I just quit after two months of keto and, after a really uncomfortable amount of time feeling miserable (keto flu, constipation, sweaty constantly, muscle cramps) am now just watching what I eat to much better results. I did lose quite a bit at first on keto then averaged out to the standard 2 poundsish a week - I'm getting the same results but without all the gross side effects. Nutrient intake's the biggest issue for me - I was cramping up constantly because, no matter how much green leafy veggies I ate, I never got enough potassium (and supplements provide a max 2% of your recommended allowance), not a problem now at all. Charting a few weeks into my more sensible diet's showing similar results that's recently accelerated after I massively increased my fruit and veg intake, without the discomfort and honest expense of a protein/fat heavy diet (without the concern that a tiny slice of b-day cake will cause me to gain 5 pounds while feeling miserable). Most concerning with...

Long term, isn't keto kinda silly?

I've been wanting to get a new bike for the past 1-2 years or so and have been waffling back and forth between bikes with flat bars and drop bars. Since I have an old mountain bike already I decided to go with drop bars but needed cross lever brakes to make the transition a bit easier. I thought the crossrip was the bike to get but they discontinued the crossrip elite for this year so I recently read up on the specialized diverge. I found a diverge A1 in one of the local shops and took a quick test ride of the last Thursday and probably would have bought it if they had the black on black version rather than the red. Today I called another shop to see what they had in stock and the salesman said they had a satin oak green subcompact diverge in my size on sale for only $680 so I went in, test rode it, and after another moment of weakness testing out a few flat bar bikes (the crossroad was nice), I bought it. The shop installed cross lever brakes for $25 and I was out of the shop for...

Man this is hard to talk about, about 3 years ago I got a cold sore, for the first time ever, I mean it was pretty small and it cleared up after a week or so. A year went by no cold sore, then last January I got a cold sore, again not to bad, cleared up after a week. Far forward to last monday i noticed my lip was red and had multiple white dots, i put on some abreva hoping for the best, well now its sunday and its just a huge scab...I mean its disgusting the scab is huge. Its the biggest cold sore I've ever had, worst part is, I woke up today, and I have another cold sore beside it forming, and another one on the other side of my mouth...holy shit. My whole mouth is going to be a giant scab...I've never gotten them like this in my entire life.

I know this can be due to stress but wow this is serious. Ive been stressing for the past month, but I am getting it under control, I've also been dieting and losing weight. This however is ridiculous I cannot leave the house looking like...

Multiple cold sores....

Cannabidiol has more than 65 targets throughout the body, which makes it difficult to pinpoint the sources of its many different therapeutic properties. Studies currently suggest that CBD counters anxiety by stimulating neurotransmitter systems and neural regeneration. Here’s the evidence:
  • Serotonin: Most people associate serotonin with happiness. However, the role of this neurotransmitter is very complex, and its effects depend on where it is and what it binds to. (Contrary to popular belief, moreserotonin is not necessarily better — dysfunction can stem from low or high levels of serotonin, as well as from malfunctions with their receptors.) Serotonin has at least 14 different receptors, but CBD oil specifically binds to5-HT1A which is thought to have the strongest role in anxiety disorders. The anti-anxiety drug buspirone also binds to this particular receptor, which...

I haven't worked out for about 3 weeks. My wife walks in and sees me eating a huge bowl of ice cream with cookies lining the rim and asks, "OMG what are you doing!?" I said, "Working on my before picture"

Have hit 40 and strong erections aren't what they used to be, so was wondering what works and what not cause there is so much (des)information out there.

So not a problem to get aroused (libido), I'm talking about getting and holding strong erection.

Please also mention which dosage to use and side effects.

I've listed a couple of things here:

- Tadalafil (Cialis), Avanafil (Stendra), Vardenafil (Levitra, Staxyn) and Sildenafil (Viagra).. which dosage, side effects, if you tried or know about multiple.. comparison

- L-arginine: is it true you need like 5000mg a day for this to work? side-effects?

- panax ginseng? dosage, side-fxs?

- caffeine good or bad?

- other things you can recommend and what to avoid for sure?
Thanks for all good feedback.

I'm 31 and recently my blood pressure was measured at 138/95.

The thing is, it has always been that way. I remember lots of times going into the drug store at 15, sitting in one of those free blood pressure machines, and getting the same results. I never got anything like 120/
