Cannabinoids are found in the cannabis or hemp plant. The most well-known cannabinoids are CBD and THC, but there are also other very important cannabinoids like CBN, CBDV, and CBG. All up there are over 100 cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. Unlike THC, CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid which means that you won’t experience that ‘high’ you get when you smoke marijuana. Cannabinoids interact with our endocannabinoid system. It’s our endocannabinoid system which helps to maintain balance and harmony in our bodies. The cannabinoids bond with receptors in the endocannabinoid system. The receptors are like locks, with the cannabinoids like CBD binding to the receptors and unlocking them, creating them a chemical reaction.

CBD topicals are a life saver for anyone who suffers from arthritis, neuropathy, or carpel tunnel syndrome. According to Koi.com, Clinical Endocannabinoid Deficiency (CECD) is a popular new medical concept wherein a patient is determined to not be producing enough cannabinoids inside their body. We are a few weeks into spring, which means it is time for spring cleaning. This sounds like an overwhelming process, but it doesn’t have to be. Take one week to dedicate to spring cleaning. This is the perfect time if you have child(ren) who are on spring break and you are staying home with them. Have a to-do list for your kids, and have them clean along with you.
Hint: Make an organized space for misc. things that you own do not have a home,. If it causes clutter then opt to donate.
1. To get the motivation going, you can start with swapping colors. Put some light colored throw pillows on your couch, and top it off with a light throw blanket. The same goes for all the rooms in your house. Change the sheets and pillows & add the spring feel. The objective is to make your home feel nice, light, and fresh. This does not have to be expensive.
Hint: There are plenty of items you can DIY. You can create your own pictures, print and frame. This is similar to what Ikea does with their pictures and frames. Sign up with PicMonkey for free using by clicking here. You can create all the pictures you want for free, print them out, frame, and display.
2. Organize under your sinks. This is a place that is often neglected and can become messy without the proper upkeep. Take everything out from under your sink. Give it a good scrub down. This is where a lot of mold, germs and bacteria live, so clean it well. Discard of any garbage. Condense multiple half used bottles into full bottles.
This is where the fun part comes in. Organize under your sinks and the tops of your counters to your liking. I highly recommend bins and organizers. You can purchase quality & affordable organizers from Amazon.com.
Below I have linked my favorite, Amazon Best Seller Organizer, Stori. You can also click below on “Best Sellers in Drawer and Organizers to get reputable information on products.
3. Clean out those closets! Again, my recommendation is to get out EVERYTHING and put it into one giant heap go through and decide what you will wear and what you will discard. If you have not worn it in more than 1 year, it is time to go-unless it is for a special occasion or business attire etc. You may chose to donate your clothes or sell them for a small amount of money (no guarantee that the business will accept your clothes. I recommend donating to a omen and children’s shelter. Put all of your clothes away and keep similar items together. When hanging up shirts, it is best to hang up by color, that way it is an easy go-to selection when you are getting ready.
Hint: If your child(ren) are with you make this a family project.
4. Organize those drawers. I think the best thing to do here is to make your space as clutter free as possible. Check out this desk and drawer organizers.
5. If you need to organize papers, I suggest to create files, label them and put them into a condensed box. This box should not be in your bedroom. The bedroom is a sanctuary. When you see papers in your room, you are likely to get stressed out during times when you are unwinding. This method costs $5 or less. Be sure to label and organize accordingly.
6. Overall deep clean. Dust everywhere in the house, clean out the fridge of old food and give it a scrub inside and beneath, clean the creases in your shower, sanitize your dishwasher, sanitize your washing machine and get all the dirt around behind it.
7. Get anything you may have missed- under the stove, the creases in the floor, organize your book shelf, change out pictures etc.
Hint: Top off your freshly cleaned home with essential oils.
The Cricut is a very popular product, and for good reasons. It is high quality and super versatile. It works well for beginners, intermediate and advance DIY crafters. You can do so many things with this machine its other products. I have personally known 3 stay at home moms and wives with 3-4 children who have been able to successfully run their own business from home just by using the Cruicit. One made our children’s soccer team’s shirts, personalized backpacks, and water bottles from the cricut. This was 2 years ago, and we still use all 3, because why not…?
They were basically the rock star moms. I am not as advanced in the Cricut DIY world as those talent moms are and many others, so I am using them as my example.

As MS Month comes to an end, I wanted to share this graphic i made as well as share some knowledge and personal experience with you all. .
Everyone with Multiple Sclerosis experiences symptoms differently. There are many similarities no two cases are the same. This is why they call it the “snowflake disease” most often it is the “invisible disease” .
The size, space, location, age of, and number of lesions differ upon patients. The rate at which you progress, Some people have a mild case and never progress past that point, and some people go quickly. Keep in mind, everyone’s biochemistry is the vastly different. Also, some people are medicated and stabilized, and others (like me) have not yet tried medication. There are 4 types of MS: Relapsing Remitting at 85%, Secondary Progressive, Primary Progressive at 10% and Secondary Progressive at 5% which is the most rare. Some people will end up going from Relapsing Remitting to Primary Progressive, and some people can have a combination of types. This is why it is so important to make mindful lifestyle changes upon diagnosis. You do not want negative progression.
I made this condensed map of the symptoms in which I experience on a daily basis. I am always in flare up with the exception of a few days in between. I have a lot more symptoms than what this symptom map reveals, such as constantly dropping things, difficulty pulling change out of my wallet, getting out of bed at night, paralysis, falls,, using. a cane, exhaustion raising my voice, I cannot yell, and the list goes on.
Did I mention my vitamin D levels are 11>. I have been on Vitamin D therapy over 2000 UI per day and it still does not work.
Note: This is a huge risk factor and indicator of MS. Please please please, get your vita-D and talk to doc about blood tests and integrate supplements.
I am also anemic and suffer from Fibromyalgia, which is very real.
Some times I cannot attribute what symptoms belong to which illness.
*I will be doing a blog on Vita-D, Anemia, and Fibro (which I am actually writing a 10 page paper on that right now). I actually should be doing that. I suffer from chronic procrastination above all else
I am only 25 by the way. I am not seeking pity. I am only spreading awareness and education. Personally, I am glad to finally have some answers,
Here is my picture. Comment and or share on social media platforms if you can relate.
If you need support, please build a community here.
There is also a great social media website for people with chronic health conditions called My Health Team. I use this for my support groups.
My biggest symptoms are all on the right side, particularly chronic pain and stiffness/MS HUG.
The purpose of this exercise is to walk participants through a process, step-by-step, to craft a personal story that translates the impact of public policy on the lives of actual people. The sections and questions below are intended to offer guidance to participants, not be an exact formula. While some advocacy stories may contain all elements noted below, most do not. Yet, it is critical for participants to stop at each section, ask the key questions, and determine if the element can assist the “citizen-advocate” – the story-teller – in the pursuit of their policy goals.
Working with your partner, review these elements. In each section, suggestions are made for your consideration, and sample sentences are offered for you to complete. These are meant as suggestions to help
you craft your story."
"Elements of Great Advocacy Story-Telling

• Establish context for the life you’re about to describe.
• Begin the story, thinking about the first sentence.

"3. “Paint the Picture” – Details and the Senses (the “hook”)
• What did you see, hear, touch, taste, smell?
• Make it real. Be practical, specific, and graphic – don’t hold ANYTHING back!

4. “The Struggle” – Describe the Challenges (the “line”)
• Identify the conflict.
• Struggles are mental, philosophical, emotional, physical – even personally internal.

"5. “Discovery” – Provide interesting and impactful facts (the “line”)
• Don’t give away everything up front or until it has the most impact.

6. “We Can Win!” – Introduce the Potential of Success & Joy (the “sinker”)

7. “The Button” – Finish with the request (the “sinker”)
• Have your ending sentence clearly memorized and know when to use it.
• Exercise restraint.
Possible Sentence to Complete: … (Sorry…no sentence to finish here – you finish the story!)"
There are many reasons for a military spouse to start a blog. Here are some but not limited to:
Digital journaling through your travels: This is a great opportunity to document all the places you have been. Take pictures, write about about it, give reviews, make a duty station bucket list. This will be super helpful for the military spouses who are coming to your station soon. It will give them something to look forward to and help them navigate the area better with the sense of familiarity.
Experience: You have a lot of experience that civilian people lack. Both good and bad. You can write about the current climate of military culture, current events such as issues with childcare, and your stories with PCS. People love to read about experience, and you have a unique story to share with readers.
Specific Niche: The military community is such a specific, tight-knit, niche that you are bound to grow an audience full of supportive people. There are many fellow mil-spouses that would love to help connect you to others and resources in order to grow your blog.
Passive Income: Given the correct marketing strategies, you will be able to make some money while maintaining your job as a stay at home mom and spouse. Maybe you are doing this on the side while you are working, It takes a while, to earn income but there is a wealth of information out there to help you achieve your financial goals.
Show off your talents and develop new skills: When starting a blog, you will absolutely learn new things by having to troubleshoot. It sounds intimidating, but it is not.You will also be able to show off your talents, whether it is creative writing, graphic design, photography, working any type of software etc. This is your time to shine. If you lack skills in an area that is necessary for blogging, you will learn it.
Employable Skills: If you are a stay at home mom and managing a blog, you have acquired a lot of tech skills, marketing, networking, and written and communication skills. All things employers are seeking. If you have been out of a traditional job for a while, but you have been blogging, you are considered a business owner. This will not be a problem if you want to get back into the traditional job market.
E-commerce: Often times a blog leads to a business. This is a way to get more hits and traffic on your website. You want to generate revenue. I have seen so many bloggers successfully publish their own ebooks using Amazon Kindle Self Publishing ebooks.
If you want to make a giant profit from your blog, DIY anything with the Cricut. It is shown to be one of the most profitable products on the market. You can make anything from tee-shirts, bags, customized cups, customized pillows, customized anything and sell it directly from your website. This skips the middle man like Etsy, which takes fees out of your pocket. Once you start to sell, you profit and everything on your website has paid for it self.
Do you have a Cruicut or have you been dying for one?
I have known quite a few people who have created their own business using the Cricut and materials. They can get a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Great quality! Cricut and producs have been consistently voted one of the best on the market.
There are plenty of Blogs, Pintrest and Youtube videos of inspiration if you are just starting out.
Amazon has taken a drastic and necessary measure to provide equal opportunity to people of all income levels.
Amazon is already a reasonably priced website and a great source for e-commerce businesses. Most of us compare in-store prices to Amazon when going shopping so we can save some money. It is likely that we will save a few dollars to a substantial amount.
What has a big problem with Amazon.com? The cost to join Prime raised in 2018. According to Amazon.com, “Starting May 11, 2018, new members will be charged $119/year for an annual Prime membership and $59/year for an annual Prime Student membership.
Starting June 16, 2018, existing Prime members with an annual membership will renew at a rate of $119/year. Prime Student members with an annual membership will renew at a rate of $59/year.Monthly Prime members continue to pay $12.99 per month. Monthly Prime Student members continue to pay $6.49 per month”.
That is a lot of money for most of us.
Luckily, I get the student discount at $59.00, but that is still quite pricey for a student.
Amazon has finally come to a solution.
Now the vast amount of Americans struggling to make ends meet would greatly benefit from Amazon's discounts?
