This week Shaun and Jermaine are recording LIVE from a secret London location!
Jermaine tells us all about how he's been getting lucky (not like that!) and his new ParkRun time while Shaun talks through his tale of almost winning a Hugo Boss suit. He may have missed out on a suit but he did pick up a free blood test from this week's episode supporter, Thriva.
It's a bumper episode this week. Shaun and Greta go buggy running while Jermaine catches a full-moon at Waterloo.
The special guest is Andrew Steele of DNAfit. Andrew is a former Olympic 400m and 4x400 m relay runner. He talks through his career in running, the challenges he faced, both mentally and physically, and how he ended up startup, DNAfit.
We also learn what DNAfit can offer in terms of advice on how your genetic makeup affects your training and nutrition and what that means for Shaun!

Scottish and GB Paralympian, Derek Rae is on the line with Shaun to chat about his training ahead of the London Marathon. Rae took the World Para Athletics Marathon Cup for his class when he completed the 26.2-mile course in just over two hours and 36 minutes back in 2018.

On this week's show, Shaun is tapering-off ahead of the London Marathon while Jermaine prepares for his RAF fitness test.
The interview comes from American ultramarathon runner Courtney Dauwalter. Dauwalter finished the Moab 240 race in 2 days, 9 hours, and 59 minutes, faster than any of the men in the pack and beating the second-place finisher by more than 10 hours. She famously won the 2017 Run Rabbit Run while battling temporary blindness for the final 12 miles!
We talk about her running career; how she got into the sport and what motivates her to train and race. We discuss her mental toughness, and she manages to continue to push when others would throw in the towel.
We continue with the Soar Running Grassroots Hero Challenge, where you can nominate the unsung heroes who make the world of running a better place.
