See what our expert brokers have to say about this ultra-unique building:
Devin Tarantino: There is an apartment for everyone at Spoke! Whether you’re looking small and functional, or large and extravagant, there is a home here for you. The amenity spaces encourage a community feeling and can easily cause you to never have to leave home. The convenience of the Blue Line being on the corner across the street allows you to access the city in minutes, but if you are feeling like taking a stroll, River North is a short walk away. Spoke is a one-of-a-kind.
Casey Miller: The amenities at Spoke are very unique. The music room is something not often seen at amenity buildings, and there’s also a communal room with a stage where bands can play. The building overall has very nice amenity spaces, but those specific two definitely stand out at this building!
Shahid Rivera: I love the amount of amenities that Spoke has to offer! From a full Peloton studio to the AMAZING 15th-floor sky lounge with gorgeous views of the entire city! There’s always something to do here and it never feels overcrowded. I also really appreciate all the artwork that was commissioned specifically for Spoke. My favorite piece is the ” Its OK” art piece done by artist Matthew Hoffman, who also did the “You Are Beautiful” campaign in Chicago. Not only is it a really cool piece to look at with a very inspiring message but you can also climb on the giant letters and perhaps take a pic for Instagram. The floor plans of the apartments are very well designed, featuring huge walk-in closets in ALL of the apartments with very modern finishes.
Sean Holland: It’s got a peloton bike room. A whole room of them.
Vanessa Kanavos: Aside from the amazing amenities, this location is perfect for anyone who finds themselves spending lots of time in both the West Loop and Wicker Park areas. Spoke is smack dab in the middle and there are many transportation options including bike lanes.

Bars in Streeterville
Billy Goat Tavern has a true place in Chicago’s history opening their doors in 1934. This classic pub is widely known for its curse with the Chicago Cubs. In 1945, “Billy Goat” (the owner’s nickname) was turned away from entering Wrigley Field for a Cubs game. He lashed out and said the Cubs wouldn’t win any more games. This is known as the start of the 75-year curse on the Chicago Cubs. Thankfully the curse was broken in 2016 when the Cubs won the World Series. Step into a piece of Chicago’s history and celebrate the curse being broken! Another Chicago favorite for over 25 years is Timothy O’Toole’s Pub. This is truly a sports fan haven with over 48 beers on tap and 50+ large screen TVs. Timothy O’Toole’s is sure to please a large variety of tastes. Copper Fox Gastropub is a gastropub inspired by local breweries. All beer on tap is brewed within a 15-mile radius of the restaurant. Locals can grab a table and sip on the local suds. If you are looking for more of a dive bar vibe, check out Streeter’s Tavern. With games like foosball, beer pong, and Jenga, you are sure to enjoy your time and maybe make a new friend.

Hear what our expert brokers have to say about One Bennett Park:
Sam Kahn – One Bennett Park is in a class of its own. A building Chicago has not seen before. Heavily influenced by the high-end market in New York City OBP comes to Chicago as a product with no parallels. Multi-Million Dollar Condo finishes, services, amenities. The gym which is part of being a resident is nicer then any one would pay to belong too. You truly get what you pay for. Steps from the lake, views of the water/city. This building is truly elite.
Tara Giles – One Bennett Park offers a level of sophistication and class that no other rental building in Chicago does. Beautiful finishes, stunning amenities, and service stand out here. The service level is what differentiates the building from other luxury buildings and caters to those that truly value top-notch resident services. It’s like living in an exclusive 5-star hotel.
Tristen Heimann – One Bennett Park is the true definition of ultra-luxury living within a traditional, yet contemporary package. From the white glove concierge service to the resident “butler” service and weekly hotel style tidy-up cleaning included in the rent, down to the solid brass door handles that will provide a natural patina over time designed by the architect, Robert A.M. Stern himself. It’s certainly a regal masterpiece that pays homage to the past and will stand the test of time.
