Dr Maite Ferrin is a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD/ASD and co-morbid conditions. She is also Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the Brain and Behaviour Laboratory, at the University of Southampton. Additionally, Dr Ferrin has published more than 40 international peer-reviewed articles and book chapters in the field of child psychiatry.  Our Seminars are held at Heatham House, Whitton Road, Twickenham TW1 1BH. Parking is available in the evening. The nearest public car park is Aragon Road,behind Waitrose where parking is free after 6pm. Heatham House is three minutes’ walk from Twickenham station and the 281 bus stop. Our Seminars are FREE but contributions to our running costs are requested. Suggested amount £3.

Dr Ashok Roy, Chair of the Royal Society of Psychiatrists will share the latest research on ADHD and Girls together with his personal experience of working in this field. If you are the parent or carer of a girl with ADHD this is a vital opportunity to find out how you can understand her and best give her your support. This will be followed by our June coffee morning  at 12.00pm. Karen will give an overview of the services on offer for Primary and Secondary school children and those out of school. There will be an opportunity for carers and parents to ask questions. Our Seminars are FREE but contributions to our running costs are requested. Please note there is no parking available during the day at Heatham House but there is a car park five minutes walk away on Aragon Road (behind Waitrose). Heatham House is a few minutes walk from Twickenham Railway Station and is on bus route 281 or you can take the 267 to Twickenham Station.
