Cointreau Fizz Strawberry and Mint by Cointreau

Ingredients
  • 50 ml Cointreau
  • 20 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 strawberry hulled and quartered
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • 100 ml soda-water
Directions
  • Step 1 In a boston shaker glass: muddle the strawberries with mint leaves, add Cointreau and lime juice.
  • Step 2 Fill with ice.
  • Step 3 Shake until the metal tin is frosted.
  • Step 4 Strain into the glass over ice, and top off with soda water.
  • Step 5 Garnish with a sprig of mint

Strawberry Froze by the Little Blue Door

  • 100ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Simple Syrup
  • Whole bottle of rose
  • Ice

  • Step 1 Blend all ingredients in a blender and pour in to a Wine Glass

Mulata Daisy, Connaught Bar by Ago Perrone

Ingredients
  • 40 ml Bacardi Superior Rum
  • 20 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 bar spoon caster sugar
  • 1/2 bar spoon fennel seeds
  • 20 ml dark crème de cacao liqueur
  • 10 ml Galliano L’Autentico in the glass
  • Garnish: cacao powder
Directions
  • Step 1 Put all the ingredients into a shaker
  • Step 2 Shake all ingredients over ice
  • Step 3 Double strain into a champagne coupe glass.
  • Step 4 Garnish with cacao powder on the rim

I Prefer Pineapple by the Hari Hotel - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  • 50ml Pisco
  • 50ml pineapple juice
  • 25ml lime juice
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 1 egg white
Directions
  • Step 1 Add ice to the martini glass and keep to side to chill
  • Step 2 Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and add ice.
  • Step 3 Shake vigorously for 30 seconds
  • Step 4 Remove the ice from the martini glass
  • Step 5 Double strain the contents of shaker into glass
  • Step 6 Garnish with basil leaves and dehydrated pineapple crumb.

  • 100ml Prosecco Rosado
  • Glass: Gin Copa
Directions
  • Step 1 In a mixing glass, stir gin and Angostura®aromatic bitters with ice to chill
  • Step 2 Strain into a Gin Copa
  • Step 3 Topup with prosecco rosado
  • Step 4 Garnish with summer berries

  • Glass: Old Fashioned
Directions
  • Step 1 In a mixing glass, stir ingredients with ice to chill.
  • Step 2 Strain into a small old fashioned glass.
  • Step 3 For the truly derring-do, originally this drink would have been served warm without ice.

  • 2oz English Harbour 5yr Old Rum
  • 2oz Fresh Squeezed Antigua Black Pineapple Juice
  • 2oz Fresh Coconut Water
  • Pineapple wedge and lime wheel
Directions
  • Step 1 Build in old fashioned glass over ice
  • Step 2 Garnish with a pineapple wedge and lime wheel
