Tim and Kevin chose to hold their ceremony right in front of the station’s classic time board. With an elegant clock overhead and touches of history scattered around them, the two exchanged vows in a perfectly fitting style. We absolutely loved the classic feel they brought with them. We could have been looking at two men from a different era (if it weren’t for the awesome tie and bow tie they were wearing!). Reverend Love officiated the elopement, with his style matching the grooms’ just perfectly. After finishing the ceremony with a kiss, the two headed off with the other love of their lives.
These two traveled all the way from Puerto Rico for their Central Park elopement! Their choice in location was a perfect fit for their style – a mix of class, elegance, and a little flair. There couldn’t have been a better backdrop on their wedding day. We started things off with some beautiful shots of the bride. Can you believe that gorgeous gown? The couple then headed over to Central Park for their intimate ceremony. The brisk cold in the air added that perfect “NYC feel” to the day, though it was obvious the couples’ minds were on each other – not the weather. The ceremony took place with their close family there to witness. Their unique vows included quotes from The Nightmare Before Christmas – a touch we absolutely loved! It really showed their personalities and comfort with each other. Take a look at the beautiful photos below, shot by Kathleen. What a perfect day!
The bride is art teacher in Australia, so of course she chose the colorful street art in Bushwick and Dumbo as the backdrop for their photos. Afterwards the couple headed to the NY Public Library for a ceremony on the steps with their closest friends. Oh and on the way we ran into a Chinese bridal photos shoot for one of my favorite photo bombs of the year.
These two met over pancakes, and the rest is history. They had a ceremony on the Dumbo waterfront, followed by some kick a– photos in Williamsburg up on the roof at the William Vale. We snuck up there to take a peak and following my favorite advice “ask forgiveness not permission” parlayed our way to the rooftop balcony for those amazing sunset photos.
These two eloped to New York from Australia for the express reason of meeting the Naked Cowboy in Times Square. So after after a sweet ceremony in Grand Central Station with Minister Matt, they headed to Times Square to meet the dude. Afterwards they went to Dumbo in Brooklyn for some shots on the iconic Brooklyn Bridge.
These two brides are from different parts of the world, but ended up in New York, a city perfect for their style and fashion. Being head over heels for each other, marriage was the next stop on their journey. Mel and Lisa decided on a Brooklyn rooftop elopement to make their love official. Mel and Lisa wanted jaw dropping views of the city while they said their “I dos.” Fortunately, the new William Vale Hotel in Williamsburg, Brooklyn recently opened, providing the perfect spot. Reverend Love took the couple out onto the terrace, overlooking the East River, for the ceremony. There was no shortage on smiles and laughter throughout. The two took their own approach on wedding attire. We loved the way their personalities showed with their faux-tux shirts. Black pants and boots were an extra perfect touch. Mel and Lisa took a stroll around town after exchanging their vows. Take a look at the photos below, shot by Jonica, and check out how the couple’s style pairs with the city’s vibe. The aviators just topped it all off!
Reverend Love officiated this gorgeous couples’ Brooklyn Bridge Park elopement. The day ended up being a little overcast, but sometimes there’s no better way to get that NYC vibe just right. The two shared their vows right in the midst of New York’s cherry blossom season. The flowers added an extra touch to an already lovely day. Talk about luck (or some really good planning!). A portrait session around the city followed the ceremony. These two rolled with it as we took them to all the best photo spots. Their unique style fit NYC’s creative and artistic side perfectly. We loved their classy choice in suit and gown coupled with little bursts of flair and personality. Jonica crushed it with these gorgeous photos! Take a look at this couples’ ceremony and post-vow stroll through the city. They made their way from the rocky shores of the East River to some of the most unique street art in NYC – all smiles along the way!
Lots of people travel to New York for their destination weddings. This couple came all the way from Mexico for their fun NYC wedding photo shoot! What a perfect way to show their love! These two dressed up in their wedding attire and hit the streets of New York to celebrate. Everyone was filled with laughter. The couple’s easy going vibe made the day even that much more fun. They spent the afternoon wandering the streets as we captured their moments in some of the city’s most unique spots. Both Brooklyn and Manhattan served as backdrops in their photos. Perfect light and weather were the icing on the cake. They truly encompassed all of NYC throughout the day, which will make for some incredible memories! From Brooklyn to Central Park, this couple let their quirky and fun sides out. Take a walk through the city with them. Check out the photos, shot by Mariliana.
