Warped Tour is closing out its final night in Mountain View, California, and attendees got quite the surprise. Machine Gun Kelly joined YUNGBLUD during his set for a performance of the their collab with Travis Barker.

While Barker is currently across the country on tour with blink-182, the duo held it down for an infectious “I Think I’m Okay” performance.

Earlier today, YUNGBLUD began teasing that something was happening with “I have a surprise for you.”

The singer had a plane flying around the Warped grounds that read “Hope for the underrated youth.”

However, this wasn’t exactly the surprise he was referencing as his set kicked off a few hours later.

MGK joined the singer onstage for “I Think I’m Okay,” which appears on the rapper’s recently released Hotel Diablo. After their high-energy performance, the duo left the stage for an epic crowd surf.

I just fucking held Machine Gun Kelly above my head. Twice. And then Yungblud. Wtf why is Warped Tour ending?! WHEN ELSE COULD I CROWD SURF MGK?!

@yungblud and @machinegunkelly just did the most punk rock thing at Warped Tour this weekend and I'm not surprised

The move isn’t a surprise given they did the same thing a few weeks ago after performing the track from atop a bus. To get inside an after party, they did the only thing that makes sense and crowdsurfed their way over.

Check out some more footage and photos from their equally epic Warped Tour performance below.

More on YUNGBLUD and Machine Gun Kelly

Last month, Machine Gun Kelly performed in Anaheim as part of his Hotel Diablo tour. On the same night, YUNGBLUD was holding his show in Los Angeles at The Roxy Theatre.

Both artists began teasing an “After Party” at The Roxy at midnight, with MGK driving to LA to surprise fans with a special performance of “I Think I’m Okay.” Travis Barker also joined the duo at the After Party.

MGK, YUNGBLUD and Travis Barker gave an incredible performance of their recently released collab “I Think I’m OKAY,” but they didn’t stop there.

Taking to the top of a tour bus, MGK and YUNGBLUD gave an a cappella performance of the track for fans outside.

Now, we know it might be the beginning for Marvel’s planned Phase 5, Feige revealed.

“It is the complete Phase Four the way I announced the complete Phase Three five years ago—things can move, things can change as they did if you go back and look at what we talked about five years ago for Phase Three, but we’ve been working on this for quite a while and it’s pretty set. But there are always changes possible,” he said to Collider.

It’s unclear whether it will be a part of Phase 5, or something else entirely, but we won’t know for sure until 2022 at the earliest.

Lil Uzi Vert found himself in a predicament when he attended a friend’s show when security accidentally thought he was a fan.

The rapper was attending his collaborator Gunna’s show in Finland and went to join him on stage during his set.

However, Lil Uzi Vert was unable to make it to the stage as the security guards thought he was a random fan.

It led to an on-stage altercation that was caught by fans in the crowd. You can see it all go down below.

More news

Earlier this year,  Lil Uzi Vert was seriously confusing us with all his music drama.

To backtrack, in January, the XO tour Llif3 rapper previously announced he was done with music for good and he had deleted everything, including his highly-anticipated sophomore album.

Some believe it was nothing more than a publicity stunt to promote his forthcoming album. Others believe he really did scarp the entire thing and starting over.

The rapper said it was due to issues with his label. In January, he took to social media to express his frustrations on the delay of his upcoming album, Eternal Atake.

“You think I don’t wanna drop music? You just gotta understand, when people don’t love you, they’ll hold your life if you sign a motherfucking … Hold that shit against you … And that go for the streets too. You ain’t supposed to sign no motherfucking paper in the streets because that’s ratting. How the fuck I even sign this shit as a deal? Motherfucker set myself up. What other way I was suppose to let this shit go? Shit, it be all good at first just like them motherfucking rats. Motherfuckers be right out of jail.”

Fans became even more confused when Vert was announced on the lineup for Rolling Loud festival in Miami. Pretty strange for someone who wanted to go back to being“normal” thanks to problems with his label.

Then, the rapper expressed his frustration about the situation again, saying he was trying to figure it all out.

“I really just want them to respect me. They just gotta respect because like I respect them, that’s the reason why I really went over there,” he adds. “Like normal shit, it’s just a different level in life. Everybody go through the same shit.”

His label, Generation Now, eventually commented on all the drama after staying silent about Uzi’s claims.

Label head DJ Drama commented on an Instagram post by DJ Akademiks, which focused on fans’ pleading for Uzi’s record. Drama had yet to speak on the matter, but tried to set the record straight on the post.

“Uzi should put out EA tomorrow or any day he wants,” Drama’s comment read. “He has me and (co-CEO Don) Cannon’s total support and blessings to drop it.”

Then, after all that drama, he dropped a track called “Free Uzi.” On the song, Uzi raps about apparently owing a lot of money in taxes — $3 million. He also released a video for the song, mostly filmed in what looks like a convinient store.

You can check out the video below.

Lil Uzi Vert - Free Uzi - YouTube

Then, Rolling Loud festival happened and Lil Uzi Vert took the stage. While performing, he made an announcement about a new album.

“I ain’t gonna lie — the other night, I finished the last song to the album,” he said. “So y’all ready for this motherfucking album?” You can see a clip of ti below.

Lil Uzi Vert Album Announcement At The Rolling Loud 2019, and “ok bye” mic drop. [ETERNAL ATAKE] - YouTube
He didn’t mention Eternal Awake specifically, but he could be talking about it in particular, or an entirely new record.

If he does drop it, Eternal Awake will be the follow-up album to his 2017 Luv Is Rage 2. The album did not have a release date but was set to drop in 2019.

He recently began a tour in Europe, but ended up canceling the remainder of the dates.

Speaking of the album, the band just so happen to be dropping the album the same day pop giant Taylor Swift will release her next album, Lover.

Knocked Loose vocalist Bryan Garris took notice of this, and had some words for the pop star.

“Hey @taylorswift13 , big fan. Looks like we (@knockedloose ) are releasing an album on the same day this year… August 23rd. Let’s see who sells more first week. Good luck,” he wrote.

Garris then clarified it was a joke, and promoted his album.

This is a joke btw and I am an actual fan of Taylor Swift lmao

But pre order our new record here !!!https://t.co/rNDqQ3NsBZ

— Bry (@BryanGarris_) June 14, 2019

There were definitely some Swifties in the replies who were not happy with the tweet, but we think the entire thing is hilarious. We’re all just waiting on that response from Swift to see if she’s up for the challenge.

The band previously unveiled the lead single from the album, a cathartic new jam titled “…And Still I Wander South.”

Recorded by producer Will Putney, Knocked Loose recorded 12 anger-filled tracks and created what Garris believes to be some of his most intensely personal lyrics to date.

Garris explains that the album’s lead single “is about wanting to move on, or better yourself for whatever reason, but you keep going back to the same old thing. Whether that be depression or whatever you may be going through. You always wander back to the same mindset.”

Check out the official music video for “…And Still I Wander South” below!

Judas Priest guitarist Andy Sneap just received a honorary master’s degree from Derby University.

Sneap, who just celebrated his 50th anniversary this week, was given the degree for his contribution to the rock music industry.

He shared the big news on Facebook along with a few photos.

“Thank you for all the birthday messages, very kind. It was a very different day as some of you may have seen. I was made an honorary master of the universe by the lovely folk at Derby university. I would like to point out this does not make me Dr Sneap as Rob Halford seems to have renamed me, although I fear this title will now stick with me for the foreseeable future,” he wrote.

Congrats to the guitarist on the huge honor!

More Judas Priest news

Judas Priest vocalist Rob Halford is easily the most well-known gay musician in heavy metal, and the singer has asserted he’s irreplaceable.

In an interview with the Edmonton Journal, Halford jokingly made the claim that “a straight man can’t do my job.”

The vocalist is well-known for his vast vocal range. He also discussed how he keeps his voice strong after all of the years of touring and recording. Later in the interview, he talks about his coming out in 1998. He added that he was concerned with losing fans.

Halford recalls being “surrounded by homophobia” and further says there are still countries where Priest can’t play because of his sexuality.

“I discovered when I did come out that I was in this trap gay people find themselves living in that you’re living your life for everyone else, but not yourself,” says Halford.

The vocalist admits his sexuality isn’t important to the band’s music, but jokingly says “a straight man can’t do my job.”

While the joke is made in jest, it does seem like a bit of a shot at Tim “Ripper” Owens who is a straight man that fronted the group at one point. Halford left the band from 1992 to 2003 and during that time Owens faithfully fronted the band.

We don’t think Halford is being malicious with his words here, but there was clearly something missing on their albums released during his time away from the band.

He also later pointed to Queen’s Freddie Mercury to support his words, saying “If Freddie hadn’t have been gay, Queen would’ve been a totally different band.”

The interview ends with Halford saying he’ll be writing down further thoughts on his perspective about gay people in music. While we’re not sure what will come of that, we’re beyond stoked for what it is.

Harry Potter fans might have just found their dream Friday night activity with a pop-up bar based on the wizarding world itself.

The bar, called the Wizard’s Cauldron, is a pop-up in Los Angeles that is basically a real-life potions class at Hogwarts, except with cocktails.

The site reads that the 90-minute experience is pretty much made for anyone who wishes they received a letter from Hogwarts in the mail.

“You’ll don your robe and sip mead as you experiment in the ancient art of potion making. Concoct devilish brews for good (or evil), all under the watchful eye of our wise potions master. Complete challenges to unlock your ingredients as you embark on your magical journey,” the site reads.

While participants will get to wear a robe and cast spells with a wand during the event, they will have to hand them back when it’s over.

As for drinks, you will be to taste hot mead and an alcoholic potion for the price of admission. Patrons will also get to do some potionmaking.

The date of the event has yet to be posted, but you can sign up for a waiting list to find out more info here

Lamb Of God  just announced the departure of founding drummer Chris Adler, and now footage of his last gig has surfaced.

On Friday, the band made the announcement on their Facebook page following their return from a European festival tour.

“We’d like to officially welcome Art Cruz, who has been playing drums with us on tour for the last year, as the new drummer of Lamb of God. Art will be joining us in the studio as we begin pre-production and recording of a new album,” the post says.

The band continue by thanking Adler for his contributions since the band started out.

“We’re very proud of everything this band has accomplished over the last two decades. We would like to thank Chris Adler for his contributions over the years and wish him the best in his future endeavors. Thank you, John, Mark, Randy & Willie.”

Adler has been absent from the band since 2017 after he suffered injuries from a motorcycle accident. Fans were excited to see if he would return to the group during the band’s outing with Slayer for their final tour but were faced with the news he would not be appearing.

Adler has appeared on every single Lamb of God release since their beginning, including their album as Burn The Priest and the band’s return under that name for a covers album.

It’s unclear at this time if Adler has another full-time gig with a different band as he has been doing session work for some time now.

You can read the entire statement from the band below.

Now, footage of the band’s final performance with Adler back in June has surfaced. No one at the time new that the Austin show would be the band’s last with the iconic drummer.

You can check out the footage and setlist from the show below.

Late Riverdale actor Luke Perry is set to be honored in a special way during the season 4 tribute, the show revealed at San Diego Comic-Con.

As previously reported, Perry passed away unexpectedly after suffering a major stroke back in February.

At the end of April, Riverdale aired the episode containing the final scene with Fred Andrews, who was played by Perry.

Then, executive producer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa revealed that the series would be addressing Perry’s death in season 4.

“We knew we had to honor Luke and address Luke’s death on the show,” Aguirre-Sacasa tells ET. “When Luke had passed, we had already pretty much plotted out the end of this season and written the end of this season. Rather than try to squeeze something in and potentially not get it right, we thought let’s take a beat and let’s figure out really what would be the best way to honor Luke and to honor the character of Fred, and let’s do it at the top of season four.”

He also adds, “Luckily, Molly [Ringwald] was already slated to come, so we kind of just reflected and wanted to give ourselves the time to do those things right.

Now, the CW has revealed that on October 9 there will be a “Chapter Fifty-Eight: In Memoriam” episode that will be in honor of Perry.

“This year our Riverdale family, and we’re are family, and we suffered a huge huge loss,”  Aguirre-Sacasa said at Comic-Con. They also played a tribute at the event.

In the episode, Perry’s Beverly Hills 90210 castmate Shannen Doherty will appear in a role that has yet to be announced.

Aguirre-Sacasa did say that prior to Perry’s passing, they had previously discussed introducing Doherty into the series.

The show also revealed that since Perry’s passing, Archie’s mom Mary (Ringwald) will step up. She will be a bigger presence in her son’s life.

Perry’s final Riverdale appearance came in season 3 episode 19 where he has a heart-to-heart conversation with his son Archie, played by KJ Apa.

American Horror Story fans are going to want to check out the brand new merch the show just debuted at San Diego Comic-Con.

The cast of the show was just revealed last week, with a few shocking changes.

After confirmation of two cast members who would not be in American Horror Story: 1984, creator Ryan Murphy is finally shining a light on who will be in the upcoming season.

With season 9 filming underway, Murphy took to Instagram to share a first look at the cast.

“To celebrate the first day of filming the NINTH Season of AMERICAN HORROR STORY, here’s the official 1984 cast announcement along with some amazing 80s lewks. Enjoy!” he wrote.

The footage features the cast in full ’80s style, doing camera tests on a blank backdrop and the cabin we already saw in the first teaser.

Back in February, Murphy revealed Emma Roberts would be returning and athlete Gus Kenworthy was confirmed as her boyfriend. The latter caused backlash over the creator’s alleged lack of diversity in casting and Kenworthy’s slim acting resume.

In addition to Roberts and Kenworhy, several other American Horror Story favorites are set to return. Cody Fern is back after working with Murphy on American Crime Story: The Assassination of Gianni Versace and Apocolypse.

Billie Lourd, who worked with Murphy on Scream Queens, Cultand Apocolypse, appears in the clip as well as Cult and Apocolypse star Leslie Grossman. Glee actor Matthew Morrison, Pose star Angelica Ross, DeRon Horton and Zach Villa are also spotlighted.

You can see the new clip below.

Now, at Comic-Con, we’ve got some brand new merch. There are three amazing bumper stickers that give some clues about the series, as well as an “AHS 1984” hat. The stickers reveal that the show will be set in Roanoke. You can check out what it all looks like below.

Who knows what else the merch could reveal, but we definitely want all of it.

Also at the event, the show debuted a “Face the Darkness” experience that looked pretty epic.

More on American Horror Story

American Horror Story fans were crushed when the news broke that Evan Peters would be sitting out season 9 (but it might not be his last). Those who were hoping for Sarah Paulson to maintain the throne for starring in every season may want to sit down.

Earlier this week, it was revealed Paulson, who has appeared in every season, wouldn’t be starring in 1984. The actress debuted with Murder House in 2011 in a small role as psychic Billie Dean Howard. The following season, she took center stage as journalist Lana Winters in Asylum. Since then, the actress maintained star power, but it looks like she’ll be taking a step back in season 9.

According to sources, Paulson will not be starring in upcoming season 9, Variety reports. The site describes her involvement (or lack of) as “not appear[ing] in a significant role” but that she may have a cameo. Variety reports both 20th Century Fox Television, which produces the series, and Paulson’s reps declined to comment.

American Horror Story: 1984 recently revealed it will be airing Sept. 18. With little information about the plot available, you can check out the glimpse of what to expect from the first teaser from Ryan Murphy below.
