Homemade Veg Pizza
Hey fellow food lovers!! We are ready with your treat for today..... Who doesn't love Pizza right !! So do give this cheesy Pizza a try and share your thoughts with us.....

Ingredients
For Pizza dough
For Pizza Sauce
For Pizza Toppings
Instructions
For Dough
  1. Warm half cup water, in that add 1 tsp sugar and 2 tsp dry yeast and leave the mixture at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a bowl add Maida,Salt and Olive oil, Now add yeast mixture and mix well. Knead the mixture with required amount of water to form the springy dough.
  3. Cover the dough and leave it for 2-3 hours or till the dough doubles in size on room temperature.
For Pizza Sauce
  1. Wash & Cut the tomatoes and grind them in the mixer to make paste.
  2. Heat the Olive Oil in a pan and add chopped Garlic till it turns brown
  3. Now add tomato paste and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add dry Basil, Italian herbs, Crushed Red Chili, Sugar, Salt, black pepper powder and mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes or till it becomes thick.
  5. Sauce is ready.
Assembling and Baking
  1. Let's start making the pizza as we have Dough, Pizza Sauce and Toppings ready. Preheat the oven on 250°F for 20 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle some Maida on smooth surface, Flatten one portion of dough on the smooth surface with the help of a rolling pin.
  3. Place the rolled dough on baking tray, Spread the pizza sauce and top it with all the veggies and Cheese.
  4. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 20 minutes on 200°F.
  5. Homemade Veg Pizza is ready to be served hot.

  1. Start with heating the oil in the pressure cooker , then add all the Whole Garam Masalas into it.
  2. As the Cumin starts to crackle add the sliced Onions into it. Cook till the Onions starts to get translucent in color.
  3. Now add the Chicken to it and mix well. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes
  4. Time to add the crushed Ginger - Garlic , Turmeric, Salt and Red Chilly powder into the cooker and Mix thoroughly.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes then add chopped Tomatoes and mix well.
  6. Cook till the tomatoes dissolve then add water and cook till the Chicken gets tender . You can also put on the lid of the pressure cooker and cook till two whistles then switch off the gas stove.

  1. Take Brinjal and Tomato grease them with oil, put some cuts on brinjal with knife and roast the brinjal and tomato on gas or in the griller.
  2. Peel off the roasted brinjal and tomato and mash it properly.
  3. Heat the pan and add some oil, fry green chilies, garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes. Now add fried green chili, garlic, ginger, spring onion, coriander leaves and salt in the mashed brinjal and tomato.
  4. Beat all the ingredients together in a vessel and make smooth paste.
  5. Heat the pan and add some oil, now fry mustard seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chilies,curry leaves, asafoetida and splash it on the brinjal mixture.
  6. Garnish with spring onions and coriander.
  7. Serve with Jowar bhakri or chapati.

Hey Fellow food lovers, Here is one more fasting recipe for all of you. Sabudana Khichadi is super delicious and extremely easy to make . It's a good way to be energetic the whole day without eating grains and Legumes.

  1. Soak Sabudana in water for 2 hours(Approx). Meanwhile make paste of green chilies,Coriander and Mint Leaves.
  2. Peel and cut the Potato into small pieces.
  3. Now add green chili, Mint and Coriander paste along with crushed peanuts and Rock salt in soaked Sabudana and mix well.
  4. Heat some oil in pan and add the cumin seeds till it crackles, then add some curry leaves and potato, fry it till potatoes becomes soft.
  5. Now add the mixture of sabudana and mix well.
  6. Leave it on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Sabudana Khichadi is ready to be served.
  8. Serve it hot with Lemon or Curd.

  1. Place khoya in a pan on medium flame.
  2. Cook it on medium flame while stirring continuously.
  3. Cook until it melts and starts changing color to light brown.It will take 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Remove the khoya in a plate and let it cool.
  5. Once it cools down add Desiccated Coconut, Powdered Sugar and chopped Dry fruits to it.
  6. Mix all the ingredients well.
  7. Take small portion of mixture on palm and start shaping it in the form of laddu.
  8. Repeat the process and make all the laddu.
  9. Serve these Coconut Khoya Laddu as Naivedyam or Prasadam.

  1. Start with heating the Cooking oil in a pan then add Cumin seeds into it .
  2. As the Cumin crackles add the crushed Ginger- Garlic. Cook it for 30 Seconds.
  3. Now add the sliced Onions and Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes till it starts getting translucent in color.
  4. Time to add the Mushroom into the pan then mix well. Cook it for 6 to 7 minutes.
  5. Now add Turmeric , Red Chilly powder, Coriander powder , Salt and Pureed Tomatoes . Cook everything till the spices start to Ooze out Oil on the surface.
  6. Time to add the boiled Sweet Corn into the pan and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Add the Milk into the pan and Cook till it comes to a boil . Then switch off the gas stove.

Chole Aloo Masala (White Chickpeas & Potato )
Hey fellow food lovers, Hope you are having a great day . In our today's menu we have a spicy Chickpeas and potato dish which is a perfect dinner Lunch and Dinner meal or whenever you want to eat something special . It's intense spicy flavors makes it extremely delicious . So let's begin....

  1. Start with soaking the White Chickpeas for 8 to 10 hours .
  2. Now in a pressure cooker Add White Chickpeas along with Potatoes , Baking soda , Salt and Water and cook till 2 whistles on high flame then reduce the flame to low and cook for another 7 to 8 Minutes.
  3. Keep it aside as the pressure cool down take the boiled potatoes out and cut it into cubes .
  4. to make the gravy start with heating the Cooking oil in a pan or a skillet .
  5. Then add Cumin seeds and Bay leaves into it.
  6. Let the Cumin crackle then add Chopped Onions to the pan .
  7. Cook the onions till it gets golden brown in color.
  8. Time to Add the "Spice paste" along with Turmeric , Coriander powder, Red Chilly powder and salt .
  9. Mix thoroughly and cook for 3-4 minutes by stirring regularly.
  10. Add Pureed Tomatoes and give it a good mix . Then Cover and let it cook .
  11. We would cook everything till the oil starts to ooze from the sides of the pan.
  12. Now add the Boiled Potatoes and mix well. Cover it and Cook for 2 to 3 minutes .
  13. It's time to add the Chickpeas along with the stock (Water) .You can adjust the water quantity as per your preference.
  14. Mix it well and cover it with a lid .
  15. Let it come to a boil then reduce the flame to low and let it simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  16. Finally Garnish it with Green Coriander leaves and mix. Now switch off the gas stove .
  17. Time to enjoy delicious and Spicy Chickpeas and potato curry with hot Roti , Rice , Paratha or Naan . Hope this recipe comes out great for all of you.
