Tito, the Founder & Master Distiller here at Tito’s Handmade Vodka, always says that “if you have a liver, we deliver,”* and we wholeheartedly agree with him! However, this time of year, as we gather ’round tables to feast with friends and family members and their long lists of dietary preferences and restrictions, it can be tough to please everyone.
Here are a few of our favorite crowd-pleasing, Tito’s-spiked side-dishes that might appeal to a broader audience (and win you some brownie points… which are always delicious).

This National Vodka Day, we’re celebrating with three classic ways to sip our favorite clear liquid… mixed with our other favorite clear liquid. Here are a few of the simplest, yet arguably most sophisticated, ways to enjoy the smooth taste of Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
Tito’s on the Rocks
Enjoy Tito’s in its purest form!
3 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
3-4 Cubes of high-quality ice (made with filtered or distilled water)
Just add Tito’s to a glass over a few rocks, and sip.
Tito’s & Water
If you want to keep it clean and simple, but mellow it out and lighten it up a bit.
1.5 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
3 oz Good quality water
3-4 Ice cubes (made with filtered or distilled water)
Lemon wedge
Just add Tito’s and water to a glass over a few rocks. Garnish with a lemon wedge, if desired.
Tito’s All Time Favorite
This is our man Tito’s signature spin on a classic “Vodka Soda,” and it’s become a company staple. The orange adds a bit of sweetness, the lime adds a bit of tartness, and the whole effervescent drink is so fresh and so clean.
1.5 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
4 oz Sparkling mineral water
Slice of orange
Slice of lime
Just add Tito’s and sparkling water to a glass over ice. Garnish with a slice of orange and lime.

We’re still enjoying late summer farmers market finds, but the mornings are getting cooler down in Austin, which means baking’s on the brain. This recipe from Casa de Glaze brings the two together and works even if those peaches are a day or two over the hill.
Tito’s Peach Cobbler Cake
Peach filling:
1 pound fresh peaches, rinsed, halved seeded and sliced
1/3 cup white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a pot on the stove. The sugar will bubble and rise while cooking, so be sure to use a pot with tall sides. Turn heat to medium low and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring intermittently. Your cobbler filling is finished when the mixture coats the back of a spoon and holds it shape when you run a finger across the spoon. Let filling cool.
Cobbler batter:
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp fresh nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, stir. Add milk and vanilla, stir again.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a 9×9 square pan, place butter in a pan and put it in the oven to melt. Once butter is melted, remove from oven and pour wet batter over the butter. Using 1/2 of your peach filling, spoon and drop the filling over the wet batter in clumps. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the cobbler comes out clean.
Add 1/2 cup of Tito’s Handmade Vodka to the remaining half of the peach filling and mix. Once the cobbler is out of the oven, spoon a portion into a bowl and top with the Tito’s peach jam. Best enjoyed warm!
It’s August, or what we like to call those Dog Days of Summer! So the pack here at Vodka for Dog People is celebrating our favorite four-legged friends with yappy hours and puppy pawties all month long. We hope you can join us and help raise funds to make the world a better place for all animals. In the words of Tito, “We are all made of stardust and it wants us to do good.”
This list will be continually updated throughout August, so check back for more events near you and share your pup with #VodkaForDogPeople!
It’s one that symbolically kicks off a whole season of sunshine, backyard cookouts, camping, adventures, cooling off in rivers and lakes (or waterfalls), and kicking back with friends and family later into the lighter evenings.
Nothing says summertime quite like something frosty and boozy… so this weekend bust out the blender.
These concoctions are easy to blend up and serve to a crowd. They’re tasty as is, or you can perfect these frozen classics by experimenting with your own twist.
*We recommend using a high-powered blender for the creamiest results.
Frozen Mango TitoRita
Turn your TitoRita up to an 11 for the summer. Seriously… turn your blender up to an 11 (or as high as it will go), and blend that magic mango until it’s completely creamy. This tropical twist on one of our classic cocktails is a little bit sweeter and a whole lot cooler.
Ingredients*:
6 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
3 oz orange liqueur
8 oz mango nectar
1 oz fresh lime juice
0.25 oz agave nectar
1 cup frozen mango chunks
3 cups of ice
Method:
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with cocktail umbrellas and a juicy lime wedge.
*Batch of 4 cocktails
Tito’s Chi Chi
This Piña Colada variation is best when enjoyed poolside, or, even better, while floating in a pool (perhaps in a giant inflatable flamingo or pineapple). Never fear if you happen to be landlocked—one sip of this frosty favorite will have you feeling all of the tropical vibes.
Ingredients*:
6 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
12 oz pineapple juice
4 oz Coco Lopez (our personal favorite, or cream of coconut)
4 cups of ice
Method:
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. If necessary, add more ice or more pineapple juice to reach the desired consistency. Garnish extravagantly with umbrellas, fresh fruit, or neon monkeys or mermaids.
