My book “What Happens The Day After” shares insightful tips on crisis management. Here is another tip.
Did you know that if you text the number 741741 when you are depressed, suicidal, or just needing someone to talk to, a real Crisis Counselor will text you until you are good?
Not everyone likes talking on the phone or sharing personal situations to family members or close friends. Spread the word.
Hold your finger on my status until it says copy and paste if you want to share.
Nobody should ever have to feel that alone!

Most teenagers & young adults have a particularly hard time finding their way in today’s world. The struggles they face can be overwhelming and at times feel down right impossible. Some issues they face on a daily basis can range from bullying, depression, anxiety, pier pressure & competition. Children today have it especially difficult because of the way they have been raised. The influencing factors including education, society, religion and family have left these children with little to no coping skills, patience or true understanding of life. They have been systematically bombarded with technology that has allowed them to live life through a filter giving them little to no relationship abilities including the inability to effectively communicate and read body language. The vast majority of adolescents today do not rely on themselves because they do not know anything about themselves.
My work as a Spiritual Messenger, Psychic Medium and Healer has allowed me to understand that we are facing a global silent epidemic of adolescent suicides. In my book “What Happens The Day After” I address these issues and more, from adolescents who have chosen to take their own life. Who better to teach the living on how to help these adolescents in trouble; then those who have already experienced it? The teenagers in the book share their stories in hopes of saving lives. Their insightful wisdom and knowledge allows the reader to understand how to live through life’s challenges. The information shared from what these victims have learned will touch and inspire you to action.
Her are some of the reviews from amazon.com

“Very interesting, informative and very intriguing. I couldn’t put it down.”
My hope in writing this spiritual powerful informative book is to illuminate these issues that plague all of us especially teenagers by giving us reasons to live. Helping all of us understand our life contract, that we are not alone and how truly important each one of us to the world. We are all interconnected and it is through LOVE that we share the hope of ending this epidemic.
During this time of the year many people put additional pressure on themselves to make themselves feel happy. Society expects you to feel the holiday joy. That might not be the case within your life. As the Holidays approach I see many people struggling with issues including depression, anxiety, fear, health, money, career, and family passings just to name a few. It is acceptable to feel emotional, exhausted and overwhelmed. In order to learn from our life we have to experience all of what life has to offer including the bad and the ugly. Understand what you are dealing with right now is real and you are not alone.. DO not minimize your circumstances and relinquish your problems by telling yourself that others have it worse. That mind set only allows you to feel dismissed and devalued. What ever you are going though allow yourself to feel it, sit with it and then find a plan to process through it. Asking for help, writing in a journal or even talking into your phone and be a start to come to terms with what you are gong through. You do not have to like it and you surely do not have to accept it but understand that walking your journey is the only way to get through the tunnel into the light of a better time. We are never alone and we are definitely being supported by THE CREATOR and the universe. The only way to find yourself is to honor your process and see yourself as the beautiful unique person who is the warrior who will get though this in your own time and way. Do not cheat yourself by trying to be something you are not, be genuine and honor that beautiful LIGHT that resides with you. Please take care of yourself you are LOVE and Needed by us all.
