The Buddha once said “have no masters and be the master of none.” In the Tao and Buddhist teachings we are taught that we never die, only the body does. The heart and spirit live on and on. If this be so, then the heart knows all things. It knows of past lives and all the knowledge it acquired through the ages. How can anyone else be the master of your heart?
A good teacher merely reminds the student. My grand-teacher told me you must learn through the heart, only then can you know of kung fu or tai chi. The ‘Fu’ and the heart area the same. Be the subject of no one. Do not become a sheep. Immerse yourself in your own heart and the ‘Fu' and The Way. Let no one control you. Be your own guiding light. Find your courage, find The Way.
Positive Chi develops when we know our negatives, accept this, then you can fully accept your positive self. This is your ying/yang
Find your courage!

When you visualise things with your 2 eyes, you see things on a 2 dimensional level. But when you see things with your third eye, you see things on a 3 dimensional level. Your heart is the third level, learn to see through your heart. Be truthful. Remember there is your truth, other people’s truth and then the real truth.
When we sleep our eyes are closed, yet we see. Sometimes bad things, but most times beautiful things, this is the third eye. When you see something that uplifts you, this is the third eye. To see behind a smile, to see kindness, to see compassion, to see yourself as you see others. To open your third eye takes courage. Your heart and third eye are as one. Learn to use both. Be truthful, be brave, become accepting, become kind, become compassionate. Learn to see yourself as you truly are. Do not mind what others do, they will weaken you. Do as you should do and you will become strong.
To be selfish is like being a black hole in space - all things go inwards, there is no caring for others. It does not matter what comes or goes, all is about you. They take and never give of themselves. They consider others who do give as stupid or being a fool. They will laugh and snigger behind good peoples backs. These people do not think of sharing and are greedy.
We are here on this plane to create. We can only create when we have conquered all of our negative ways, including selfishness. Acceptance, kindness and compassion requires sharing and giving just as the earth and universe give us life. We must do as they do, ‘as above so below.’ Learn to let go of the self.
This is the disempowerment of selfishness and greed
To defend without compassion is to become the aggressor. True courage derives from compassion. True leadership comes from compassion. Generosity comes from compassion. Caring and healing come from compassion. Courage without compassion leads to war.
When you stand firm and defend with compassion, the Heavens shelter you with compassion.
Empowerments work not only for the positive but also for the negative, eg, if a greedy person satisfies their greed, they feel good. Banks and corporate companies feel powerful when they walk over some small companies. Religious groups, when controlling people, feel powerful. The soldier when killing feels power with someones life in their hands. Boxers in the ring feel powerful when they knock the other person out. Thousands of people at a football game, but only half will feel powerful when the other side loses. All of these may allow you to feel powerful but it is only at the expense of other people. This is not empowerment. This is destruction and disempowerment derived from the mind. True empowerment comes from the heart and vibrates through all the universes. This is how the divine universe expands - through the heart, not the mind.
Rather than saying be ‘mindful’ we should say be ‘heartfull'. The mind is full of all sorts of negative and positive aspects of the self. Try to meditate and you will find all kind of thoughts interfering. This is why the Buddha said, “if you want to fill the mind, you must first empty it”. Use the heart; this is the way. The word ‘Fu’ in Kung fu means that which comes from the heart. It also means quality. Learn to become heartful. No one can teach you about the heart. You know all you need to know. It holds all knowledge. It is the mind that blocks it by aggression and ego.
Probably the most famous case of treachery was that of Jesus by Judas. In the case of war there is always the traitor, most times it is the weaker of the two sides where we find the traitor. Lovers can betray each other, husbands and wives can also betray one another, so what is it about the human-being that entices some to betray others? Is it driven by fear, lust, greed or wants? Looking after no one - not caring for anyone else but the self? Talking about a friend behind their back is treachery too - yes I believe it is! Destroying someone's character to further yourself, is this treachery? Of course it is. Most people have been through this and if most people have been through it then this means there is alot of it around!
Those who betray others live a very shallow life. They create alot of trouble, from the betrayal of children to the betrayal of a country. They destroy lives, communities, families and countries. They are there to allow the destroyers of this beautiful earth, but their actions reach out into the universes. Our universe is in total harmony as are other universes. They will never have control, in fact in doing what they are doing they destruct themselves. They create disharmony and as the universe is in harmony, they put themselves outside of this holy oneness. Within our oneness we are strong, it is they who are weak. This is the disempowerment of treachery.
Remember this which came from my Grandmaster Si-Gung Chiu Chung, “when a student betrays his teacher heavens cry but when a master betrays his student, hell smiles.”
