These three beauties came into the studio to take advantage of our Mother’s Day special.  You could literally feel the love in the room with these sweet girls.  There are definitely ups and downs to having your kiddos so close together but these two clearly have an amazing sisterly bond!

I was so happy I had the chance to let Julie get in front of the lens with her beautiful girls and to capture this amazing time in life for them.

I was thrilled to photograph Preston’s first newborn session. I’ve known his mom Holli for over 10 years through photographing BTS dance photos. It was so nice getting to hang out with her and photograph her first family photos with Preston.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a cuter bear!

Congratulations again on your beautiful boy.

Carla and Brian were married last Friday at 8pm. It was a small intimate wedding with their close family and friends. The beautiful ceremony was put on by David from Heart to Heart Celebration.  These two could not keep their hands off each other!  They found lots of opportunities to sneak kisses between each stage of their Ceremony. It was so sweet!

I was only there for a short hour, and I did not have much light to work with when we got out for our portrait session; however, adding two flashes made for some beautiful moody portraits. These two were so easy to photograph!  I was truly honoured to have been able to come and capture their ceremony, portrait session and the first dance.

Baby Grace truly lives up to her beautiful name.  This little sweetheart came into the studio solo as her big sister wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t join her.  She rocked her session with lots of gorgeous sleepy poses.

I’m in love with the way the green and cream rug pops in the photo!

There’s something about a black and white lifestyle newborn session that gets me every time. As you can tell from this post that is 90% black and white just because I get drawn to those images. I think it goes back to a love for the mood you can create with a black and white photo, and the timeless appearance it gives.

I was invited over to Chrissy’s house to photograph her new addition, a sweet baby girl. We spent the morning capturing moments of cuddles, hanging on the bed and the absolutely beautiful nursery that they’ve created for their daughter. Thanks for having me over..

Berklee and her mom came into the studio to celebrate her 3rd birthday. Berklee’s beautiful pink tutu dress was so much fun to play with and was oh so adorable with those beautiful curls! Stefanie’s been bringing Berklee in every year to celebrate her birthday, I just love watching her grow.
