I wanted to know what others thought about how long one should train a client with zero experience on how to lift. It’s been 5 sessions where we have only worked on lifting technique. Maybe another week and then I can start to add some weight to the kids routine. What do you guys think?

Has anyone used cannabis to treat post injection pain before? Also just for muscle soreness in general the day after a workout? I just did my first pin early this morning and I can feel the dull ache coming on which I'm going to say is just a result of virgin muscles. I just wanted to get feed back on Sarms for Weightloss, specifically GW-501516 (Cardarine). Some people love them but others say they don't work. I've used Cardarine only once and lost weight but couldn't tell if it was the clean diet or the Sarms helping. Maybe it was the placebo effect but it did feel like I had better cardio sessions on it.

My girl has been injecting my butt, and it's virtually painless except for the initial entry. It's 1 1/2 inches. First time I've used injectibles, but from what I hear your butt is supposed to be sore. I injected my quad myself and it hurt pretty bad but my butt is like nothing.
