For over 50 years, South Africa’s five-time Grammy Award-winners, Ladysmith Black Mambazo have warmed the hearts of audiences worldwide with their uplifting vocal harmonies and signature dance moves.

With a deep respect for both their cultural and personal history, Ladysmith is ever-evolving with an eye toward their long musical legacy. Since the world discovered their powerful a cappella vocals from Paul Simon’s Gracelandalbum, the original members have welcomed a younger generation in their mission, passing along the tradition of storytelling and spreading a message of peace, love, and harmony to millions of people the world over. Anointed "South Africa’s cultural ambassadors to the world" by Nelson Mandela, Ladysmith is led by the four sons of group founder Joseph Shabalala.

Over 500 Xtreme Jeeps are cruising into Perth Amboy. The enormous convoy will be on exhibit along scenic Sadowski Parkway, which adjoins beautiful Raritan Bay.

This year, a pack of fully-customized Jeeps with the coolest equipment, chrome-plated gear, and exotic light bars will be parked on the beach.

Families will find playgrounds for children. The city’s Department of Human Services is organizing beach volleyball games and will offer kiddie activities including face-painting.

The Xtreme Jeep Show is one of the largest displays of four-wheel drives vehicles on the East Coast. Jeeps fans will see the most outrageous, tricked-out, and themed Jeeps, with incredible designs. Many show images of super heroes, incredible designs, and just-for-fun scenes from movies, TV shows and popular culture.

There will also be vendors offering Jeep-gear, along with food, beverage and desserts.
