1 Day Tijuana Home Build Challenge - YouTube

In March of 2019, Dana Whittaker, Office Manager for Pacific Sotheby’s Realty’s Carlsbad and San Elijo offices challenged her agents, many of whom already donate a percentage of their commissions to the Pacific Sotheby’s International Agents of Change program on a regular basis, to get creative and “Go Big” by hosting events, fundraising activities  – including a “Battle Axe” competition – to raise money to completely fund the building of a new home for a family in Tijuana.

Always up for the challenge to support a good cause, the team raised enough funds in just over one month to fund the project. On April 15th, a group of Agents of Change Realtors from the Carlsbad & San Elijo Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty offices headed to Tijuana, Mexico to build the home that would transform the lives of the Ramos Esparza family.

The San Diego Business Journal (SDBJ) has released their Residential Real Estate Special Report and once again Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty was ranked the top Residential Real Estate Broker in San Diego and San Diego County based on 2018 total sales volume.

With $3.84 billion in sales volume in San Diego, Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty achieved 3,370 closed transactions in San Diego in 2018 retaining their spot at the top.
