As more steps make the process of buying a car more tedious and complex, the Hyundai Shopper Assurance makes that process much easier. Here at Coastal Hyundai, we want to make your car buying experience as enjoyable as possible. The benefits offered here are detailed below:
Many car dealerships price their vehicles far higher than what is often fair to leave room for negotiations with customers. Coastal Hyundai doesn’t operate like that. Each of our Hyundai vehicles are priced to fit within your budget by already offering discounts or cash incentives to bring you the fairest deal possible.
Flexible Test Driving
Scheduling a test drive has never been easier. With Hyundai Shopper Assurance, shoppers can reserve a test drive time through the Coastal Hyundai website, a phone call, or in the Hyundai Drive App. You can even have your test drive brought right to you at work or at home.
Finally, the last benefit of the Hyundai Shopper Assurance is the 3-day exchange guarantee. You’ve purchased your Hyundai, felt good about the car, but feel it isn’t quite meeting your needs as expected. You, as our valued customer, have three days after purchase to either return for full purchase value or exchange it for another Hyundai.
It is important to note that the Hyundai Shopper Assurance is valid for any Hyundai model sold at Coastal Hyundai. To begin looking for your new Hyundai, see what we have available here.
Figuring out your finances can be the most difficult part of the process to buy a car. Some questions that come to customers’ minds could be whether they can afford a specific vehicle or if their credit score is high enough to be approved. The Hyundai Finance Center, located in Palm Bay, FL, is there to help you answer those questions.
The Finance Center gives you an opportunity to apply for a loan early in the process from the comfort of your home. By visiting the loan pre-approval page, you will input the required information needed to apply for your loan.
Another great feature the Finance Center offers is the payment calculator. Here, you can input the price of a vehicle you are viewing, the interest rate, down payment, and any trade in value if you decide to trade in your current car. If you don’t know your car’s value for trade in, you can check it here.
After inputting this information, the calculator will show you how much each monthly payment would cost and how big of a loan is required. This tool is great for budgeting your car payments and seeing if a car is affordable for you.
Credit Score Tool
Finally, the credit score tool is available for customers to check their credit score to get an idea on how likely they are to be approved for the loan and purchase. This credit check is free to use, does not require a social security number, and does not affect your credit score after checking.
If you’re looking to speak with staff or have additional questions, feel free to visit the Hyundai Finance Center page and contact us there.
Shopping for a car can be time consuming for many buyers. Customers want the best deal on their new car as possible. With so many options and prices out there, where do you start? Here at Coastal Hyundai, we are offering to beat any online price for any new Hyundai model!
Coastal Hyundai’s offer gives a $500 discount to any lower competing new Hyundai model that’s listed online. For instance, let’s say you found an online price of $22,500 for a new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.4 SE. The lowest Coastal Hyundai currently offers for that exact model is $23,785. Therefore, Coastal Hyundai will beat that online price and offer you $22,000. As you can see, the potential to save is huge!
How Do I Submit the Competing Online Price?
The listing must be presented to the dealer at negotiations to receive the $500 off. This offer is not eligible for vehicles sold by Coastal Hyundai prior to the presentation of a competing price.
As mentioned before, Coastal Hyundai will accept any listing from a competitive dealer for Hyundai vehicles. Note that Cocoa Hyundai is not considered a competitive dealer as they run under the same parent company as Coastal Hyundai.
What If I’m Looking for a Used Hyundai Instead of a New One?
Unfortunately, this offer applies specifically to new Hyundai vehicles. However, Coastal Hyundai does offer discounts on used Hyundai vehicles. To see the current specials and vehicle details, visit the used manager specials page here. These specials change frequently, so check back until you find the Hyundai that’s right for you!
No matter if you are looking for a new Hyundai or a used model, contact us so we can get in touch with you!

We know we’ve already covered some of the basics where the all-new 2020 Hyundai Sonata is concerned, but we wanted to dive into some of the more specifics as far as what’s new in the compact sedan. We’re not going to focus on the sedan’s design as it’s so drastically different there’d be too much to cover along with everything else, but we’re going to dive into some of the specs & features that have been enhanced or added for the new generation.
There are a pair of things that are not only new in the Sonata but new to the Hyundai lineup as a whole, as they’ve never been done before in a Hyundai model. Although we said we weren’t going to focus on design, one of these firsts does have to do with design. The Hidden Lighting Lamps integrated into the front-end design have never appeared in a Hyundai vehicle before! They turn chrome when the vehicle is off but light up when it’s powered on. Secondly, the Sonata marks the first time the new Digital Key technology was included in a Hyundai vehicle!
An all-new engine underpins the Sonata’s powertrain for the next generation. A 2.5L GDI, the engine is capable of generating an estimated 191 horsepower, 181 pound-feet of torque and 33 miles per gallon. Additionally, a 1.6L turbocharged engine option can be selected, dropping horsepower and fuel economy ever so slightly but enhancing torque. Either engine will be tethered to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Lastly, Hyundai and Bose recently began a new collaboration and the Bose audio system found in the 2020 Sonata is the first thing to come out of that collab. The system contains 12 speakers as well as both Bose Centerpoint and SurroundStage technology.
If you think you might be interested in a 2020 Hyundai Sonata of your own, be sure to reach out to us right away here at Coastal Hyundai.
A bunch of the integral specifications that make up a vehicle – such as the exterior and interior dimensions – have been released for the 2020 Hyundai Palisade, as have its unofficial power rating estimates. We thought we’d dive into all of this information for you in one place, but also see how the data compares to some of the biggest competitors in the segment – including our own Santa Fe XL, the vehicle the Palisade will be replacing. Other Competitors include the Toyota Highlander, Honda Pilot & Nissan Pathfinder.
“Hyundai Palisade’s exterior and interior design clearly reflect its unique flagship identity with a premium, distinctive and bold road presence. As the lead for Palisade design, it was a pleasure to work with our global design teams throughout its development and ultimately present this phenomenal product before you today.”

One of the only vehicles for the 2019/2020 model year – which have been announced thus far – that we’ve yet to cover the color options for is the 2019 Hyundai Veloster. This all-new sports coupe is one of our favorite vehicles, and it’s available in a bunch of great color choices, so we thought we’d hop on that today. The color options available vary by trim level, both for exterior and interior, so if you’d like to know which is available on which trim don’t hesitate to give us a call.
The brand-new 2020 Hyundai Palisade is one of the most anticipated vehicles on the market right now. The midsize, three-row crossover utility vehicle is the new flagship vehicle of the brand’s SUV lineup, and we cannot wait for it to arrive. It’s spacious, powerful, and we know now that it’s pretty affordable as well. We finally got information on the MSRPs of each trim level and thought we’d compare them for you in the table below.
As you can see, there aren’t many differences between the trim levels. Three grades are offered in total, and each of them is powered by the same combination of 3.8L V6 GDI engine and 8-speed automatic transmission with SHIFTRONIC. The only difference outside of price, at least in terms of mechanical aspects, is the drivetrain. Each trim will be offered in a choice of front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. Other differences include, of course, which features come standard on the trim level.
It’s also important to note that the 2020 Palisade will have a freight charge of $1,045, not reflected in the MSRP. So, the true lowest price a new Palisade will go for is $32,595 for the SE FWD. If you think you might be interested in a 2020 Palisade of your own, be sure to get in touch with us right here at Coastal Hyundai.
We’ve got some pretty exciting news to share. The 2019 Hyundai Veloster just underwent its crash testing by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety and came out the other side with one of the highest commendations it could receive: TOP SAFETY PICK. With eleven vehicles in total on the Hyundai lineup, Veloster marks the eleventh and final model from the brand to earn this designation or the higher TOP SAFETY PICK+. We thought we’d highlight the sporty coupe’s safety ratings & features to celebrate.
“Safety is a top priority for Hyundai and its engineering team, and we are proud to hear that Veloster now joins the list of Hyundai models that have achieved this recognition from the IIHS. The Veloster is a prime example of a sleek and exhilarating vehicle to sit behind the wheel of, while still offering the advanced safety features available across our Hyundai lineup.”
– Scott Margason, Director of Product Planning, Hyundai Motor America
How did the Veloster earn this award?
To qualify as a TOP SAFETY PICK, a vehicle must earn the following test ratings:
Driver-side small overlap front: Good
Moderate overlap front: Good
Roof strength: Good
Head Restraints: Good
Passenger-side small overlap front: Acceptable or Good
Front Crash Prevention: Advanced or Superior
Headlight Rating: Acceptable or Good
In addition to hitting these marks, the Veloster earned pretty high ratings on its standard and available forward collision systems thanks to the vehicle avoiding collisions on the test tracks at both 12 and 25 miles per hour.
Advanced Safety Features
There are a whole host of advanced safety features that are available on the Hyundai Veloster. They include:
Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist
Lane Keeping Assist
High Beam Assist
Driver Attention Warning
Other technologies come standard and available in the 2019 Hyundai Veloster. If you’d like to hear more about them, don’t hesitate to give us a call or stop into the showroom. We look forward to hearing from you!
If you’re anything like us, you probably love watching tips & tricks videos. Learning life hacks or other fun and easy tricks that are super helpful, especially around the car, is always great – especially in video form! Probably the only thing that could make these videos better… would be to make them with dogs. We love dogs. Apparently, Hyundai itself loves dogs too, as they’ve been building a new playlist on their YouTube channel called Hyundai Helpers How Tos, filled with these very videos. Tips, tricks and doggos.
