The PINKYSHARES Healthy Weight Loss Program
(I’m re-posting this because of many friends who messaged me and asking for how I lost weight, for the recipes, please follow my facebook and get the recipes from there)
As of posting this, I’m down to 112.3 lbs. from 139.6 lbs. Kale, Pumpkin, and Spinach soup are truly very good in weight loss…
I LOST 22.3 pounds since June 13… I dropped from a Large (139.6 lbs.) now to a Medium (117.3 lbs.) with no exercise, nor any diet pill, nor surgery. I went on a LIQUID DIET (due to a medical condition because the doctor said I had adhesion) and ate healthily.
Sharing with you my diet…
PINKY SHARES SUPER HEALTHY KALE DETOX DRINK
1 Cup Kale
1 Cup. Fruits (you can choose whatever you like, pineapple is best mixed w orange or banana) whatever you like
Splenda or honey to make it sweet (depends on you)
How to drink:
BREAKFAST: Take One to Two big glasses of Kale Shake before breakfast
(and you can have one light sandwich or cereals and non-fat milk w fruits)
LUNCH: Soup and fruit (Kale soup w Taiwan Tofu or Pumpkin w Cayenne Pepper, or Spinach, with Chia and Flaxseed Egg drop soup)
30 minutes before dinner, take ONE BIG GLASS of Kale Detox juice
ONLY SOUP AND SALAD IS ALLOWED OR SOUP W/ grilled fish (Size of 1 fist) OR grilled vegetable (But for me, after the first 5 days until today. I ONLY HAVE SOUP for dinner. No solid, all liquid)
-For me, I take my Pumpkin Cayenne puree soup alternate with kale puree w Taiwan tofu soup.
-Wait for at least 1 1/2 hours before going to bed, to allow the foods and fats for the day to be eliminated and not build up on your belly.
– STRICLY NO SODA,
– 1 glass of wine per day is allowed
– During the day, you can take Skyflakes, unlimited apple or pineapple slices, greaseless nuts
-Allow food to DIGESTED. At least 1 1/5 hours before going to bed, this will also prevent big bellies and big abdomen.
-After dinner, take 2 packs of Psyllium fiber in warm water (and take 3-4 glasses of water)
-NO RICE OR PASTA
– Take 10-14 glasses of water a day
– Vitamin C (Enervon-C) everyday
PINKYSHARES WEIGHT LOSS PUMPKIN SOUP
4 Cups Pumpkin Puree
1 Cup non-fat milk
3 T chopped garlic
3 T chopped onion
1 T chia seeds
1 T flaxseed
Sauté garlic, and onion
Add the pumpkin puree
Add non-fat milk and stir in low heat
Add corn starch for a thicker consistency (dissolve corn starch in water)
Put a dash of cayenne pepper then put in the Chia seeds and Flaxseed
Garnish with parsley
I take this during lunch or dinner alternate with my kale soup. It’s very healthy and you can take as much as 2-3 bowls. NO SOLIDS when you take this. Not even salad. STRICTLY LIQUID LUNCH AND DINNER.
PINKYSHARES HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS KALE SOUP:
(I lost 21 pounds in 30 days with this amazing soup)
1/2 C Kale Puree
1/4 C Taiwan Tofu
1 C Water
1 pc. Egg white
1 T cornstarch
Garlic and onion and chives
Stir fry the garlic and onions in olive oil
Add the Kale puree
When boiling, add the cornstarch solution (dissolved the 1 T cornstarch in water)
Drop the 1/4 tofu
Quickly stir in the egg white
Season with Salt and Pepper
Add a dash of the magical CAYENNE PEPPER
I take this for lunch and dinner alternately with my pumpkin soup. This is a very nutritious soup and very good for weight loss. Kale is the healthiest and most nutritious vegetable with lots of fiber, and aids in the elimination of toxins…

In life, we need to fall and fail, so we can be BETTER and STRONGER in life….Its not the FALLING, but its HOW we stand again and pick up the broken pieces of our lives…
Being a working mom, I had to make sure that everything was okay.
Until a few years back, I was a single mom. I had a bad annulment that truly changed the course of my life. I had to juggle work while making ends meet for my children, not to mention managing 3 companies.
My annulment was a challenging one, and it left me with almost nothing in my bank account (Thanks to my parents who have been helping me unconditionally), and with cruel people judging my decision to separate. Even then, I had to make sure my children were emotionally secure and filled with love. I never denied them of their father. They get to stay with him during the weekends while during the weekdays, my 2 daughters stay with me.
On the first 5 years of being a single mom, I had to work double time to make sure my children are well provided for. I tried my best in my own capacity. I make it a point to bring them to school at 6:45 am every morning. I would sit on my desk at 7:45 am to prepare for the day. My work would extend until the wee hours of the morning then I’d have to wake up early the next day to bring my kids to school.
It was a very tiring routine and there were several times I wanted to give up…
I can clearly remember, it was the night before my birthday, (Honestly I had almost forgotten all about it) and I had a very tough day at work and when I went to my room, I started to cry so hard and I prayed like I never did before.
The night before my birthday ( which I truly forgot ) I knelt down on the floor and started to cry, I prayed to the Lord to ease the burden in my life,, i felt a gush of tiredness and loneliness in my life. I AM SO TIRED….
Suddenly my 2 daughters came into my room holding a hand-written birthday card and I hugged them so tight, then my daughter Pianne said,
MOM, WHEN I GROW UP, I WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU, you don’t need to work anymore…
I hugged my two children SO tight, and I realized THEY ARE THE VERY ESSENCE OF MY LIFE…
My eldest daughter graduated from Ateneo de Manila University last year and when she graduated, she said,
“IT’S MY TURN MAMA, let me help you, please teach me.”
It’s my birthday once again tomorrow, and I can never forget the most beautiful birthday gifts– Pianne and Karrel. The Lord truly provides. He allows us to FALL so we can learn how to love more.
