The Church Multiplication Network is a U.S. Assemblies of God ministry that collaborates with church multipliers to effectively equip, fund, and network new faith communities to see a healthy church in every community.
“I will never forget the day I realized that our people weren’t the problem, our finances weren’t the problem, and our community wasn’t the problem. I was the problem.
I knew how to lead spiritually, or so I thought, but I didn’t know how to lead strategically. That sent me on a decade-long journey to discover the spiritual and organizational strategies necessary to help our church grow.
What we’ve found are not the keys to overnight success, but keys to the day-in and day-out hard work of building the church. It’s our heart’s desire to share what we’ve learned with you, so that you can begin to move the ball down the field, and get some wins for yourself, for your church, and for the Kingdom of God.
Join us for the Realife Church Conference, August 11-12, 2019, at Realife Church in Greenfield, IN.”

This month’s featured church planters are Iosif and Christin Hoca, lead pastors of Mosaic Church in Kenhorst, PA. Mosaic is a CMN Matching Fund Church that launched in October 2017 with a mission to “Love God, Love People.”
Iosif and Christin have a passion for people. They are passionate about helping people find life in Jesus Christ, and they can’t wait to see what God has in store for Mosaic Church as they continue to reach their community.
We asked Iosif to share some advice for up-and-coming church planters based on his initial experience over the past few years. Here’s what he had to share:
“Realize that church planting is not a one-time event, but a long process! There are good days and bad days, but remember who called you, who planted the dream inside of you, and whose church it is. Strengthen your stakes before you try to widen your tent! Church growth is what every planter dreams of, but without deep stakes we can’t enlarge our tents.”
Check out this thank you message to the CMN family from Iosif Hoca:

In this episode, Chris Railey looks at how to get more done as a leader by choosing to do less.
