Every wedding is unique and Sarah & Abram's was no exception. Their day was just how they wanted it – a celebration of bringing two beautiful families together. It was such a fun, cozy winter day and I loved watching these two together. Scroll through for some of my favorites from their wedding!
I've known Hannah for years – like "I remember when you were this tall" kind of thing. Fast forward to last year, I had the pleasure of meeting Caleb at Hannah's family shoot! I didn't get to see them interact much at the time, but when Hannah contacted me about doing their wedding I was so happy for them! We're all rooting for love, right!? We just happened to pick a warmer day in January for their engagement session, which was a blessing – Indiana has been below freezing for a few weeks now and I think we're all ready for some warmer temps. We picked a local nature preserve to hike around while I got to know them both better and watched their love unfold. I had such a fun time capturing them and their playful love towards each other and I really can't wait for their June wedding! Congrats you two.
Abby and Aaron married in early November at the eclectic Speakeasy in Broad Ripple. It was a beautiful, art-deco inspired wedding filled with love, happy tears, and allll the dancing. One of my favorite moments happened just after the first dances, when Abby put on her Grandmother's wedding dress and surprised her Grandfather with a dance – there wasn't a dry eye in sight. It's moments like those that make me so happy to do what I do. Thank you both for inviting me along to photograph your day!

This elopement is one special to my heart because the bride is my best friend – someone who's inspired me for years to be a better artist and person. I've know both Laura and Richard since high school and I've watched them overcome so many challenges and become the strong, amazing couple that they are today! A couple of years ago, they went on a road trip out west and once they stopped at Yosemite National Park they knew it was something special. When they chose it for their wedding location it didn't come as a surprise and I couldn't have been more honored to be there to witness (and photograph) it.
This trip was one of my favorites to date. I've been to Europe once before but I didn't take as many pictures as I wish I had. This time around I had a camera around my neck the entire trip, making sure to capture everything that caught my eye. We began in Rothenburg ob der Tauber – a classic, beautiful medieval town. Cobblestone streets, quaint shops, and rolling landscapes galore. I had my first latte of the trip there and it's one I won't ever forget! From there, we moved on to Munich. We explored, ate too much food, and drank too much beer. Munich is a rebuilt city but it still has a ton of heritage and natural beauty to it!
Before leaving Munich, we took a day trip to Salzburg, Austria. Originally, I was planning on skipping that trip but I am so glad I didn't. Salzburg has many historic areas and is well preserved – if you ever have the chance to go, take it. Our next stop was Switzerland but we made a side trip to Neuschwanstein Castle and Lichtenstein on the way. From there we drove on to Switzerland, aka one of the most breathtaking places I have ever been. I wasn't hoping for much, but the minute we hopped off the bus and started walking towards our bed & breakfast I was in awe. There are really no words to explain how beautiful it is, you just have to go! Before we even had a chance to finish dinner, we raced up to the highest point in the little town we were staying in to watch the sun set over Lake Lucerne. It was a magical experience I hope to relive again.
I'm so thankful to have a job where I have the flexibility to take time off and explore what the world has to offer. It's a great opportunity to gather inspiration from new places and come home refreshed. Scroll through for some of my favorite snapshots and maybe gather some inspiration for your next trip!

Mallory and Wisdom first met in Wisdom's home country of Ghana and the two of them quickly became friends. Their friendship turned into love, and soon after they were married in Ghana before heading to Indiana. Once they were settled, Mallory got to planning their American wedding and contacted me to photograph it! I'm so happy they chose me to capture their wedding – it was a gorgeous, crisp fall day filled with so much happiness and love. It all came together perfectly and I'm honored to have been a part of it!
On a cool summer afternoon, Jenny and Braydon wed at the beautiful Avon Gardens in Avon, Indiana. It was a relaxed yet exciting day and I'm so happy to finally share my favorites with you! Special thanks to Emma Anderson for being my lovely assistant.
At the end of my busy fall season last year, I took a week off to relax and explore Arizona. During that time I reconnected with this adventurous soul and had a little photoshoot in the beautiful Salt River. The whole time we were exploring, I was in awe. Indiana has its own charm but the beauty that's in Phoenix is something else entirely. On a side note, I'm a big WestWorld fan so shooting in a spot like this was surreal. If you haven't seen the show yet, finish scrolling through this post and go watch it!
There was a weekend in June where it was *surprisingly* not humid (thanks, Indiana) and we had a steady high of 75 with lots of sunshine. Sierra and Josh happened to have their dreamy nuptials that weekend at Sycamore Farms in Bloomington, and I'm so excited to finally share them! Sierra and Josh are best friends - can you tell? Not only is their love so strong (Josh wrote and sang their first dance song, how sweet is that?!), but they could laugh endlessly with each other. I loved being able to capture this day with their friends and family alongside.
Every wedding has a different feel to it, but Rachel and Matt's wedding was one of the happiest weddings I've been to, from start to finish. The reception was the type of party where everyone is dancing - children, friends, family, strangers. It was a celebration that everyone wanted to be a part of, and I'm so happy I was a part of it too! Scroll through to see some of my favorites from their beautiful wedding in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
