Hey Fellow food lovers, Here is one more fasting recipe for all of you. Sabudana Khichadi is super delicious and extremely easy to make . It's a good way to be energetic the whole day without eating grains and Legumes.
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Soak Sabudana in water for 2 hours(Approx). Meanwhile make paste of green chilies,Coriander and Mint Leaves.
  2. Peel and cut the Potato into small pieces.
  3. Now add green chili, Mint and Coriander paste along with crushed peanuts and Rock salt in soaked Sabudana and mix well.
  4. Heat some oil in pan and add the cumin seeds till it crackles, then add some curry leaves and potato, fry it till potatoes becomes soft.
  5. Now add the mixture of sabudana and mix well.
  6. Leave it on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Sabudana Khichadi is ready to be served.
  8. Serve it hot with Lemon or Curd.

  1. Preheat oven for 200°c.
  2. Grease the baking tray with cooking spray.
  3. Place the layer of Tortilla Chips on cooking tray,Spread the Baked beans and Corn kernels over the layer of chips.
  4. Sprinkle Mexican Salsa sauce and Hot Sauce over the layer of corn and beans.
  5. Now sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
  6. Bake in oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve hot with pickled Jalapenos.

Hello my dear fellow food lovers, hope you are enjoying your weekend. Our today's recipe can be a perfect side dish for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. This Delicious Onion Egg roast gets ready in no time and absolutely Delicious in taste. Try out our version of this amazing dish and share your thoughts with us.
Ingredients

  1. Step 1 - Start with heating the cooking Oil in a skillet or a deep pan then add Cumin into it.
  2. Step 2 - As the Cumin crackles add the Sliced Onions and Salt into the skillet and mix well. Cook till it gets translucent in color.
  3. Step 3 - Now add the Ginger - Garlic paste , Turmeric , Red Chilly powder and Coriander Powder into the pan. Cook it for 7 to 8 minutes.
  4. Step 4 - Time to add the Boiled Eggs into it and mix well. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Step 5 - Finally add Lemon Juice and Green Coriander leaves and mix well.
  6. Step 6 - Our Delicious Onion Egg Roast is ready to be served. Enjoy it with Hot Rot , Paratha or Poor . Hope this recipe comes out great for all of you.

Hello dear fellow food lovers!!! Happy Ganesh Chaturthi to you all.... Rava Laddu is a traditional maharashtrian sweet dish prepared on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi for Prasadam. Try this exotic recipe of Rava Laddu and let us know your feedback...
    Ingredients
    Instructions
    1. Filter the sooji in a vessel and add 3 Tbsp Ghee to it and mix well.
    2. Knead the sooji with water into tight dough .
    3. Heat the ghee in a pan for frying the dough balls.
    4. Make medium size balls of the dough and fry in hot ghee till slightly brown.
    5. Now crush the fried balls and place them in the mixer jar.
    6. Grind it well then take it out in a plate and let it cool.
    7. Once it cools down add chopped Dry Fruits, Cardamom Powder & Sugar Powder to it.
    8. Mix all the ingredients well then add 4-5 Tbsp melted ghee in it and mix well.
    9. Take abour 2-3 Tbsp mixture in the palms and make laddu with it.
    10. Add little more ghee if you are unable to bind the laddu.
    11. Rava Laddus are ready to be served.
    Recipe Notes

    Rava laddus can be stored in an airtight container for 8-10 Days.

    Hello dear fellow food lovers...Hope you all are doing good... Cold coffee is a cold sweetened beverage made with Coffee, Milk & Ice. There are various methods of brewing coffee and also it comes in different Variations/Flavors like Espresso, Mocha,Cappuccino etc. Today we are using Instant coffee powder to make Cold coffee. Hope you all like it.

    1. First mix Coffee Powder, Sugar & Warm Water in a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes or until frothy.
    2. Pour chilled Milk and Ice Cubes in the jar and blend for 3-4 Minutes until it becomes frothy.
    3. Pour the Cold coffee/Coffee Shake in serving glass and top it with the scoop of Ice Cream.
    4. Serve immediately.
