This month’s instructor of the month goes to Charlie Brister from Glasgow. Charlie has been with BMF for a number of years now, and over the last year has taken the recent development of BMF, its programmes, and it’s updated scheduling in his stride.

When Mario first started attending regular BMF sessions in Battersea Park over 13-years ago, he was looking to improve his fitness and lose weight and he had no idea that one day he would be sharing more than regular weekday evening sessions with a fellow BMF member.

Pyollim started attending BMF in Edinburgh when she fell pregnant with her first child and has now been attending for over 3 years, attending 2 or 3 sessions each week. Pyollim attended regular Military Fit sessions, decreasing her intensity to the different levels as her pregnancy progressed and eventually became a regular at BMF Active sessions. Now a proud mother of two, in this short video, Pyollim describes the big part BMF has played in her life .

Vicki has been attending BMF for 12 years at Richmond Park. After experiencing military style fitness, she was excited by the news of women being accepted for the programme SAS: Who Dares Wins after seeing the post on Instagram. After some consideration and lot of support pushing her to apply, Vicki plucked up the courage and sent her application.
