WHAT IS CBD OIL

Similarities between Marijuana and Industrialized Hemp
Both the Marijuana and Industrialized Hemp plants contain CBD (Cannabidiol).  It is important to note that CBD from either source is used for general health and wellness. CBD is not the ingredient in either plant causes a psychoactive effect or a "high"  so please do not expect to feel these products "kicking in" as you would if you are used to products with THC.  Though you may have just recently heard about the benefits of industrial hemp, the hemp plant has been around for centuries, and can trace it's roots back to 2800 BC.

What's the big Difference between Marijuana and Industrialized Hemp?
Marijuana differs from  Industrial Hemp in that it Marijuana contains THC which has psychoactive properties and causes a "high."

CBD Oil Buyers Guide -CO2 extraction for CBD
Supercritical CO2 extraction of Hemp CBD oil is the cleanest and most popular form of getting CBD from cannabis/hemp. It works by using pressurized carbon dioxide to separate cannabidiol from the plant biomass. It is the most demanding and also and expensive extraction process, but it is far safer and purer than other methods (dry ice, solvents, olive oil). The cost of the CBD oil products is directly associated with the high cost of cleanest extraction methods.

Hemp CBD edibles are also a delicious way of getting your CBD in the summer months. However, not all of them will go well with heat, so be sure to store them in a dark, cool place. We source all of our hemp edibles and CBD oil from quality suppliers who extract hemp CBD from clean CO2 extraction, and many products are organic and non-gmo, so you can rest easy, knowing that you only get hemp products of the finest quality.

Entourage Effect - What is Full Spectrum CBD Oil
When in the market for CBD oil, you have likely come across unknown terms like “entourage effect” and “full spectrum CBD oil.” Let’s see what they mean!

Unlike CBD isolates, full spectrum CBD oil includes a variety of other cannabinoids found in the hemp plant. Many of those chemical compounds work together, providing a more well-rounded effect on the patient/user.

This synergy of cannabinoids is what we call the “entourage effect.” Hemp and marijuana plants have over 100 unique compounds, each with its own benefits. However, the combined forces of all terpenes; flavanoids, phytocannabinoids, and cannabinoids found in full spectrum CBD oils, provide a better experience in the majority of cases.
