The only truth is that our body never gets used to toxic substances, although you consume sugars and extremely refined products daily and you think “nothing will ever happen to me” I assure you that you suffer at least three of the following symptoms:

  • Headaches
  • Digestive problems (including heaviness and swelling)
  • Overweight
  • Stress and chronic fatigue
  • Bad mood
  • Dull skin and body dryness
  • Acne
  • Premature aging

They are clear signs of intoxication and worse, they are symptoms to which we have become accustomed. The de-tox diet does not serve to be executed as a lifestyle and the reason is that organs are naturally forced to work more than usual. The daily practice of depuration can generate from dehydration due to the loss of fluid and minerals to changes in the hormonal environment.

Normally the program consists of fruit juices, vegetables, cereals and infusions that produce a discharge in the body, leaving it in a condition where it can better absorb the vitamins and nutrients.

Commonly therapy consists of a program similar to this (14 Days Diet Detox). There are ways to balance your ordinary diet with de-tox habits that can help you stay balanced, such as (Tea) and (Smoothies),  gradually eliminating sodium and other substances that may affect you.

Always keep in mind that the changes that go in favor of your well-being will not cause you irritability or anguish, have the patience to make changes and wait for their results. Part of physical health is specifically related to mental health.
