sweet and perfect just the way it was.
The entire families of both the bride and groom were in attendance. Everyone was smiling most of the day and dancing through the night, so photographing this wedding was a breeze. They all made our job so easy!
A Little Advice
We asked Anthony and Ashley is they had any helpful advice to other couples planning their big day. They said their advice would be to hire a good wedding planner because Ashley would have been lost without hers.
They said, “And for the couples… just relax and have fun. Don’t stress the day or the small details if something doesn’t go just as planned. The day goes by so quickly and you can never go back in time and relive it. So, if you let little things bother you or stress you out, then you’re robbing yourself of the full joy of that day.
Everyone ended the night partying and just enjoying themselves. We had an absolute blast photographing this wedding. Anthony and Ashley, we wish you two the best. You’re the kind of people we love taking wedding photos for. Keep on being awesome! Cheers, you two.
Last December, we had a blast photographing Mathew and Maha’s beautiful, Pakistani wedding at the Doubletree Hotel in Miami, FL. The decorations and attire at this wedding were gorgeous and we were grateful to the bride and groom for hiring us as their Miami wedding photographers!
Mat & Maha’s Pakistani Wedding at the DoubleTree Biscayne Bay
South Asian weddings, whether Indian or Pakistani are some of my favorite weddings to photograph. The color everywhere is so amazing. At its core, the inspiration behind this wedding day was to make it about everyone that attended and not just Mathew and Maha. They wanted the day to feel intimate and classy. And taking care of their wedding guests was a top priority from start to finish!
Mathew and Maha picked December as the wedding month because they wanted the weather to be nice and cool, not the hot and humid Miami like they get all year. Also, it was close enough to the holidays so that people would be able to take off work and everyone’s kids were out of school. They chose the DoubleTree because they wanted an intimate setting that also represented Miami and being on the water was important to them. It was wonderful to photograph them with the DoubleTree decked out for the holidays.
Indian and Pakistani Weddings in Miami
This was such an amazing wedding to be a part of. Mat and Maha are two wonderful people that share so many great values with one another. And they were so excited to get married! Maha’s smile lit up the whole room. She was just so happy, all day. And Mathew was so handsome in his tux.
Maha’s most anticipated moment was their first dance. She told us that, for some reason, the dance made her the most nervous. But the shaky nerves were all for not, because she and Mathew were in step perfectly out there on the dance floor!
There was so much laughter during this wedding, especially during the speeches at the wedding reception. Everyone did such an exceptional job when it came to delivering speeches that were funny yet emotional but also detailed enough for the guests to understand and appreciate the jokes and stories. Everyone made everything so relatable and easy to follow and it seemed like the guests enjoyed the speeches almost as much as the bride and groom.
Maha even gave her cousin a time-slot to perform a small stand-up comedy act, which helped to keep the guests entertained. Then they quickly opened up the dance floor so that everyone could really enjoy themselves.
The happy couple spent the rest of the evening interacting with their guests and personally thanking each person. Showing their gratitude for all the efforts their guests made was important for them.
They didn’t incorporate any religious traditions, as Maha is Muslim and Mathew is Christian, but they made sure to incorporate a cultural aspect with Maha’s gorgeous, jeweled wedding dress and jewelry. She had her wedding dress custom made in Pakistan. And the jewelry on her forehead — her Tikka — was her mom’s. The rest of her jewelry came from India and she was stunning!
All in all, we loved everything about being the wedding photographers for this Pakistani wedding in Miami. We had a wonderful time and we wish Mat and Maha the best of luck in their new lives together!
We typically work as your favorite Palm Beach wedding photographer and absolutely LOVE everything about weddings! We love couples in love, it’s that simple
Recently, we’ve developed a newfound love with a previously unexplored branch of our profession — doing an ANNIVERSARY PHOTO SESSION! But now that we have a few of them under our belt, we’re here to tell you that you NEED to go out and get some anniversary photos shot like yesterday.
If you and your partner have been together for years, then you’ve probably grown together as well. Your looks might have changed, but you’ve both aged like fine wine and we want to help you pop the cork — help you channel your inner Merlot or Syrah! You should feel beautiful together.
Anniversary photo sessions can be a great way to celebrate your anniversary and love for one another. You’ll have photos that you, your kids and even your grand kids can look back on and cherish. You two already have such great chemistry, so why not let us get behind the camera to capture it!
They decided to celebrate their anniversary by hiring us for a romantic anniversary photo session on the beach here in South Florida. We were truly blessed with such a beautiful night and the weather was absolutely divine!
You are never too old to have a romantic anniversary photography session. We recommend doing this every few years as it’s a great way to document your lives together. We personally do a photography shoot for our anniversaries and we have a lot of fun with it! Our house is covered in printed large acrylics.
An anniversary photo session is something all couples should try at least once! Even if you’ve only been married for a year! Anniversary photo sessions can be a very rewarding experience. Romantic photography doesn’t have to stop once you’re married. As a Palm Beach wedding photographer, so often we hear that the only professional photographs people have are their wedding photos! An anniversary session gives you both a chance to slow down, take a breath, and focus on each other. No kids. job. or stress. Just the two of you in love. Well… and us with our cameras. There’s an intimacy between a husband and wife that grows as the years pass, and we’d love the opportunity to document that from the other side of the camera.
If this sounds like something you’d like to do, please drop us a line or shoot us an email. We’d love to hear from you and help you create a few memories that will last a lifetime!

Ellie and Curtis were married in a gorgeous wedding at the Cruz Building and it was such an immense honor to be their Miami wedding photographers. When we first met Ellie and Curtis during their Michigan engagement session we had such a great time. We knew then that their wedding at the Cruz Building would be one to remember, and we were not disappointed!
The Cruz Building | Miami Wedding Photography
The Cruz Building is such an amazing Miami wedding venue. It is steeped both in luxury and in history. Part of the Cruz Building was actually imported from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. So it not only gives you an authentic New Orleans feeling, but it’s actually a piece of New Orleans itself! In fact, the Cruz Building was originally a New Orleans restaurant. When you enter the venue, it’s like you’ve left South Florida and are transported to New Orleans! With romantic balconies, sweeping terraces and stunning European architecture lit by shimmering crystal chandeliers and antique gas lanterns, a wedding at the Cruz Building is like a wedding right out of a fairytale! It’s one of the most unique Miami wedding venue options that we’ve photographed.
Ellie and Curtis said they chose to have their wedding at the Cruz Building because of its ornate beauty. It didn’t require a lot of decorations! They were able to have a dream wedding with minimal effort!
We loved how Ellie and Curtis eschewed tradition and opted against having a bridal party. It really made the day more intimate and we got to focus more on the bride, groom and their family. Everything about the wedding day was the perfect blend of sweet emotions and serious fun. From their elegant ceremony where they exchanged vows to their spirited hora loca with an espresso bar, Ellie and Curtis’s wedding at
The Cruz Building was so memorable. It really was a great party!
We were so touched with the kind words this couple had to say about their wedding photography experience with Organic Moments Photography:
“They were easy, flexible and professional. It was a great experience to work with them for both engagement and wedding photos.”
Ellie and Curtis, thank you for asking us to be a part of your love story. We were so happy to provide you with both a fun engagement session and your wedding photography. We wish you the best in your happily ever after!
Since Organic Moments is your favorite Sundy House wedding photographer, we wanted to share with you a recent bridal shower we did there. Although, most of the time we are photographing weddings at the Sundy House in Delray Beach, this time we got to enjoy Katie’s beautiful bridal shower.
Delray Beach Bridal Shower
Katie contacted us to photograph her bridal shower because, although she will be getting married in Greece, she wanted to make sure her friends and family who could not attend her destination wedding were documented at her shower. If you are planning a destination wedding make sure to contact us. Josh and I love photographing destination weddings!
You can see if your favorite Sundy House wedding photographer is available by filling out the contact form or calling us directly at (561)247-4439.
Katie’s bridal shower theme was lemons. It made you feel like you were at a springtime tea party. Her friends and family were filled with happiness for Katie’s next adventure. Take a look below at the amazing decor and fun games that made Katie’s bridal shower a perfect day.
Bridal Shower Games
Katie and Nick had a great time with lots of laughter playing a game hosted by Katie’s good friends. The game was to see how well they know each other. They were placed back to back. They were then asked a question. Each had to write an answer at the same time and hold it up for everyone to see.
Part of the decor was a beautiful setup of guest signing stones. They are so simple yet stunning and sentimental. Absolutely perfect for a bridal shower.
Last September, we had an amazing time photographing John and Shannon’s elegant Anderson Pavilion wedding in Cincinnati, Ohio. We had never been to Cincinnati before this wedding, so needless to say, we were both super excited!
John and Shannon’s Anderson Pavilion Wedding Ceremony
Anderson Pavilion rests on the banks of the Ohio River against the Cincinnati skyline. It boasts spectacular views, contemporary decor and elegance and features a beautiful Rose Garden that Shannon and John actually said their vows in. Guests from out of town were really shown the beauty of Cincinnati at this location. But, the iconic Roebling Suspension Bridge was the main centerpiece for the day. In all of our correspondence the Shannon, she really emphasized how important was to have the Roebling Bridge as her backdrop in the photos.
The Bride’s father, Charles Burford, passed away two years ago. Dragonflies always remind Shannon of her father. One thing she told us was that when dragonflies were around, you could be sure her dad was, too. Well, let us tell you, we have never seen as many dragonflies as we did outside in the Rose Garden during their ceremony. It gave us chills! It was so emotional and beautiful.
An Anderson Pavilion Wedding Reception | Organic Moments Photography
One really cool thing about the Anderson Pavilion was it actually had a carousel for all of the guests to ride! It was really cool. And in the evening, they served an appetizer that was kind of out of this world: The Cincinnati Cheese Coney. It was pure hot dog bliss! One of the main reasons John and Shannon picked the Anderson Pavilion as their wedding venue was because of the Cincinnati landmarks. The Roebling Bridge was incredibly important for them to capture as well as all of the great Cincinnati-based rides.
They really made everyone appreciate and learn about Cincinnati. The centerpieces during the reception were rocks with different locations of Cincinnati on them. We had never seen anything like that. Also, Shannon iced John when he went to remove her garter. If you don’t know what being iced is, let us give you a quick rundown. It’s a game where someone hides a bottle of Smirnoff Ice for another person to come across. When the iced person touches it, he or she must drop to one knee and chug the entire bottle of Smirnoff Ice! Other players who see the Icer hide the bottle are exempt from drinking it.
Though Shannon was most excited about the ceremony itself, she couldn’t wait for the special moments with John throughout the day and on through the night. Dancing was definitely going to be a main event and love was going to be in the air.
All in all, this was just a really great wedding to be a part of as the wedding photographers. We want to wish John and Shannon all of the happiness they can handle and we just know they are going to go on to do great things! John and Shannon, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for letting us be a part of your big day!
We had the privilege of photographing Fine Art family sessions in Boynton Beach, Florida for Valentine’s Day. Amy always has magic up her sleeve. If you haven’t checked out her work Click Here to take a look.
Recently we had the exciting opportunity to capture an incredibly loving Fort Lauderdale engagement photo session for Candice and Blake at Gold Aviation Services. We had such a fun time photographing this amazing couple for their engagement session, and we think you’ll see why.
Candice and Blake’s Fort Lauderdale Wedding Engagement Photo Session
This was our first session of the year after being off for 10 FULL DAYS! We truly love what we do, so we were more than ready to get back into the swing of things. Neither of us could contain our excitement when Candice and Blake asked if we could do the session at the Fort Lauderdale Airport with a private jet and an Aston Martin as their backdrop! Talk about CLASS! We like to have a lot of fun with our Fort Lauderdale engagement photo shoots, but this took it to the next level.
Candice and Blake looked absolutely stunning out there on the runway. This couple really loves each other, and we mean that. They were so easy to photograph because they truly just wanted to be out there having fun the whole time. Talk about chemistry!! And to top it off, the airport had some really yummy light to play with.
Candice wore not one, but TWO unbelievably gorgeous dresses for the photo shoot, and we still can’t decide which one she wore best. They both fit her personality so perfectly. And Blake was a real knock-out in his sleek entrepreneurial business attire. It felt like these two were moments away from waving ‘bye-bye’, hopping on that private jet and flying off into the sunset towards some exotic tropical paradise. Maybe that’s the plan for the honeymoon.
Fort Lauderdale Engagement Photo Shoot
It was great for us to stand behind the lens and watch Candice and Blake just laugh at each other and enjoy themselves together on what turned out to be a truly fantastic day. Blake’s parents were there for cheerleading support along with Candice’s aunt. We all just had a wonderful time and we wish all clients were like these two. Warm and loving and filled with the excitement of starting a new chapter in their lives together!
Candice and Blake, we wish you all the best in your new lives together. We’re so excited for you two. We can’t wait for the wedding and we know that your love and adoration for each other will last nothing short of a lifetime.

On a gorgeous day filled with Florida sunshine, we were fortunate enough to capture the wedding photography for Amanda and Todd’s wedding at The Club at Boca Pointe.
Amanda and Todd’s Wedding at The Club at Boca Pointe
The Club at Boca Pointe is an exceptional Boca Raton wedding venue. Part of the charming Boca Pointe Community, this expansive, luxurious country club features a simply gorgeous golf course, with rolling hills, beautiful trees and a sparkling lake. And when the sun sets, it is absolutely amazing as it dips below the rolling green hills and gently waving palm trees. When you layer in an amazing, accommodating staff with their elegant ambiance, you really can’t beat a wedding at the Club at Boca Pointe. It was the perfect backdrop for Amanda and Todd’s wedding day!
This Boca Raton wedding was a live wedding photography workshop. That is when we bring attendees who want to learn about the ins and outs of wedding photography. They get hands-on experience, learn how to pose, learn about good practices for setting a wedding photography timeline, and how to troubleshoot. All within a real wedding!
First Look Wedding Photography
We love it when couples choose to have a first look as a part of their wedding photography! And, we have to say, this first look was something magical. When Amanda and Todd first saw each other, they had pure, unfettered joy. Seeing the happiness these two shared ahead of the biggest day of their lives was so beautiful to capture. It really set the tone for the rest of their wedding day.
This wedding was filled with love. Not only between the bride and groom, but also with their families. Amanda and Todd were really excited about how family had come from long distances to be there at their sunny Boca Raton wedding. Their sunny afternoon ceremony was lovely, looking out over the magnificent vista of the country club. The flower girls, Kaylee and Amelia, were super cute. Max, the ring bearer, did a wonderful job. Is there anything cuter than little kids at a wedding?
As the sun set, we stole Amanda and Todd to enjoy their first sunset as husband and wife. The sky lit up with stunning pinks and purples all in celebration of their marriage. We’re so thrilled with how these wedding portraits came out!
The joy and celebration continued as everyone danced the night away at their reception in the Club at Boca Point ballroom! We haven’t seen a crowd break into such a well-coordinated YMCA in quite a few years and this group absolutely tore up the dance floor with it. And later, they all sang along to “Greased Lightning” complete with dance moves even John Travolta would envy! It was a FUN wedding!
Amanda and Todd, we’re so happy that we could provide your wedding photography as you were #becomingcool! Love is a many-splendored thing, and we know you have so much of it in your lives. Congratulations!
