This image really takes me back to when I was a stay-at-home Dad.

It was such a wonderful, challenging, nerve-wracking and totally rewarding experience.

I feel so blessed that I had that time with my kids. I had never picked up a camera before I had my first child and basically I learned photography by shooting them on trips to the park.

Tomorrow I’ll post about something that really humbles me and is a true honor and it is a direct result of the time I spent raising and caring for my children.

Thank you Isabel and Claudia for helping me grow and learn as much as I tried to help you do the same

If you’re into tailored clothing and you’re under 70 years old you really should check out @husbandsparis !

Finally someone is offering tailored clothing that is chic, stylish and unashamedly sexy.

Nicolas Gabard (pictured above) also likes a little mystery so you won’t see much product on his Instagram but a trip to his new shop in Paris is worth a visit.

I love the subtle design details like the thin belts, slightly flared high-waisted pants and slim shirts (Of course the jackets are great too!)

This is a brand I’m gonna be keeping my eyes on.

So many people tell me that their favorite photos on The Sartorialist are the chic, old Italian gentleman.

They’re not easy to find, especially in a situation that’s shootable, but when you do find them it’s so rewarding.

Jenny and I spotted this guy at the exact same moment as we sped by in our car on the way to a fashion show in Milan.

We both yelled “did you see him??” We stopped the car immediately and I popped out to try and get the shot, luckily it worked.

As much as everyone says they love the chic old men I wonder what this breed will look like in 40 years…I hope he’s not wearing a knit beanie, a supreme tee, baggie shorts and dad sneakers.
