After dusk on Thursday, San Deigo residents spotted an intriguing light formation which sparked fears that something out of this world was going on. Some residents claimed that it was drone activity while others claimed it was the US Navy. However, one witness stated that something similar also occurred on Monday.

Scientists have long noted, and sought to explain, the phenomenon of stars having companions. Now a new analysis by scientists from Harvard and UC Berkeley suggests that nearly all stars are born with a twin.
