This bedroom renovation project in Chennai showcases a unique and incredible transformation. Here, the idea is to utilise existing space smartly and convert it to provide additional room for double occupancy. This bachelor’s pad has been transformed into a haven for two with extra wardrobes added to the simple and minimalist home. By using modern elements, the home’s look has been elevated. The biggest challenge in remodelling projects is the age of the property, and this one was done in a 90-year-old building. Despite that, the architects at The Yellow Ink Studio have created magic within the four walls of this home.

If you believe that a basement is a boring place that can only be used for storing odds and ends, it’s time to change that thought! Why? That is because the architects at Grey-Woods have proved you wrong with this Noida project, where a 650 square feet basement has become a trendy den with smart touches. By introducing minimalistic yet stylish designs, the basement now accommodates a living area with TV as well as a bar unit to entertain friends. The colour palette is neutral to keep the atmosphere bright and relaxing. Since the basement doesn’t receive any natural light, it was essential to create an airy vibe with soothing colours. Creative lighting also plays an important role in making the basement attractive.

Designing a kid’s bedroom is both exciting and challenging! Every child has unique taste and requirements, which need to be taken into consideration while introducing the colours, designs and furnishing. The  interior architects at Space Polygon have however done a fantastic job in this Chennai home by creating a bright, spacious, functional and lively space for a brother and sister. Geet and Bhuvam didn’t want a typical pink and blue room, and they wished for a room that would feature their love for superheroes. Also, the room needed to have lots of storage options and ample space to play and practice dance or gymnastics. So, based on the children’s requirements, the interior architects came up with a 17 × 10 × 10 m room that is aesthetically pleasing, exclusive and cheerful.
