Even now when I sit home with a bowl full of ice cream; it instantly takes me back to those golden days when it was a perfect treat on a hot summer afternoon. Nowadays with so much stress that we all face, be it at home or at a workplace, blues are common. So this Ice-cream cake is a perfect choice to beat the heat.

Ice cream Cake Recipe

Make this Ice cream cake with just 5 ingredients. This eggless ice cream cake recipe in Hindi is very easy to make and that too without oven or microwave. I made this cake in pressure cooker

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 cups vanilla icecream
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Choco chips (optional)
  1. In a mixing bowl put vanilla ice-cream and let the ice-cream melt naturally so keep it at room temperature for some time before making a cake. You can use any flavor of ice-cream to make this cake but make sure ice-cream should be full cream ice-cream for a better result. Low fat or dairy-free ice-cream will not work well.
  2. Today I am going to make ice-cream in a pressure cooker so for that take a 5-liter pressure cooker and put salt inside the pressure cooker. Instead of salt, you can use sand also. Put one stand on top of the salt and cover the lid. Let the cooker heat for 10 minutes on medium-low flame. Meanwhile, let’s prepare the batter.
  3. Once the ice-cream gets melt sieve flour, Sugar, baking powder, and cocoa powder, mix it well till no lumps.
  4. If the mixture is very thick then add water as required to make a medium thick batter. The batter is ready.
  5. Grease the tin with oil.
  6. Transfer ice-cream cake batters into greased rectangular tin; tap the tin so that batter spread evenly.
  7. Spread some Choco chips on top and put the cake tin inside the heated pressure cooker onto the stand. Cover the lid and remove the whistle and let the cake bake on low flame for 30 minutes.
  8. After 20 minutes let’s check the cake for that uncovered the lid and at this time ice-cream cake was ready so time may vary according to the heat also.
  9. You can also bake this cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  10. Once baked take out the ice-cream cake tin from the pressure cooker and let it cool down for sometime before inverting.
  11. Scratch the sides and invert the cake onto a plate and let the cake cool down completely before cutting into slices.
  12. Soft, spongy, fluffy Chocolate ice-cream cake is ready.
  13. Cut into slices and serve.

No-Bake Oreo Cheese Cake Recipe

No-bake Oreo cheesecake recipe in Hindi for all you guys out there. This cheesecake recipe can be made without any baking and you will certainly love this. Make this cake without oven and pressure cooker

  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 100 ml Whipping cream (or ½ cup )
  • 12 pieces oreo biscuits
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp agar agar powder
  • 25 grams butter
  • Choco chips (as required)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 4-5 oreo biscuits (for garnishing)
  1. Grind Oreo biscuits along with filling to make a fine powder.
  2. Take out the biscuit powder in a mixing bowl and add melted butter, mix it well and make wet sand texture.
  3. Pour biscuit powder into springform tin or ring mold and spread it evenly by pressing it with spoon or spatula.
  4. Keep it to set in the fridge for 15-20 minutes, meanwhile, let’s prepare cream cheese mixture.
  5. Put Whipping cream in a bowl and beat till soft peaks. It takes around 3-4 minutes.
  6. Soak agar agar powder in ¼ cup water, mix it well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
To make cream cheese mixture:
  1. In a mixing bowl and cream cheese mixture, icing sugar, vanilla essence and beat on low speed till it becomes smooth and creamy. Keep aside
  2. Cook soaked agar agar for 1-2 minutes or till one full boil and switch off the flame.
  3. Stir and cool a bit and add to cream cheese mixture, mix it well.
  4. Now add whipped cream to cream cheese mixture and fold in properly.
  5. Now add some choco chips, crushed oreo biscuits and mix it until well combined.
  6. Now pour oreo cream cheese mixture over the oreo crust.
  7. Spread some crushed oreo biscuits on top and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  8. Once set, take out from the mold.
  9. Cut into slices and serve.

No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake | Cake Recipe Without Oven

Presenting No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake recipe with a very simple process and step by step guide. Strawberry cheesecake is very easy and you can make this cake at home without using Microwave Oven. 

  • 100 grams digestive biscuits
  • 25 grams melted butter
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 1 tsp strawberry essence
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar
  • 100 grams strawberries (fresh )
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar (granulated )
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Agar agar powder
  1. Soak agar agar powder with ¼ cup milk and keep aside for 10- 15 minutes.
  2. Break biscuits into pieces and grind it to make powder of it.
  3. Transfer the powder of biscuit into a bowl and put melted butter, mix it well to make wet sand texture.
  4. Take ring mold or springform pan and put the mixture and spread it evenly.
  5. Press it with spatula, spoon or Katori and keep it to set in a freeze for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, let’s prepare our cream cheese mixture.
To make a strawberry paste:
  1. Cut fresh strawberries into small pieces/chunks.
  2. Take a jar, put strawberry pieces and grind it to make puree without adding water.
  3. Put strawberry puree, 2-3 tbsp of sugar in the pan and cook until sugar melts and mixture becomes slightly thick. Adjust sugar according to the sweetness of fruits.
  4. Strawberry mixture is ready. Keep aside to cool down for sometime
To make cheese mixture:
  1. Put whipping cream in a bowl and beat the cream till soft peaks form.
  2. Take another bowl put cream cheese, icing sugar, strawberry essence and beat till the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Now put soaked Agar Agar mixture into the pan and cook it on medium flame till it boils. Keep on stirring so that no lumps form.
  4. Once it starts boiling, switch off the flame and keep on stirring for a few seconds.
  5. Once the temperature gets down, then add strawberry puree and mix it well.
  6. Now add cream cheese mixture, whipped cream and mix it until well combined.
  7. Now pour strawberry cream cheese mixture over the crust and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  8. Once set, take out from the mold.
  9. Garnish with strawberry paste and some fresh strawberries.
  10. Cut into slices and serve.

Stuffed Pizza Buns Recipe in Pressure Cooker and Oven

Stuffed Pizza Buns recipe for you, which is very simple and you will love this for sure. This recipe is perfect for breakfast or evening snacks. I tried these pizza buns and it came out so tasty.

  • 250 grams all purpose flour
  • 7.5 grams Instant yeast (/active dry yeast)
  • 25 grams powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4-5 tsp olive oil
  • 150-200 ml water
  • For stuffing:
  • 1 big sized Potatoes (boiled and Mashed )
  • 1/4 cup sweet corn kernels (boiled )
  • 1/4 cup green capsicum
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup French beans (finely chopped )
  • Spring onions
  • green chilly (finely chopped )
  • Red chilly flakes
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 3/4 tsp Pizza seasoning
  • Pizza pasta sauce (as required)
  • 3/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1- inch piece of ginger
  • Sesame seeds (as required)
  • as required Mozzarella cheese (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 tsp milk
  • 1-11/2 tbsp oil
For stuffing:
  1. Put oil in a pan and make it little hot, once it becomes hot add grated ginger, green chilly and sauté for few seconds on medium flame
  2. Now add chopped french beans, chopped red bell pepper, chopped capsicum, chopped yellow bell pepper, boiled sweet corns and sauté it on high flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Add veggies of your choice to make stuffing.
  4. Now add boiled, mashed potatoes, salt as per taste and mix it well.
  5. Now add black pepper powder, red chilly flakes, pizza seasoning, spring onions and mix it until all the spices get well combined.
  6. Stuffing is ready to make buns.
To make dough:
  1. In a mixing bowl put water, powdered sugar and mix it well. You can also use granulated sugar but make sure sugar gets dissolve properly.
  2. Now add instant yeast and mix it well.
  3. Now put all purpose flour, salt in the bowl of yeast water, mix it well and make a soft, sticky dough.
  4. Add water as required.
  5. Now knead the dough for 6-7 minutes or till it becomes soft and smooth for this put the dough on countertop and knead it by pushing it with the heel of your palms. Apply pressure while kneading the dough.
  6. Use a scraper or sharp edge knife if the dough is sticking to your hands or countertop while kneading.
  7. Once the dough becomes smooth and soft and starts leaving the countertop then add 2 tsp of oil and knead the dough.
  8. Now add rest of the oil and knead the dough very well. Gradually add oil, do not add oil at once.
  9. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.
  10. Take one portion of the dough, roll it in your palms and flatten it for stuffing.
  11. Now spread some pizza pasta sauce and add 1 tbsp of stuffing, mozzarella cubes and pull the sides of the dough up, seal the edges and flatten it by pressing it gently.
  12. Grease the baking tray with oil all around. I have taken square shaped baking tray but you can use a round baking tray also.
  13. Put stuffed buns in a greased baking tray.
  14. Repeat the same process to make rest of the stuffed buns. Make sure there should be enough space between two buns as it gets double after proofing.
  15. Keep the stuffed buns rest for 45 minutes or until it gets double for proofing.
  16. After 45 minutes or when buns get double, brush some milk wash on top of the buns and pour some sesame seeds.
  17. Repeat the same process for the rest of the buns.
To make stuffed buns in Oven:
  1. Pre-heat the oven on 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  2. Once oven gets heated put the baking tray in the oven and bake the stuffed buns at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until upper part gets brown.
  3. In OTG bake it on the middle rack by using both the rods on.
  4. Once baked, take out the buns from the oven and brush it with oil or butter, it will make the bread soft and keep it cool down completely for 15 minutes.
To make the stuffed buns in a pressure cooker:
  1. Put salt in a large pressure cooker and spread it evenly.
  2. Now put the stand inside the pressure cooker, cover the lid, remove the whistle and heat the pressure cooker for 10- 15 minutes on medium flame.
  3. Once cooker gets heated put the baking tray onto the stand inside the pressure cooker.
  4. Cover the lid, remove the whistle and bake it on medium-high flame for10- 15minutes or till it becomes golden brown.
  5. Once baked uncovered the lid, take out the baking tray from the pressure cooker.
  6. Once it gets baked brush it with oil or butter, it will make the bread soft and keep it cool down completely for 15 minutes.
  7. Stuffed buns are ready to serve.

Eggless Oreo Cake Recipe

Making Oreo cake without oven in a pressure cooker. This way you can easily make a cake at your home.

  • 2 big packet oreo biscuit (24 pieces)
  • 1 sachet Eno
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar ( or as required)
  • 1 cup milk (or as required)
  • choco chips (optional)
  1. Take a 5-liter pressure cooker and put 11/2 cup salt into it.
  2. Spread the salt and put wire rack or any plate onto the salt, this prevents the cake for burning from downwards.
  3. Put the lid of the cooker on top, remove the whistle and to heat the salt keep the cooker on medium flame for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, let’s prepare the cake batter.
  4. Put the biscuit in a jar and grind it to make powder of it. Do not discard the cream of biscuit.
  5. Put biscuit powder in a bowl and add powdered sugar as per sweetness.
  6. Add milk and make a thin batter.
  7. To enhance the taste add some choco chips and mix it well. It’s not necessary to add choco chips.
  8. The batter is ready now. Let’s prepare the cake tin before adding Eno. Always add Eno at last otherwise it’s bubbly effect will go away and cake will not become soft and spongy.
  9. Take 6 inches round tin and grease the tin with oil all around.
  10. line the tin with parchment paper so that cake will come out easily after baking. grease the parchment paper with oil.
  11. Lastly, add Eno and quickly mix it well.
  12. Pour the batter immediately into the greased tin and tap the tin so that batter gets spread evenly and air bubbles get removed.
  13. put some choco chips on top and put the cake tin inside the heated pressure cooker onto a wire rack.
  14. Cover the lid, remove the whistles and bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes or till it gets fully baked. Let the cake bake on medium-low flame.
  15. After 45 minutes uncovered the lid and check the cake by inserting a knife or fork. If the fork comes out clean it means cake gets fully baked from inside.
  16. Now take out the cake tin carefully from the pressure cooker and let the cake cool down for some time.
  17. once cool, scratch the sides and invert the cake tin onto a plate.
  18. Remove butter paper and let the cake cool down before cutting.
  19. Garnish with some colorful sprinkles. you can use choco chips or chocolate syrup for garnishing.
  20. Cut into slices and serve
  21. Oreo cake is ready to serve.

Chocolate Cake Using Premix

You are going to love this recipe, I am sure! Tea- time chocolate cake is made by using a premix that you can prepare beforehand and use it hassle-free. I will share a very simple process with you all to make this recipe.

  • 100 grams all purpose flour
  • 80 grams sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 130 ml water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp vinegar
  • Pinch salt
  1. Take 5 litre pressure cooker and spread salt inside the pressure cooker; you can also use sand in place of salt.
  2. Place one stand inside the pressure cooker onto the layer of salt, cover the lid (do not close the lid) and let the cooker heated for 10 minutes on medium flame. In the meantime let’s prepare tea time cake premix.
  3. To make cake premix take a bowl and add all the dry ingredients all-purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla powder, baking soda and pinch of salt. Mix it well
  4. Now transfer dry mixture in mixer grinder and churn it for few minutes.
  5. Tea time cake premix is ready. Store in an airtight container or ziplock bag and keep it for 2-3 months in refrigerator.
  6. To prepare cake with instant mix:
  7. Put cake premix in a bowl and add oil, vinegar, water and mix it well till no lumps.
  8. Batter is ready.
  9. Pour the batter in greased and dusted tin, tab the batter to spread evenly.
  10. Put the cake tin inside the heated pressure cooker, cover the lid, remove the whistle and let the cake bake for 35-40 minutes on medium-low flame.
  11. After 40 minutes, uncover the lid of pressure cooker, take out the baked cake tin from the pressure cooker and let it cool down for sometime.
  12. After 2-3 minutes, scratch the sides and take out the cake onto plate.
  13. Soft, spongy Instant cake is ready.
  14. Cut into slices and serve.

  1. Take 5 slices of white bread (I have used small size bread but if you are using big size bread then take 3 slices), remove the edges and break into small pieces.
  2. Put the bread pieces in a mixer grinder and grind it to make bread crumbs. Keep aside.
  3. Heat full-fat milk in a pan and bring it to boil.
  4. Once milk starts boiling and bread crumbs and mixes it well till no lumps.
  5. Add condensed milk and mix it well. I am using condensed milk for better taste and result but if you don’t have condensed milk then you can use sugar also.
  6. Add milk masala powder (If you don’t have milk masala powder then you can use chopped nuts, cardamom powder, saffron in place of milk masala) and mix it well again. Cook till the mixture becomes slightly thick.
  7. Keep bread kulfi mixture cool down completely before pouring into the molds.
  8. Take kulfi mold and pour bread kulfi mixture, cover the top with foil paper to avoid ice crystals.
  9. Slit foil paper in between and gently insert ice cream sticks.
  10. Put the kulfi mold in a freezer for overnight to get set.
  11. After 7-8 hours take out the kulfi mold from the freezer and rub between your palms for a minute.
  12. Due to the heat of your palm sides will get loose and kulfi will come out easily from the mold.
  13. Gently hold the ice cream stick and take out bread kulfi from the mold.
  14. Instant bread kulfi is ready to serve.
  15. Serve chill.

Chilli Baby Corns Recipe

This is a very popular recipe that is served as a starter in nearly every restaurant. Crispy Chili Baby Corn is served as a Chinese delicacy and is just too spicy and yummy. So if you are a Chinese lover who loves to eat spicy food, then this is your go-to dish.

  • Baby corns (12-15)
To make batter:
  • 1/2 cup cornflour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • Kashmiri red chilly powder (/ red food color optional)
  • Oil (to fry)
For the sauce:
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2 pieces green chilly (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp red bell pepper (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp yellow bell pepper (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp green capsicum (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp onion (shredded)
  • 2-3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp dark soya sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1-2 tsp oil
  • Spring onion (for garnishing)
  1. Chop the baby corns into 1-2 inch pieces.
  2. Put rice flour, cornflour, salt, black pepper, red chilly powder in a bowl and mix it well.
  3. Now add water and make medium thick batter just like bread pakora. The consistency of batter neither is very thick nor thin.
  4. Now put chopped baby corns in prepared batter and coat it evenly.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and once the oil becomes hot, keep the flame on medium and put one by one coated baby corns into the hot oil. Do not overcrowd the pan, fry in batches.
  6. Fry baby corns till it becomes golden brown and crisp by stirring occasionally.
  7. Take out the fried baby corns in an absorbent paper and repeat the same process to fry remaining baby corns.
  8. Once fried keep the baby corns aside and let’s prepare the sauce.
For sauce:
  1. Heat oil in a pan; once the oil gets heated add garlic, ginger, green chilies and sauté for few seconds.
  2. Now add onions, capsicum and sauté on high flame for few seconds. Do not overcook the veggies let it be crunchy for better taste.
  3. Now add tomato ketchup, soya sauce, and sugar. Mix it well.
  4. Now add fried baby corns, salt (pinch), black pepper and toss.
  5. Lastly, add vinegar and toss it well.
  6. Garnish with spring onions and serve immediately.
  7. Do not keep for a long time after adding sauce otherwise, baby corns will become soggy and will not become crispy.

Gulab Jamun without Khoya

Gulab Jamun using premix without khoya and you can make them instantly using the gulab jamun premix. Gulab jamun is a popular Indian dessert. After every meal in a marriage or any other occasion, Gulab jamun is served regularly.

  • 125 grams Milk powder (or 1 cup )
  • 50 grams all purpose flour (or 1/3 cup+1 tbsp )
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50-60 ml milk (/water)
Sugar syrup:
  • 2 cups sugar (or 400 grams)
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Oil (to fry)
  1. Put Milk powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, soda in a bowl and mix it well. Keep the mixture aside.
  2. Your Instant Gulab jamun mix is ready. Store in airtight container or zip lock bag and refrigerate.
To make sugar syrup:
  1. Put sugar and water in a pan and bring it to boil.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of milk to remove impurities. Once you see syrup starts boiling and white foam appears, remove the white foam with the help of a spatula.
  3. Cook sugar syrup till it becomes slightly sticky. It takes around 15 minutes.
  4. Lastly, add cardamom powder and switch off the flame.
To make Gulab Jamun:
  1. Take the bowl of dry mixture and add water/milk to make a soft and smooth dough. I have used 50 ml of water, add water as required.
  2. Once the dough is ready, divide it into small equal portions
  3. Grease your palm with oil and roll it to make small balls. Repeat the same process to make rest of the balls.
  4. I have made 11 balls out of the total mixture.
  5. Heat oil/ ghee in a pan and once the oil becomes little hot drop rolled balls one by one into the oil.
  6. Gulab jamun will rise in size while frying so does not overcrowd the pan.
  7. Fry Gulab jamuns on low flame by stirring uniformly. Do not leave otherwise it may get burned. Do not fry on high flame otherwise, it will get brown from outside and remain uncooked from inside.
  8. Once it gets golden brown color take out from the oil and immediately pour into the warm sugar syrup. Make sure sugar syrup should be warm enough while soaking.
  9. Allow them to the rest for 2-3 hours and then serve.
  10. Instant Gulab jamuns are ready.
