Warning Spoliers

If you have not been listening to the podcast you need to stop here and go back to episode one. Jorie is been around since episode 3 but in very subtle ways. If you were paying attention every time that Terry tries to talk to someone on the radio is always by the name of Jorie. Also, you may notice that there seems to be someone mysterious trying to help Terry along the way. Well here comes the TTRPG Plot twist. She is totally Batshit crazy. Like all Artifical intelligence in Star-Fall artificial Intelligence art totally insane.

Working this TTRPG Plot twist into the show

As a Gamemaster sometimes it’s hard to not spring the TTRPG Plot twist on your players right away. You get so excited to have the players expense your cool idea. This one was very difficult for me as I was trying to be subtle but not TOO subtle. I had plans that If one of the players ever noticed that I was always using the name Jorie I would have to spring the trap early. Lucky for me they did not notice until it was too late. I wish you could have seen Gavin’s Face (Terry’s Player) when I told him he was being stalked by a God Like AI.

The Jorie BodyPAinting

You might not know this but I’m a bodypainter. This does mean that I paint on people (and often get paid). This time I wanted to dust off my paint brushes and paint someone. Lucky for me I have never had much of an issue with finding models. (Happens when you treat people with respect). This body painting was done in Black light paint made to go on the human body. I figured this would make a fantiastic Jorie Cosplay. I would also like to thank Victoria Gugenhim for the inspreation. You should go check out their work.

Being a gamemaster is hard work for some people. It gets even harder when you realise that other people are going to be listeing to your Real Play Podcast (AKA Actual play or the fact we record the game what ever you want to call it). As the game master I need to put a lot of things into consideration.

  • Are the players having fun
  • Are the player characters balanced in power (Vs the Villians)
  • Who has not been active lately
  • Will the plot be disrupted if a key player does not show up (We have lives)
  • Will the recording be intresting to listen to.

These are all questions that I have to keep in mind as well as the overarching plot.

This blog post because its before the game and I do not want to give anything away to the players I’m going to redact a lot of the information with **********. Also I recomend that you listen to the postcast to at least Season Two Episode 5 Before reading this post.

Game Prep Who is coming to game night??

One of the biggest problems with running any form of ongoing game is finding out a time where everyone can be there. We have had so much trouble that we have a rule that only three people have to be there besides the gamemaster. I also make sure that when I’m planning the game we do a poll to see if there is a day that will suit most people.

Once we figure out when game night will be I send out a Facebook invite to all the players and ask for comfermation. This way I can make plans so the plot will fit the players who are going to be there. I also will put any major plot movement aside if too many people are going to be away for that game.

In tomorrows game I know that ******** will be there so we can introduce the season villian. We are going to be missing a few people so I’m going to make sure that the Villian is only introduced and not in a position to have direct combat with the party (Rule of Gaming never give an direct encounter with the party who you DONT want to die yet)

Now that I’m sure that the key player for this plot is going to be at the game tomorrow. I can get started with designing the adventure.

This adventure will be set in an Auction house. The Players have been ordered by ******** to move ***** to ***** during the auction. Doing so will cause ********* to happen. From there they must escape the moon in once peiece.

I have created this adventure to have a mix of social interaction as well as combat. I’m also going to be using this adventure to talk about the Nobels of Neven. I’m also going to give some of the players a chance to show off their stuff. In particular Atrium (The G’dar) Momma Bear & Lava (The Power armour users)

NPCs

What is an aventure withiout NPCs? In this case I’m going to have a few characters that the party will have to interact with. Most of them are going to be nutral if not friendly. However there are going to be a few of the NPCs that will actively work vs the parties goals. One will even get violent. Real Play Podcast does require some battle

The trick with NPCs and making them so the party does not outright kill them is to give them a reason to not do so way before they ever meet them. In this case I’m going to make it so the NPC is actually someone who is funding their operation. Thus kill them and all that money will dry up. I’m also going to have their boss tell them not to harm the NPCs. Most of The Fifth Crew are not murderhobos except for David and that is not his fault as he is a Warmedian.

Now the player handouts

Handouts need not to be complex. They should be used to add to the game. I use two different kinds of handouts. Digital (Keynote presentation running in the background) and paper. In both cases, they are made to add to the worldbuilding. For this game, I have created a handout of an Auction program. All the items are interesting and most of them would be game-breaking if I allowed the party to get their hands on them. So they are just Hallowgrams of the items (Real ones are in a vault) Two Minute RPG Tips animation Handouts need not to be complex. They should be used to add to the game. GM intro/flashback:

  • The fifth crew just delivered weapons to park rangers on war-Zod
  • During that time, crew intended to guard space shuttle was ambushed by members of the church
  • Gerry lost a hand
  • A Thunder-bear went through the shuttlecraft causing massive damage
  • Also think there may be a Carsovax hidden somewhere in the ship, possibly eaten by the Thunder-bear but unconfirmed
  • Carsovax = large man-eating goannas with two legs, i.e. Gerry if you don’t feed him
  • Mission was ultimately successful
  • The entire planet lost electrical power
  • No one knows why. Even the Church was surprised. Therefore the Church not involved.
  • Only tech working was _______
  • Now back on Space station K-Run. Back on our ship.
  • We get a message from Ambassador Griffin of War-Zod. He has a mission for us. He used to be the Governor of Turn-Out. Used to be a decent, shrewd politician.  … He has to play nice with the Church. He has made clear that we have to avoid causing any trouble or interference with the Church. He has lunch with the Priest every day – do not disturb! He has a plan. He gives us information. Ultimately he wants the Church to return to the secular nation it was, with no Church, but he has to be strategic and diplomatic about it.
    • Said we just got intel on some artifacts the church wants. Order of the Ancient Light – science division of the church of the illumination. They are after particular Pre-Fall equipment. They think it might be able to advance some of their tech significantly. Which is a concern, because their tech is already considerable – they are the ones with the Paladin.
    • Normally the Order of the Righteous Light is what we face, like Street Preachers. Their tech is average.

Rpg Begins:

Preamble:

  • Intel op says the only thing we need to do is connect the two together.
  • The mission is we’re supposed to go to the moon of Nav-Luna.
  • Confed has various planets, one is a gas giant, which has inhabited moons, 3 moons, one is a massive agricultural moon “Nav-Lec” terraformed to be the performed crop, some folks on this moon discovered space travel faster than the others and migrated to another moon. This other moon is a massive forest “Nav Tar”, with trees shaped like mushrooms.
  • – Arkady gets the giggles –
  • These folks never left a feudal system. They are technically allowed to vote as they are part of the Confederation, but the lords never let go of power. This is the 1%, the richest people in the Confederation.
  • Gravity is light, oxygen is low, expensive to live there.
  • Mansions are in the center of a crater in the center of the moon, giving the impression they rule all. Hence why they enjoy living there.
  • Their serfs live on one of the other two moons doing all the work. Not technically slaves, but it is indentured servitude and still legal.
  • Can move to the moons if you pay your taxes, but be careful of not getting into major debt with the lords or you will be trapped.
  • Ambassador Griffin wants us to go to a party to one of these mansions, the Fenters. The eldest Fenter daughter may have been one of Terry’s previous clients. Not entirely sure, she could have gone by an alias. Fenters don’t have actual nobility but they are ambitious and want to climb. i.e. many bodies and strategic marriages.
  • The sale and owing of Pre-Fall equipment is illegal in the Confederation. They should be in the possession of Jhodian Record Keepers for assessment and certification, and verification of no A.I. The Turbo Weasel slips into a loophole because he is slightly sentient.
  • Fenters have an auction going.

Character discussion:

  • Mama Bear wants to hide knives in her hair.
  • They want the Eye of Neven (necklace with a Gem in the center from a pre-fall device of unknown origin) to touch the Alien Cube (purpose unknown, from now-extinct species Mechnar).
  • We don’t know how long they have to touch, but the idea is they will self destruct.
  • Eye of Neven $23 million. Alien Cube $10.7 million.
  • Mamma Bear has concerns…
  • Potential of self-harm being too close from self-destruction.
  • Potential of starting a war.
  • Characters brainstorm ideas for attaching this mission.
  • We have invites to the party arranged by the Ambassador. Closed auction. No names. Underground style auction.
  • Lava asks what we can do to blend in with the nobility on Nav-Luna.
  • Nobility all know each other but no cross-connections across the extended family.
  • The location of the auction is in a medium-sized crater (Fenter mansion).
  • Mamma Bear suggests being the Matron of a big family with the reputation as a retired war hero. She is hiring Terry as her escort, and Dave is the personal security bodyguard. Atrium is her artifact advisor/historical curator. Lava is her personal assistant, and Arkady is her niece and ward.
  • Mamma Bear starts building a dossier. Arkady was getting into trouble with the servants and serfs and is under Mamma Bear’s guidance to get her back in line.
  • Can the Ambassador seed rumors about an off-worlder up and coming family attending the auction/party.
  • Lava asks if there are any outstanding bounties getting picked up by security or scanners. No, our record has been completely cleared.
  • Dave has received a transmission that the ThunderClan (his clan back on War med) is in decline. At one point the ThunderClan had possession of the spaceport, but no longer. Landing on the planet (War-Med?) is going to be difficult and will have to pay the port person in charge to avoid shooting him down.
  • The crew will need to go shopping and get some party outfits to blend in.
  • Atrium has an idea for how to explain the Matron’s interest in the painting, the item with the lowest starting big on the list. Is there information hidden beneath the top layer of acrylic paint? Or Lava suggest is Mamma Bear just a bit insensible after getting knocked on the head one too many times during the many wars she has fought.
  • Terry has a belated backstory – he has been training with his dad Dave in hand to hand combat.
  • Lava working on her Tengu operation skills, training with mamma bear. Picking up her mech skills and her language. Mamma bear has been putting her through set drills, learning to get into the Tengu quickly and be ready for one action.
  • Arkady has learned repair skills.

If you have been listening to the Star-Fall Actual Play Podcast at all you may have noticed that other than the ads for Role vs Roll and other RPG Podcasts. All the ads on the show are fake. Set in the world of Star-Fall. There is a reason for this. I’m going to explain why we do this and give you a chance to listen to the commercials in case you missed them. Truth be told is all a form of worldbuilding

Zapperburger

a fictional fast foor join that caters to Aliens. Expect to see more of Zapperburger in the future.

It all started with Seattle Sourcebook in the early 90s

In the early days of me becoming a gamemaster, I picked up a copy of “Shadowrun Seattle Sourcebook”. If you have a chance and are a fan of Shadowrun (Or late 80s early 90s RPG games) You should pick up a copy. One of the things that I really enjoyed was the fake ads in the book. Throughout the book were ads for products,& services that characters could buy. This seems like it would be just a small detail but from those ads, I was able to flesh out Seattle in the year 2050. This is subtle worldbuilding at its best

Star-Fall is set 800 years in the future, Worldbuilding is needed

This kind of world-building does not work with every kind of RPG Genera. But for a Science Fiction Space Opera, it’s perfect. I wanted to talk about how people lived in the world of star-fall. For example, the idea that there Fastfood that caters to having Aliens and humans at the same table suggested that Star-Fall is an integrated society (Or at least there is an attempt to be one). Having ads for used spacecraft shows gives an idea of what the tech level is.

I used the idea of radio ads because its perfect for podcasting. Though in my personal game my players are used to seeing ads for product running on a keynote/powerpoint presentation during the game (Visual ads as to not disrupt the game)

The Ads Rocket Bob’s used spacecraft

Used spacecraft ads were inspired by the olds “Cal Worthington and his dog spot” ads that ran like crazy in the early 80s in california. I used these ads to help set the tech level of the game. The idea that someone who saved up enough money could afford to get a family spacecraft like an RV shows that space travel is very common. I also wanted to show that capitalism is not dead in Star-Fall. Subtle but effective worldbuilding.

I’m not going to talk much about Zapperburger here as I do that enough in other posts.. But Here are the ads

Elome Hungry Join the Jhoddian Confederate Army

One of the problems with using a “Confederacy” in an RPG game is that there is so much association with the American civil war and the bigotry that its immersed in. As a Gamemaster, I wanted the listeners to see the Jhoddian Confederacy as its own unique thing. by having this ad I make it clear what the Confed stands for (or at least what it wants you to think it stands for.

GatePass Stargates

This another example of worldbuilding. With this I wanted to show what the 1% use to get around. I also wanted to show the elitism has not died. GatePass is all about the rich not having to deal with the day to day struggles that everyone else has. At the same time, It highlights what those struggles might be. Including threat of pirates and very long travel times even with the use of Stardrive (FTL)

Gatepass Stargates War-Zodian Animal control

More of a faction than an ad. This ad helps describe who and what are the WZAC . What their goals are & how they are more of a police force vs a dog catcher (IF you have 900 LB lizards breaking into the city your more like an army)

Commercals in Alien languages

When worldbuilding its important to talk about what languages are being spoken. The nice part of alien languages is they can be totally made up. Currently, I would not be comfortable in creating a commercial in Japanese even though I do speak a little. By having a commercial in an Alien language almost random words can be thrown into the ad and I do not have to worry about sounding like a fool to a native speaker.

Neven Hotels

Another ad highlighting the hyper-rich of the planet Neven. I chose this to sound as if the person speaking was a felinus. I was lucky the voice actor already was very cat like.

Gerry : The Bodyguard

Gerry is more than a 300 LB lizard with regeneration. Though his muscle does play a vital part in the parties combat. Gerry plays an important roll as the one who deals with the soul of the party. The irony in that is that the Elome are non-religious species. When a party member is dealing with a crisis on a emotional nature be sure that Gerry will be there to pick up the pieces.

As a mortician Gerry is very interested in the rituals behind morning the dead. Gerry has also had the unfortunate task of being the one who deals with Primtels body. In season two this will become more apparent as the season goes on.

Gerry is best friends with Reza. He also acts as Terry’s Bodyguard from time to time.

Elome as a species

Elome come from the planet Lome located in the sectors controlled by the church of the illumination. They have been offered space travel in exchange for their resources. Being a primitive species ( in that the elome barely have harnessed steam ) they are new to tech but have embraced it who heatedly. Today Elome can be found throughout the known systems but tend to focus around church controlled systems

Gerry is average size for a Elome weighing close to 300 LB of mostly muscle and scales. He also reps the benefits of the regeneration, Making it so that he can regrow a limb within a month. This is a long and painful process but better than loosing the arm all together.

Elome may seem to be overpowered by most standards till you understand they take up almost double the life support of even a large human. They also eat three times what a human will. This becomes a problem in space and on planets where the air is thin. Elome also cannot fit into most space suits.

Natural Story tellers

Elome love stories. Where humans love sport. Elome love stories. Story tellers are the highest paid occupation on their home planet. This however has been a problem for the church of the Illumination as the Elome are eager to hear the stories of the church but consider them just that “Stories” and nothing more. Elome are so interested in stories that they would never consider converting to a religion as that might limit the stories they are allowed to listen to.

The Church of the Illumination has actually given up on trying to convert Elome .

Monsters in Science Fiction

I remember whne I was a kid and I noted that every Star wars movie had a monter that the heros had to fight. Let’s face it a good Science Fiction does need a monster of some kind. Star-Fall science fiction podcast is no different. Most of the planets will have some kind of monster that will be at least a little agressive to the players.

One the Planet War-Zod the preditors are very large and numorous. Thunder Bears are one of those creatures that will cause a lot of problems for player characters. Mainly because they are fearless and will follow food almost anywhere including a space ship.

In this Episode of the Star-Fall Actual Play Podcast 

We are very lucky in that “B” is amazing at taking notes. The last game she sent me a file that had over 4000 words. I’m not kidding! Though this will never replace the Audio files the text is really helpful for a Real Play Podcast. So thank you “B” for the fantastic Show notes.

GM’s intro:

Park rangers on war zod decided they are taking sides and are supporting the resistance.

But their weapons are designed to fight big animals, not other power armour etc.

Terry, Lava, Mama Bear, Reza decided to deliver the goods to the forest.

Remaining crew’s job is to keep the ship running ready for a speedy getaway.

Received a message from unknown person, stating the church fleet is over our ship, orbiting, and we shouldn’t move.

At this point, all electronic devices failed for an unknown reason.

Dave’s arm did not fail for some reason.

A church patrol got the jump on us, and we got captured.

We all got tied up, arms behind backs, sitting outside our ship, bound to trees, in a clearing. Bound with synthetic rope that is cut resistant.

Church also does not have any electricity or comms.

At least 8 in the patrol, standard soldiers, no street preachers.

Xan tries sleight of hand to get out of ropes to church symbol, but fails.

Roll perception.

Arkady sees a claw swipe down from the trees to one of the patrols.

Gerry tries to convince the standard patrols he is a street preacher because he is wearing the church bible around his neck, but they don’t buy it.

Everyone hears a strangled guttral animal noise ring out in the forest.

Anfrazia sees a set of gleaming eyes through the trees.

Dave tries to extricate himself from his bindings.

Atrium tries to telepathate to the creatures to encourage them to attack the patrol but ignore us. Fails because doesn’t speak the animal’s language.

Atrium tries to cast sanctuary around us but fails. Needs more equipment.

Carselovax/Carserovax – 2 legged creature, larger than goanna, smaller than elome, very strong.

Gerry knows this species of creature. They work like wolves in packs, to gang up on larger animals, they enjoy hit and run tactics,

Gerry rips his arm out of his bindings (because he is regenerative), and picks it up in his other arm. He tries to disarm one of the guards, grappling, and convince the patrol of impending danger.

Anfrazia tries to calm the animal near her.

Atrium tries to use psychic ability to talk to the guards, but fails.

Dave uses his titanium arm to rip out of his bonds.

Anfrazia and Gerry persuade (role play) the guards that they are all in danger and need to work together. The guards are convinced and untie them.

Peg leg stu suggests we are safer in the ship than outside, even if it is nonfunctional.

Gerry has good knowledge of the Carserovax and says they are curious creatures and may have sneaked into the ship.

[ BREAK ]

Joined forces with church patrols, and Carserovax. All leaned together to shut the ships’ door physically.

Stu sends out a message in the blind stating everyone needs to return to ship to avoid predators, but no replies received.

We all have our weapons but ballistics only work, not energy weapons..

“Flez” = new term for “flares” derogatory term.

Need to deal with one of the Carserovax in the ship.

Arkady decides to take Dave to find the Carserovax. Walking through the ship, with various systems and functions flickering still trying to power back on.

Finds Carserovax lying on its back, which is odd. There is something with large teeth-like tusks designed for ripping carcasses apart, 8 eyes, 6 legs. The scratches in the paint through the hallway are from its sides and spine, because it is so large. It hasn’t noticed us yet because it is still eating. Arkady and Dave decide to back away slowly.

Gerry recognizes it as a Thunderbear. It is very dangerous because most weapons bounce off of them.

Atrium tries to Hide Arkady so they can consider calling the church for help, but fails.

They decide to go through the forest and light a bonfire at night, which is an offense, to catch the attention of Park Rangers, who are decked out to fight creatures like Thunderbears. A black Turbo Weasel finds them, and closely followed by a Park Ranger. They spot the church people and goes into combat mode. Gerry yells to try to stop them.

The Park Ranger, power armour goes onto one knee, helmet opens up, old guy with beard and couple scars from creature fights. He climbs out of power armour and pulls out a staff. Asks them for an explanation.

Gerry explains we have a Thunderbear in our ship and none of the electricity works. Stu mentions we are being chased by church and Park Ranger gives a look saying they will deal with that later.

Pulls out a half leg of something from his storage compartment and throws it onto the fire.  “And now we wait” he says. Park ranger climbs back into power armour.

Thunderbear moves out of helm, down hallway, out of ship, and leaps onto the burning meat in the fire. Park Ranger uses his staff to thwack the head of the Thunderbear and yells at the others to get inside.

Atrium rolls lowest but animals do not perceive G’dar as food due to sensory shield.

GM’s intro:

Park rangers on war zod decided they are taking sides and are supporting the resistance.

But their weapons are designed to fight big animals, not other power armour etc.

Terry, Lava, Mama Bear, Reza decided to deliver the goods to the forest.

Remaining crew’s job is to keep the ship running ready for a speedy getaway.

Received a message from unknown person, stating the church fleet is over our ship, orbiting, and we shouldn’t move.

At this point, all electronic devices failed for an unknown reason.

Dave’s arm did not fail for some reason.

A church patrol got the jump on us, and we got captured.

We all got tied up, arms behind backs, sitting outside our ship, bound to trees, in a clearing. Bound with synthetic rope that is cut resistant.

Church also does not have any electricity or comms.

At least 8 in the patrol, standard soldiers, no street preachers.

Xan tries sleight of hand to get out of ropes to church symbol, but fails.

Roll perception.

Arkady sees a claw swipe down from the trees to one of the patrols.

Gerry tries to convince the standard patrols he is a street preacher because he is wearing the church bible around his neck, but they don’t buy it.

Everyone hears a strangled guttral animal noise ring out in the forest.

Anfrazia sees a set of gleaming eyes through the trees.

Dave tries to extricate himself from his bindings.

Atrium tries to telepathate to the creatures to encourage them to attack the patrol but ignore us. Fails because doesn’t speak the animal’s language.

Atrium tries to cast sanctuary around us but fails. Needs more equipment.

Carselovax/Carserovax – 2 legged creature, larger than goanna, smaller than elome, very strong.

Gerry knows this species of creature. They work like wolves in packs, to gang up on larger animals, they enjoy hit and run tactics,

Gerry rips his arm out of his bindings (because he is regenerative), and picks it up in his other arm. He tries to disarm one of the guards, grappling, and convince the patrol of impending danger.

Anfrazia tries to calm the animal near her.

Atrium tries to use psychic ability to talk to the guards, but fails.

Dave uses his titanium arm to rip out of his bonds.

Anfrazia and Gerry persuade (role play) the guards that they are all in danger and need to work together. The guards are convinced and untie them.

Peg leg stu suggests we are safer in the ship than outside, even if it is nonfunctional.

Gerry has good knowledge of the Carserovax and says they are curious creatures and may have sneaked into the ship.

[ BREAK ]

Joined forces with church patrols, and Carserovax. All leaned together to shut the ships’ door physically.

Stu sends out a message in the blind stating everyone needs to return to ship to avoid predators, but no replies received.

We all have our weapons but ballistics only work, not energy weapons..

“Flez” = new term for “flares” derogatory term.

Need to deal with one of the Carserovax in the ship.

Arkady decides to take Dave to find the Carserovax. Walking through the ship, with various systems and functions flickering still trying to power back on.

Reza is The Fifth Crew medic. What Reza lacks in sobriety he gains in heart & skill with a scalpel. Reza is one of the best surgeons in the confederacy. Though parts of his past prevents him from having a successful practice. In the Podcast Reza is one part comic commentary and one part moral compass for the party. Often warning the party of dark paths before them.

Reza

Reza is best friends with Gerry. These two can often be found at Arkady’s Bar drinking heavily. Due to the inability to walk Reza will often climb upon Gerry’s head on their stagger home or while exploring a space station.

Reza is known for his loud mouth always saying exactly what he feels. You always know what Reza is thinking. Though you would think that an alcoholic would be the person who starts all the fights, but of all things Reza has a heart of gold and will often be The Fifth Crews conscious. Steering them away from evil deeds

The Octopod Species. Otopods differ from in the following ways

Octopods can be found throughout the known worlds that have at least one salt water ocean. It’s a mistake to consider them octopus as Octopods are a different species. Genetic testing suggests that the Otopods were genetically altered from Octopus. However this theory is often met with very hostile words from any Octopods in earshot.

Octopods are unable to speak without the use of a tiny implant on the size of the head.

  • Enhanced lifespan (70+ Years)
  • Amphibious: Able to stay out of water for several hours at a time. They can sleep in fresh water in a pinch however this is very distasteful.
  • Able to breed more than once
Bad habits come with breathing

Octopods as a species seem to have picked up all the humans bad habits. Many have addiction of some kind. (Side note from the GM … it just happens to be that every time someone plays an Octopod they take some sort of addiction I have just happen to write it into the RPG )

Octoopods do not have a culture of they own. They have no music or art that is distinctly Octopod. The only thing that is uniquely octpod is their sign language. Not only is it impossible for anyone other than an octopod to use this sign language. It is usable both above or below water. Most octopods consider this their first language as the vocal implant is not installed until their reach full growth.

Multi-Tasking

You may notice that the game the Octopd character may continue any task from last turn and start a new turn without penitently. Such as riding a bike , Knitting and shooting a gun (I’m sure they call go together some how really)

Are Elome overpowered Characters?

One of the things that have been brought up is that the Elome are a very powerful species in the Star-Fall RPG game. Is there anything that is keeping them in check? Oh, you bet you! In a Space campaign, there are some major issues. The first is that they will often need to have life support with any planet that colder weather or a thinner atmosphere. The other issue is that they cannot fit in most space suits.

Gerry : The Bodyguard

The other issue is that they use up a ton of life support. This becomes an issue when there is any issues with the life support system the Elome counts as two or three humans when considering how long you have left. The other people will quickly start to wonder what they should do with the Elome.

Have you ever seen an Elome eat? The eat a lot. Unlike lizards Elome have a very high metablilism. They are always in the search for food in order to feed their alien bellies? There is one other thing that should be mentioned about the Elome Diet. They like live food. It is not a total requirement for an Elome to only eat live food but close.

What is a Goana ?

If you were listening to the podcast and you wanted to know what the Australian cast was talking about when they said “Goana” ?. They are larger than you think? I met one on a camping trip and I will tell you it scared the hell out of me. These things are HUGE. Not the size of a Komodo Dragon but large enough to kill your dog.
