Ayurvedic treatment for Motor Neuron Disease- Motor Neuron Diseases (MND) are a group of progressive neurological disorders that destroy cells that control essential muscle activity such as breathing, walking, speaking, and swallowing. Basically, Messages from nerve cells in the brain (called upper motor neurons) are transmitted to nerve cells in the brain stem and spinal cord (called lower motor neurons), and from them to particular muscles. When there are impediments in these signals, the result can be gradual muscle weakening, wasting away, and uncontrollable twitching (called fasciculations). Eventually, the ability to control voluntary movement can be lost. Motor neuron diseases may be inherited or acquired, and they occur in all age groups.
According to the ‘National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), Motor Neuron Diseases (MND) occur more commonly in men than in women, and symptoms may appear after age 40.
The common MNDs include amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), progressive bulbar palsy, primary lateral sclerosis, and progressive muscular atrophy.
According to Ayurveda, Motor Neuron Diseases is a congregation of Vata Roga and Kshaya Roga. Ayurveda theory says Motor Neuron Diseases can be considered as a Vata Predominant disease, which results from the vitiation of the Vata dosha. Vata controls the respiratory, blood, lymphatic, excretory, and reproductive systems. Is responsible for the cognitive and neo-cognitive function of the brain and secretion of various chemical neurotransmitters and hormones. The modification from having a normality in life is due to the impediment in its sensory and motor activities by other doshas (Pitta and Kapha), or Dushyas like dhatus or Malas, thus leading to the disease. In such case, the vata becomes teemed by kapha dosha, thus leading to reduced activity, faintness, and spasm.
Vata diseases, as described in Ayurveda includes a collection of neurological morbidities coupled inflammatory, degenerative, obstructive, and functional. According to Ayurveda, there is no complete cure for Motor Neuron Diseases. Its, classed as Kashta Saadhya roga (difficult to cure).

Ayurvedic cure to stop early ejaculation in men –Premature ejaculation (PE) is also known as rapid or fast or early or involuntary ejaculation.
It is defined as persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal stimulation, either before, upon or shortly after penetration and before a person wishes it. This disturbance causes distress and interpersonal difficulties and can lead to decreased satisfaction with either one or both partners. It is now also recognized that ejaculation happens with little or no voluntary control.
A rapid arousal, erection and ejaculation process
The ejaculation generally occurs within seconds or minutes of arousal.
Ayurvedic View for Ayurvedic cure to stop early ejaculation in men:
According to Ayurvedic perspective, premature ejaculation is caused by aggravation of Vata (air) and Pitta Dosha at the commencement of physical mating. These doshas can be aggravated by anxiety or nervousness before the sexual act. Vata is characterized by its qualities of quickness and heightened sensitivity to the sense of touch. This gives a predisposition towards quicker ejaculation. Pitta plays a role in thinning of the semen, thereby supporting its early ejaculation. Secondly, these aggravated doshas cause hyperactivity of muscles in the male organ, thus increasing sensitivity to vibration and hence leading to early ejaculation.
Ayurvedic treatment of premature ejaculation is aimed at keeping the Vata and Pitta in balance by eating a balanced diet. Problems of stress and anxiety during sexual intercourse can be effectively dealt with rejuvenating herbs, yoga, meditation, and counseling.

Erectile dysfunction –The inability of a man to achieve or sustain erection it is called erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction is a very common problem, and it is believed that approximately 40% of males suffer from it at one time or another in life. In Ayurveda erectile dysfunction is referred to as ‘Klaibya.
Erectile dysfunction Causes
Numerous factors seem to be responsible for causing erectile dysfunction, e.g. certain drugs medications (anti-depressants), neurological disorders, Cavernosal disorders (Peyronie’s disease), etc. Sometimes impotence can be traced back to certain health problems like diabetes, severe depression, or severe reaction to any drug. Excessive alcohol drinking and cigarette smoking too are causative factors. Psychological factors are also major causes of impotence and can be due to some reasons including the increased focus on sexual performance in society.
In Ayurveda excessive intercourse (without using aphrodisiacs), perverted sexual habits and vitiation of vata dosha have also been blamed for causing ED. Whatever the cause, the problem of ED can be very embarrassing and disheartening for both the partners and if it continues for a prolonged period, the psychological factors involved worsen the situation and can cause an unhealthy aversion to sex.
Weak erection/lack of erection
According to Ayurveda, ED is basically a condition of low vitality. Generally, vitiation of vata dosha is responsible for Klaibya or ED. On the basis of the cause, seven types of Klaibya are mentioned in Ayurvedic texts, e.g. Manasik klaibya is caused by psycological factors, Doshaj klaibya is caused by physiological factors, Shukrakshayaj is caused by deficiency of Shukra dhatu, Vyadhij is causing by some other disease like diabetes, Aghataj is caused by surgical or accidental trauma, Shukranirodhaj is caused by suppression of sexual urge, and Sahaj means congenital.

Gout– It is the painful metabolic diseases resulting in inflammation and the deposition of uric acid in the cartilages of the joints.
When the human body breaks down the chemicals called purines, it produces uric acid. Purines are found naturally in our body as well as in food. Normally, uric acid dissolves and goes through the urine via the kidneys. But if the body is producing too much uric acid or if the body is not excreting enough uric acid, it starts accumulating in the body. This build up results in the formation of sharp, needle-like crystals. When they accumulate in the joints or surrounding tissues, it causes pain, inflammation, and swelling.
In Ayurveda, gout is known as vatarakt, as the main dosha involved is vata and it affects rakt dhatu. Vitiation (impairment) of vata dosha and rakt dhatu is caused by increased intake of spicy, sour, salty, alkaline, heavy and penetrating foods. The impaired doshas travel through the channels of the body and get accumulated at the smaller joints causing damage to the tissues and bones of the joint resulting in vatarakt.
Excessive anger, waking up late in the night, sleeping in the daytime, excessive traveling, trauma, overindulgence in physical exercises, excessive sexual activity and suppressing the natural urges of the body can also lead to gout. Ayurvedic treatments emphasize herbal preparations, diet, and routines that help to cleanse the blood.
Diet & Lifestyle Advice

Ayurvedic Treatment for Hypertension- Hypertension (known as Rakta Gata Vata in Ayurveda) is the elevated pressure of the blood in the arteries. The increase in blood pressure depends on a person’s age, sex, physical and mental activities, family history, and diet. Normal blood pressure of a healthy adult individual is 120 mmHg systolic and 80 mmHg diastolic.

The Imbalance of the nervous system.
The accumulation, of physical and mental stress.
Lowering of natural resistance and immunity.
Disruption of natural biological rhythms.
Unhealthy diet and sedentary lifestyles are the chief causes of hypertension today
Impaired digestion leads to accumulation of Ama (toxins), which further lead to the high blood pressure. The food we eat is digested by our digestive fire (jatharagni) to produce nutrient plasma. This plasma nourishes all other dhatus (body tissues) and aids in the production of healthy blood, which circulates all over the body through various channels (srotas).
Consumption of high-fat and low-fiber diet, excessive intake of tea, coffee, and refined foods, etc.
Pain at the back of the neck.
Dizziness or vertigo

For this to happen, it is imperative that digestion is improved and the digestive fire is strengthened. Secondly, the toxins that have already accumulated in the heart channels have to be eliminated.
