I’m SO excited about having another super easy chicken casserole recipe to share with you! With only 5 ingredients (that’s right, FIVE), this Creamy Swiss Chicken Bake is just what the busy day ordered.

This creamy chicken bake is cheesy, easy, and delicious, and there’s hardly any prep involved. Just put everything in your casserole dish and pop it in the oven. It leaves plenty of time for you to get things sorted and get your family to the table before dinner. Just take it out of the oven and serve. Yum!

It’s perfect for any occasion and sure to win over kids and adults alike. For those days when you can’t even begin to think about slaving away in the kitchen, but you still want to bring a delicious dinner to the table, this is baked swiss chicken casserole recipe is what you need!

Creamy Chicken Bake Recipe

This Swiss Chicken Casserole recipe is creamy, cheesy, herby, and tasty. Basically, all the “y” things. Having only 5 ingredients means you have no choice but to try it! You won’t regret it.

Swiss Chicken Casserole

Casseroles are so fun to make because they’re so simple. I love throwing all these great ingredients together into one dish, baking, and then having an entire meal ready. It’s genius!

The boxed stuffing mix is my favorite part of this, mostly because I just love stuffing. I mean who doesn’t right? It’s a beloved Thanksgiving side dish…that seems to get ignored the rest of the year! So having another way to use it in this creamy swiss chicken bake is awesome. It add this herby, delicious texture to the chicken. So good!

How to Make this Swiss Chicken Bake

So this creamy chicken bake is essentially just baked chicken with cream of chicken, stuffing, and cheese. You really don’t need much to make an amazing meal! Prep time is so quick, then you can just let it bake to perfection.

  1. Place the chicken breasts into a 9×13 baking dish, and place a slice of swiss cheese on top of each piece.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken and wine, then pour it over the chicken, and top it off with the box of dry stuffing mix.
  3. Cover the baking dish, and bake for 40 minutes at 350°F. Then continue cooking UNcovered for another 20 minutes. Be sure to check the internal temperature of the chicken to know when it’s done. (Chicken should be cooked to 165°F)

All done! Serve a piece of chicken and bit of extra stuffing on the side, and dig in. If you need some extra side dishes, try steamed broccoli, mixed veggies, rice, or potatoes. Anything goes with this chicken casserole!

Creamy Swiss Chicken Bake is the easiest weeknight dinner. This creamy chicken bake recipe has just 5 ingredients and virtually zero cleanup! Swiss Chicken Casserole is an easy chicken dinner recipe for any occasion.

  • 6 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices good quality swiss cheese
  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup chardonnay
  • 1 1/2 cups boxed Herbed Stuffing Mix
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray and place chicken at the bottom. Place one slice of cheese on each piece of chicken.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and the wine until smooth.
  4. Pour wine mixture over the chicken.
  5. Top with the dry stuffing mix.
  6. Bake covered for 40 minutes. Remove cover and cook for another 20 minutes; or until stuffing is toasted and chicken is cooked through. Chicken can be tricky, so be sure to check doneness before eating.
  7. Serve; spooning the extra wine/stuffing mix from the dish over the chicken. Enjoy!

This Lemon Honey Balsamic Chicken Breast recipe has the perfect mix of flavors. It’s a little bit sweet, a little bit zesty, and a little bit tart. But when everything is combined, it just tastes GOOD.

This baked balsamic chicken recipe is an easy weeknight dinner you can feel good about eating. Serve it with salad, veggies, rice, or potatoes.

Baked Balsamic Chicken Breast

This baked balsamic chicken recipe is a combination of a lot of different inspirations. From lemon chicken recipes to this lemon balsamic vinegar I found at a shop, this Lemon Honey Balsamic Chicken Breast just seemed like it was meant to be!

I absolutely love baked chicken, so finding new flavors to add to it is always a win in my book. And this flavor combo is DEFINITELY a win!

Lemon Balsamic Glaze for Chicken

Lemon, honey, and balsamic vinegar equals one delicious chicken glaze! This lemon balsamic vinegar chicken would be nothing without that glaze. I just love how it bakes into the chicken breast to really give it flavor. Yum!

What’s in the glaze?

  • Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Honey
  • Lemon Zest
  • Salt & Pepper

Like I said, this recipe was partially inspired by that vinegar I found (fate), but if you don’t have it, you can still make this recipe. There is an alternative ingredients list if you need it!

  • Regular Balsamic Vinegar
  • Lemon Juice
  • Honey
  • Lemon Zest
  • Salt & Pepper

So basically the same either way, but you can make your own lemon balsamic vinegar if you need to! The process is the same with either ingredient list.

How to Make Lemon Honey Balsamic Chicken

This baked balsamic chicken recipe doesn’t take much work! Start by making the balsamic glaze for the chicken, and then bake it…done!

To make the glaze:

  1. Pour honey into a saucepan and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Reduce heat and add in the lemon balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice and balsamic vinegar), lemon zest, and salt & pepper. Whisk it all together and bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Boil about 10-15 minutes, whisking often, until the glaze has reduced.
  4. Remove it from heat, and then you can reheat it just before using it on the chicken.

To make the balsamic vinegar chicken:

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry, then place them on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and season with salt & pepper.
  2. Cook the chicken in the oven for 15 minutes at 400°F.
  3. Now brush both sides of the chicken with the balsamic glaze, and bake the chicken for another 10-15 minutes. (Brush the balsamic glaze over the chicken every 5 minutes)
  4. When done baking, remove the chicken from the oven, place it on a plate, cover it loosely, and let it rest.

This chicken comes out so moist and flavorful, you’ll just love it! Be sure to check the recipe card for more detailed instructions.

Baked Lemon Honey Balsamic Chicken Recipe

Balsamic chicken is one of the simplest and most delicious baked chicken recipes out there. It's healthy, easy, and full of flavor! This lemon honey balsamic chicken recipe definitely needs to be on your weeknight dinner list. Baked balsamic chicken breast with some added lemon and honey flavors for something slightly sweet and super good!

  • 4 chicken breasts (or your favorite chicken pieces – free-range if possible)
  • salt & black pepper
  • olive oil – Herbs de Provence Olive Oil (or unflavored)
  • Herbs de Provence or your favorite herb (add if using unflavored olive oil)
Ingredients for Lemon Balsamic Glaze
  • *If you don't have Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, see alternate ingredients below.
  • 1/4 c honey
  • 1/2 c Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
  • zest from 1/2 lemon
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
Alternate Ingredients for Lemon Balsamic Glaze:
  • 1/4 c honey
  • 1/2 c balsamic vinegar
  • T lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2-1 t lemon zest
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • Follow the same directions for the lemon glaze below.
Directions for the Chicken:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil then spray it with cooking spray.
  3. Pat the chicken pieces with a paper towel to dry.
  4. Place chicken on the baking sheet and brush it with olive oil.
  5. *If using unflavored olive oil, sprinkle the chicken with your favorite herbs.
  6. Salt & pepper both sides of the chicken.
  7. Cook for 15 minutes.
  8. Take the chicken out of the oven.
  9. Brush each chicken piece with the lemon glaze then turn each piece over.
  10. Brush the other side of the chicken with the glaze.
  11. Place the chicken back in the oven and bake a total of 10-15 minutes and
  12. Every 5 minutes, brush lemon glaze over the top of the chicken pieces.
  13. The total cooking time should be 30-40 minutes depending on the size of the chicken breasts.
  14. If the chicken isn’t browned enough, place it under the broiler for 1-2 minutes.
  15. Take the chicken out of the oven and place the pieces on a plate.
  16. Cover loosely and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  17. When ready to serve, place the chicken on a plate and drizzle with lemon glaze.
  18. ENJOY!

This easy stabilized whipped cream recipe makes the perfect Cool Whip replacement! Instead of buying a tub of it at the store, just use this Homemade Cool Whip recipe. There’s a lot of extra ingredients in the store-bought stuff that you probably don’t want, which is why homemade is always better!

Why Use Stabilized Whipped Cream?

You might be wondering why you should even be using stabilized whipped cream. Well, if you’re planning to make whipped cream ahead of time to use on desserts, then this is a must!

Unfortunately, regular whipped cream doesn’t hold up very well. You’ve probably noticed how it starts to basically fall apart after just a few hours. Everything separates, leaving you with flat, watery cream. Definitely not what you want to be using on your desserts!

This stabilized whipped cream will stay fluffy and hold up well for up to 24 hours, so you can prepare it before you start baking or making your desserts!

How to Stabilize Whipped Cream (How to Make Cool Whip)

This is SUCH an easy recipe, and won’t take you more than a few minutes to make. So anytime you make desserts, you can quickly and easily make some whipped cream to top it off!

How to Make Stabilized Whipped Cream:

  1. Pour 1 1/2 teaspoons into a microwave-safe bowl and then sprinkle a 1/2 teaspoons of gelatin in. Stir it together and let it sit for 3 minutes.
  2. After letting it sit, give it a quick stir and then microwave on high for 5 seconds. Then stir and microwave another 5 seconds. You wan the gelatin to dissolve and liquefy, so microwave another 3-5 seconds if it hasn’t yet. Once it does, set it aside to cool.
  3. Add heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer with a whisk attachment, whip on low speed until small bubbles appear.
  4. Increase the speed to medium and mix until it begins to thicken, then add in the gelatin water. Increase speed to high and mix until peaks form.

Just refrigerate it until you’re ready to use it, and top all of your favorite desserts!

How to Store Stabilized Whipped Cream

The stabilized whipped cream should be stored in an airtight container, in the refrigerator. It will keep (stay stable) for up to 24 hours.

  6. The whipped cream should stay stable up to 24 hours.

  1. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet. Then add in the apples and onion and sautee about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add in the rice and stir regularly for about 6-8 minutes until it’s browned.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 medium yellow onion (about 1 cup, diced)
  • 1 Gala or Granny Smith apple (cored and diced)
  • 1½ cup uncooked Jasmine or Basmati rice

  • 1½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • Tomato Paste
  • Paprika
  • Brown Sugar
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Dry Mustard
  • Salt

  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Cornstarch
  • Onion
  • Garlic

How to Make Sloppy Joes from Scratch – Step by Step

Don’t hesitate to make this homemade sloppy joes recipe just because it’s “from scratch”. The only additional step compared to those sloppy joe packets is mixing your own blend of seasonings. It’s super simple and well-worth any extra effort for that flavor!

How to make the best sloppy joes from scratch:

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet with baking soda, breaking up the meat as you go. Cook until the meat has browned, then use a slotted spoon to transfer the meat to a bowl.
  2. Add oil and butter to the same skillet, and cook the onions and garlic. Then stir in paprika, brown sugar, salt, red pepper flakes, and dry mustard.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water. Then add that into the skillet and cook until the sloppy joe sauce thickens.
  5. When it’s all done, spoon the meat onto hamburger buns and serve. So easy!

Homemade Sloppy Joes Recipe

Homemade Sloppy Joes are the perfect thing to make for easy dinners this summer. Make the best sloppy joe sauce, add beef, and voila! Learn how to make sloppy joes from scratch and enjoy these messy sandwiches any night of the week. Yum!

  • 2 tablespoons water (divided)
  • 1 pound 85% lean ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ½ yellow onion (diced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup tomato paste
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1½ tablespoon cider or red wine vinegar
  • 1½ Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon cornstarch
  • 4 hamburger buns
  1. Add 1 tablespoon water and ground beef to a large skillet set over medium heat. Sprinkle the beef with ¼ teaspoon baking soda and stir well. Cook until the beef is no longer pink. Be sure to continuously break up the meat with a wooden spoon or a potato masher as it cooks. With a slotted spoon, transfer the beef to a bowl and discard the rendered fat and meat juices. Set the beef aside.
  2. Add oil to the skillet and cook until shimmering. Add butter and stir until melted. Add onion and ¼ teaspoon baking soda, stir to coat. Cook the onion, stirring often, about 4 minutes or until it is translucent and has softened. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds more.
  3. Stir in sugar, paprika, pepper flakes, dry mustard and salt. Cook, stirring continuously 1 minute.
  4. Add tomato paste and cook, stirring constantly 3-4 minutes or until the paste color has darkened a bit.
  5. Add the browned beef and stir to combine.
  6. Add ketchup, vinegar and Worcestershire Sauce and stir well.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and remaining 1 tablespoon water. Add the cornstarch/water mixture to the Sloppy Joe mixture and stir well. Cook until sauce thickens, stirring continuously, about 1 minute.
  8. If desired, season to taste with extra kosher salt, sugar and/or vinegar.
  9. Serve on soft burger buns and…

Salmon is healthy, delicious, and easy to make, so it’s the best thing for this time of year. I’m making this amazing Garlic Butter Salmon, with a mix of rosemary, garlic, lemon juice, and a special buttery ingredient. It takes about 15 minutes to make this dish, and you can serve it with our favorite lemon butter grilled asparagus recipe for a full meal.

I can’t wait to start grilling every night, and this Garlic Lemon Butter Salmon is a great place to start! Thank goodness for I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!®, making this recipe even simpler (and more delicious) than it would have been otherwise!

Easy Grilled Salmon with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!

It’s so easy, delicious, and versatile. For outdoor grilling, its simply perfect for both spraying the grill/grill pan and also adding so much flavor and goodness to your recipe!

I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! is one of my favorite ways to add the flavor of butter to recipes without the calories or fat. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! has:

How to Make Garlic Butter Salmon on the Grill

Grilled salmon is so easy to make, which is just one of the reasons I love it so much! This Garlic Butter Salmon only needs a few minutes of prep, and then a few minutes on the grill. A healthy meal in less than 30 minutes! Serve it with grilled asparagus or your favorite side dish to finish it off.

How to Make Garlic Lemon Butter Salmon:

  1. Preheat the grill and spray plenty of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Original Spray onto the grill pan.
  2. Combine garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, salt and pepper. Crush the garlic and rosemary into the lemon juice to create a paste. I like using a mortar & pestle to do this, but you could also use a small bowl and a glass to crush the garlic.
  3. Spread the garlic paste over the salmon filets, then let them sit in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
  4. After that, spray each filet with the I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Spray, then flip and spray the other side as you place them on the grill pan.
  5. Grill salmon (covered) for 4-5 minutes. 
  6. Flip the filets, spray again, and grill another 6-8 minutes.
  7. Remove salmon from the grill once fully cooked and flaky.

For this grilled garlic butter salmon, the total cook time will be about 10-14 minutes. 

Grilled Salmon Temperature

Grilled salmon should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F before consuming. Use an instant read thermometer to check the internal temperature at the thickest part of the filet. Salmon cooks quickly, so keep an eye on it.

Spicy Cucumber Margarita

I love a little bit of spice in my margaritas to add some heat. The mix of spicy jalapeno and cool cucumber is oddly refreshing, yet still has a nice kick. This spicy margarita is perfect for Cinco de Mayo, and I can’t wait to sip on these all summer long!

What’s in this Spicy Cucumber Jalapeno Margarita?

  • Tequila
  • Lime Juice
  • Cucumber
  • Jalapeno
  • Triple Sec
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Cilantro

A good margarita called for GREAT tequila…it’s the #1 most important ingredient. My favorite tequila for these cucumber margaritas is Exotico Reposado. Exotico has been my go-to brand for quality tequila for a few years now, and I just love their (AWARD WINNING) reposado. 

Reposado is known for being extra smooth, making it just perfect for these margaritas. It has notes of vanilla, dry fruit and spices, and a finish of oak and vanilla as well as hints of caramel and cinnamon. If you see me making margaritas, you know I’m using Exotico. Click HERE for where to buy!

How to Make a Cucumber Jalapeno Margarita – Step by Step

To make this cucumber jalapeno margarita, you’ll make a jalapeno simple syrup, a cucumber puree, let them chill, and then combine them along with the alcohol. It’s a simple process and makes the drinks extra chilled and fresh.

How to Make Spicy Cucumber Margarita:

  1. Make the Simple Syrup: combine water, lime juice, sugar, cilantro, and jalapeno in a saucepan. Bring it to a boil and stir to make sure the sugar dissolves. When it boils, reduce heat and let it simmer for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat, discard the jalapeno and cilantro, put it in a bowl, and let it chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Make Cucumber Juice: Puree the sliced cucumbers in a blender, then push the puree through a mesh strainer to get all the cucumber juice. Refrigerate it until cold.
  3. Make the Margaritas: Combine jalapeno simple syrup and cucumber juice in a large pitcher. Then add in the tequila and triple sec, and stir everything together.
  4. To Serve: Rim the glasses with cilantro salt (pulse it together in a food processor), pour the margaritas over ice, and garnish with cucumber slices.

Fresh, chilled, and absolutely delicious! If you want your cucumber jalapeno margaritas a little less spicy, be sure to remove the seeds from the jalapenos before adding them into the simple syrup.

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (juice from 3 limes)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (whole (not chopped))
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (sliced in half lengthwise *SEE NOTE)
  • 2 large cucumbers (sliced)
  • 1 cup Exotico Reposado tequila
  • 1/2 cup triple sec
For Garnish
  • Cilantro and Salt (pulsed together in a food processor to get green salt)
  • Cucumber slices
  1. Heat a small saucepan over medium high heat. Bring water, lime juice, sugar, cilantro, and jalapeno to a boil. Stir to make sure sugar dissolves. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and allow to cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a small bowl, removing the jalapeno and cilantro and discarding. Allow to chill in the fridge.
  2. While Jalapeno Simple Syrup is chilling, puree cucumbers in a high powered blender.
  3. Strain the cucumber puree through a fine mesh metal strainer, pressing down to get all the liquid. Refrigerate until chilled.
  4. When ready to serve, add jalapeno simple syrup and cucumber juice to a pitcher. Add the tequila and triple sec and stir to combine.
  5. Pour over ice into cilantro salt rimmed glasses and top with cucumber slices.
  6. Enjoy!

NOTE: If you’d like this less spicy, remove the seeds from the jalapeno before adding to the saucepan.

Churros are a sweet and delicious treat, especially when dipped in chocolate sauce. They’re perfect for a quick snack or a fun dessert. Basically they are just fried dough covered in sugar and cinnamon, and boy are they good!

This easy churros recipe is so simple. You can fry these up on the stove and have them ready for any occasion. I think they’re just perfect for a Cinco de Mayo party, but I’d serve these any day of the year! They are welcome at birthday parties, game day, Taco Tuesday, or any other celebration you can think of.

Cinnamon sugar plus chocolate just makes sense, so don’t forget to make the chocolate sauce to serve with your homemade churros. Yum! Everyone is going to eat these up! Oh, and did I mention they’re gluten free?

Gluten Free Churros

YOU GUYS…I’m back using my all-time favorite product for easily making favorite recipes Gluten Free, Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 Gluten Free Baking Flour! I’m obsessed with this stuff because there’s literally zero extra work. It’s a 1:1 swap with traditional flour to make things super simple and gluten free!

If you suffer from a gluten free allergy or just prefer your recipes sans gluten, this flour is for you. These churros taste EXACTLY like every other churro recipe (well I mean, they’re better than most) but thanks to Bob’s Red Mill they have no gluten. HOORAY!

Homemade Churros with Chocolate Sauce

There’s nothing better than a fresh, crispy, hot, fried churro covered in cinnamon and sugar. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

Okay, there is one thing better…that’s homemade churros dipped in chocolate! The warm chocolate sauce just makes them extra decadent and delicious. I love that I can make this easy churros recipe at home so I can eat this amazing snack any time I want!

Churros Ingredients
  • Sugar
  • Baking Flour (gluten free)
  • Butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Egg
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Salt
  • Water

How to Make Churros – Step by Step

Making homemade churros is a lot easier than you would think. You just need a piping bag with a star tip to make the shape, and you can fry them up right on the stove top. They only take a few minutes to fry, and then they’re ready to eat!

How to Make Churros with Chocolate Sauce:

  1. Heat 1-2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring mixture to a boil then reduce heat. Stir in the flour until fully combined, then turn off the heat.
  3. Pour the mixture into a stand mixture and let it cool for a few minutes. Then add the egg and vanilla, and mix on high until smooth. When it’s done, transfer it into a piping bag with star tip.
  4. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl (to roll churros in later) and set aside.
  5. Use a candy thermometer to check the temperature of the oil. When it reaches 375°F, you’re ready to start frying.
  6. Pipe a 5-6 inch length churro directly into the oil, using a knife to cut them from the tip of the piping bag. You should be able to fit about 3 at a time in the skillet.
  7. Let them fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, flipping to make sure it’s fried all around and golden brown.
  8. Transfer them to a paper-towel lined plate to dry for 1 minute, then roll each one in the cinnamon sugar.
  9. Repeat the process until all the batter is used up, and you’ll have a plate full of churros!
  10. To make the chocolate sauce, place chopped chocolate pieces in a bowl. Heat the heavy cream on the stove, then pour it into the bowl with the chocolate. Stir it until everything is fully melted and combined.

Dip those churros in the chocolate sauce and enjoy!

  3. Stir in the flour and stir constantly until combined and mostly smooth. Turn off heat.
  4. Pour flour mixture into a stand mixer and allow to sit/cool for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add egg and vanilla and mix on high until smooth.
  6. Transfer mixture to a piping bag with a star tip.
  7. Add cinnamon and sugar to a shallow bowl and stir to combine. Set aside.
  8. Once the oil heats to 375F (use a candy thermometer), you’re ready to pipe the mixture in to make the churros!
  9. Carefully pipe a 5-6 inch length into the oil, using a sharp knife or scissors to cut off from the star tip.

  10. Allow to fry 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate.
  11. Allow to dry for about 1 minute, then roll in the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
  12. Repeat with the rest of the dough, frying 3 at a time.
For the Chocolate Sauce:
  1. Place the chopped chocolate in the bottom of a heat safe bowl.
  2. Heat the heavy cream over medium high heat until starting to bubble. Pour the cream over the chocolate and stir to combine/melt the chocolate.
  3. Serve with the warm churros.
  4. Enjoy!

It’s also only 80 calories, so I feel totally guilt-free indulging in a glass for myself. When I get the chance to bake it into breakfast as well…well that’s a win win!

Almondmilk Pancakes (Dairy Free)

These dairy free pancakes are a lifesaver for anyone with lactose-intolerance. No animal milk, no butter, no problems! We’re using almond milk mixed with bananas to help blend everything together.

If you haven’t read the ingredients list yet, I should make it clear that these are NOT vegan. We are using eggs and honey in the recipe.

Pancake Toppings

These easy banana pancakes are so delicious just as they are…but pancake toppings are what make them fun! The base recipe is perfect for your everyday pancakes, but you can really change them up every time you make them by changing the toppings and extras.

  • Maple Syrup (try sugar-free for a healthier option)

  • Chocolate Chips or Chocolate Syrup

How to Make Banana Pancakes in a Blender

These EASY banana pancakes definitely need to be your go-to breakfast recipe. You can have a fun breakfast every morning, even when you don’t have a lot of time. Whip up the batter in a blender, pour it onto a griddle, and let them cook for a few minutes. Then they’re ready to go!

How to make blender pancakes:

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender, and blend until batter becomes completely smooth.
  2. Heat up your griddle or skillet, and spray with non-stick spray.
  3. Use a 1/3 cup measuring cup to pour batter into cakes on the griddle.
  4. Let them cook for about 2-3 minutes on the first side (watch for bubbling so you know when to flip).
  5. Cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side, until they turn a golden brown.

And that’s it! Serve them hot along with whatever toppings you prefer.

Cheesy and easy are two of my favorite words when it comes to food, and I love anything that I can make in a pinch for dinner during a chaotic week. So this easy baked spaghetti recipe is exactly the kind of recipe I need. It takes less than an hour to make from start to finish, so you can quickly throw it together when you get home from work.

How to Make Baked Spaghetti
  1. Start by cooking the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. While the pasta boils, brown the ground beef in a skillet and break it up. Remove the beef and set it aside when it’s done.
  3. Add oil and butter to the same skillet, then cook onions about 4-5 minutes. Add in the garlic and cook about 30 seconds.
  4. Next, add the browned beef back into the skillet, along with marinara sauce, basil, and Parmesan cheese. Mix everything to combine, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Once the spaghetti is cooked, add that into the skillet and stir to fully coat the pasta in the sauce mixture.
  6. Now transfer everything into a baking dish, and sprinkle Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake spaghetti at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.

It comes out hot, cheesy, and absolutely delicious! This baked spaghetti keeps really well in the refrigerator, and reheats like a dream, which means it’s great for leftovers too.

  • 16 ounces dry spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 medium yellow onion (diced)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 24 ounces Marinara sauce (your favorite) ((one jar))
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil (divided)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese (divided)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  1. Heat oven to 350°F and spray a 13×9 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Cook the spaghetti, per package directions, to al dente and drain.

  4. Drain the beef and wipe out the skillet.
  5. In the same skillet, add the oil and butter. Add onions and cook until onion has softened and is translucent, about 4-5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook an additional 30 seconds.
  6. Add the beef, marinara sauce, 1-tablespoon chopped basil and ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  7. Add the cooked spaghetti and stir until the spaghetti is well-coated.
  8. Transfer the spaghetti mixture to the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with Mozzarella and the remaining ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes or until cheese has melted and the spaghetti is hot throughout.
  10. Garnish with the remaining chopped basil and serve.
  11. Enjoy!
