Let’s talk insanity, I known what your thinking what does insanity have to do wit living in the moment. Well, the moment consist of the right now. Ask your self, “how often do you realy live in the moment?” Most of us spend more time in the past or in the future that we ignore the present.

There is so much power in the now because this is the place where manifestation takes place. This is the place your thoughts have power. This is the place you create the life you want. Dwelling on the past and/or worrying about the future is a temporary state of insanity because neither place exist. The only place that exist is right now, and I’m about to show you how to train yourself to live in the now. So that you can design the life you always wanted.

Take a shower and focus on nothing but that shower. Feel the water against your skin, breathe in the steam from the shower head. Feel the water as it flows from your head to your feet rolling off youe body back into the drain. We thik about everythig in the shower except for actually taking a shower it’s like we are running on auto pilot thinking about where we are headed and what we will wear and god knows what else. but one thing we are not thinking about is the shower. When was the last time you were present for the shower you were taking? Doing this little exercise will train you to live in the moment.

Once you have mastered living in the moment it will be easier to manifest exactly what you want. Remember the only place that exist is the right now! But, I ain’t the one o Gossip!

I’m pretty sure most of you reading this post are familiar with The Secret and manifesting. But, for those who are not, allow me to get you up to speed really quickly. Manifesting is when your thoughts and feeling are in alignment with each other about a specific thought. Even if it’s what you don’t want. Those thoughts expand like a magnetic ballon attracting all and everyone that is needed to make it a reality. For instance, if you are focused on what you don’t want the energetic waves from that thought is interpreted as a command to manifest, with no regard or understanding that the thought is not what you want.

When you find your self in a situation that you didn’t want, and you say to yourself, “I knew this would happen,” you are exactly right! You have manifested what you didn’t want. Today I come bearing the gift of knowledge. Just like you, I’ve looked up and found myself in some ish that I didn’t want. It’s very hard to always think and be positive, I mean let’s face it most of us have been taught and lived the majority of our lives Thinking or on guard for the negative to occur. It becomes apart of our natural thought pattern.

You create your life and just like you can manifest you can un-manifest. You are the creator of your world. In order to un-manifest, you must be aware of your thoughts and feelings at all times. Un-manifesting requires for you to catch the thought as soon as, or shortly after it occurs. When you have a thought and you realize it isn’t what your wanting I want you to follow the steps below.

  • Take a deep breath
  • release the fear of, (thought) by being in a relaxed state and commanding the thought to cancel
  • Trust in your power to cancel what you don’t want
  • Never question if it’s canceled
  • Dis miss the thought and don’t think about it again

Just like you trust in your ability to create you have to trust in your ability to uncreate. You must ultimately change your thought pattern by getting to the root cause of why you think the way you do. But until you completely change your thought pattern you have the ability to cancel your thoughts as you see fit. Just follow the steps above and stay aware of your thoughts. Gossip For The Soul by Avegangypsie - 2M ago

Being vegan especially for beginners may seem complicated and exhausting. The transition to veganism is very mental. That’s why cooking traditional dishes in a vegan way can help. No matter the dish you are always able to substitute the animal products which consist of any products that come from the animal including but not limited to milk and eggs.

I was in the mood for some Vegan Alfredo so I turned to google to see what recipes I could find. Most not the one’s I found contained cashews (which I hate) and required an overweight process. As I searched and search I finally found one that sounded like something I could enjoy. It was from the Minimalist Baker It was my final pick Although theirs suggest peas I don’t like peas.

Vegan Alfredo Recipe
  • 8-10 ounces gluten free pasta
  • 3Tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 3/4-2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 Tsp each of salt and pepper
  • 4-6 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup vegan parmesan ( I like the follow your heart brand)
  1. Add pasta to a large pot of boiling, well-salted water and cook according to package instructions. Drain and cover to prevent drying.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add olive oil and garlic, stirring quickly to ensure it doesn’t burn.
  3. Next, reduce heat slightly and add arrowroot or flour and whisk to combine. Cook for about a minute and then add almond milk 1/4 cup at a time (as original recipe is written, 1 3/4 cups total, working up to 2 cups later on if needed // adjust if altering batch size) and whisk to prevent clumps. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a blender and add salt, pepper, vegan parmesan cheese, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed – you want it to be pretty cheesy and salty so don’t be shy.
  5. Return sauce back to skillet and cook on medium heat until it bubbles, then reduce heat to low and cook until thickened, stirring frequently.
  6. If sauce is too thick, add a little more milk. If too thin, scoop out some sauce in a 1/2 cup measuring cup and whisk in 1-2 tsp more arrowroot or flour (amounts as original recipe is written // adjust if altering batch size). Whisk to combine and add back to sauce. Repeat as needed until desired consistency is reached.
  7. Once sauce is ready, add pasta, and toss. Cook for 1-2 minutes to warm through, and then serve with additional vegan parmesan cheese and red pepper flake.
  8. Leftovers keep covered in the refrigerator for up to a few days, though best when fresh.
  9. add what ever vegan sub meats you like or veggies

Gossip For The Soul by Avegangypsie - 3M ago

What if I told you money can buy happiness, would you believe me? I was sitting here thinking about all the blogs and videos I’ve made in the past about how money can’t buy happiness and now I’m here telling you it can. I am grateful for my ability to be opened minded and allow the expansion of my truth. I use to convince myself that I didn’t need money to be happy when I didn’t have it. But, it wasn’t until I began to live a financially stable life that I realize I was wrong. Happiness is a sate of being, the state of being is the overall physical condition of a person. it depends on what’s happening. Happiness is a feeling that is activated by the action of pursuit.

Money & Happiness

I went to a meditation group while on my spiritual journey and at the end of the session the spiritual preceptor ask if anyone had any questions. I did, I asked him if he was financially stable. I could feel the annoyed energy from the elders because of my question. It was a very important question, his answer would determine if I would continue to study with him or not. It’s always interesting to hear the so-called spiritual people speak about money not being important. My thoughts are how do you even connect to a spiritual vibration when you are stressing over basic needs. We live in a financial system and everything we need requires money. The lack of money will result in the cells entering a state of stress. Once your cells become stress they loose oxygen, meaning they lower in vibration/energy. when this lost of energy happens the cell are unable to connect on a spiritual vibration.

Having the money you need to take care of your basic needs are very important. Money affords you the ability to focus on your spiritual well being. The journey into the self requires your attention. And, it is hard trying to meditate when every sound you hear you are in fear that it’s the repo man. Having money to take care of the things you want and need produces a feeling of happiness. Money can buy you happiness and although happiness is a temporary feeling it is the gate way to a more permanent feeling and that’s JOY. But, I ain’t the one to gossip!

The real pot of gold

happiness and joy is not the same thing
